I deposited money here many times and had no trouble until today (6/11/24). The young girl (a bit chubby) accepted the money with a very bad attitude. My wife and I were looking for a place to ship some things back to Vietnam for our family. The day was 1/25/23, we usually go to a different place but it was closed still for Vietnamese New Year. We then saw this place and decided to try it. As we asked the person in front how long it will take, they said 1-2 weeks. We then shipped our items and it was pretty pricey but we decided to ship it because we didn't want to lug all the items to another location. It ended up being $300. After 3 weeks our family still haven't received the items so we went there to talk to them. They said it was stuck in transit because of a strike over wages in Vietnam and that shippers can't receive the items. They didn't know how much longer it would be. The shipment was finally delivered over 5 weeks later. We are starting to hear from people that they might have shipped it via boat that's why it took so long. I don't know but this will be the last time we'll use them. Everyone else is 2 weeks or less. read more

Be aware of this place do not do business here . I booked the tickets here to travel to Vietnam for my family. My Dad miss the flight and it was our fault,but then I talked to Eva at the airport and they said I must tell the travel agent booked the ticket for my dad have to confirm again so my dad ticket won't be cancel when my dad get back to the US . I texted her ( lan is the agent at Letravel) to confirm my dad ticket so that way my dad's ticket won't be canceled. She texted me back she Will confirm and then couple days later I called her again and talked to her again and she said she will do it . Then when we go to the Airport to get back to the US and My Dad ticket already canceled so he has to stay behind in Vietnam because of her . And when I called her to tell her about the problem she said it wasn't her fault it is Eva fault. What I mean here the way they run the business is so unresponsive. They took your money and they don't care anything . When you needed help they just ignore it . Long story short: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. My grandma and uncle were made a huge mistake in choosing to buy airplane tickets to Vietnam from this horrible place. Soon after, my grandma suffered a stroke and was hospitalized. The same uncle that bought tickets with her was taking care of her at the hospital. As fate would have it, a couple of days later he suffered a stroke as well. The doctor declared both of them unfit to fly because of future operations. Now, the return policy of this place "supposedly" allows returns under medical reasons. Both my grandma and uncle brought in their medical paperwork from our doctors of their strokes. This place demanded a lot more paperwork 1 at a time that kept sending my uncle and grandma back to their family doctors which frustrated both us and our family doctor. The worst part, this place either does not own a copier machine or lost all of their paperwork because my uncle and grandma had to bring everything back in again. Thank god our family always make copies for dumb situations like these. Weeks later, Le Goi Tien Le called us in to get our refund. My uncle got a full refund, but my grandma got back less than half. We were really upset and confused at this point. Their answer was "we do not know, try contacting EVA". So, we left and contacted EVA. EVA only takes e-mails and took weeks to respond. They said that refunds are always issued in full, and they do not do partial refunds. They said that it could be the 3rd party agency's policy on why my grandma did not get her refund. So now we go back to this cursed place and show them the e-mail and questioned them. They just said "tough luck we do not know" and that we just had to deal with it. I know, this is an endless circle of "stupidity". What kind of place says "i don't know" when not issuing a full refund. Also, my grandma and uncle both had a stroke and went to the same doctor with the same paperwork. I was just so dumbfounded with the customer service here. Upon bringing up those points, they just got mad and started yelling at us to take the partial refund and leave. Worst customer service and business ever. I would give this place a -5 stars if Yelp allowed me. Bottom line: please learn from my family's mistake and never step foot into this place read more
