If hours are different then make the appropriate changes vs having customers find ways to fill the time in between. I informed him that the vape was not hitting correctly and I needed a different one. He said he couldn't do anything about it... vape dies not even 5 minutes later. I later speak with him on the phone to be informed that he already knows the vapes have issues... yet he still keeps them on the shelf. Says he doesn't do exchanges or refunds... then why ask me to test the product before I leave? I spent almost $19 on a vape that lasted 2 minutes with no taste.
