Dom Polski social club in North Tonawanda used to be a land mark for the Tonawandas However in…read morerecent years it has been ruined by some members and is one of the worse clubs i have ever or been in they are giving other Dom polskis club has a bad reputation because most people hear the name and associate it with all other clubs with out thinking. There is documented prof from myself and other members that have been victims of this clubs with the authorities on the facts that are being said in this report . They wonder why old members don't stay and new members don't join or if they do they don't stay either. there are some very nice people in there that have been members for many years unfortunately they are being effected by the ones that are not nice in therein one way or another.. Although the board will tell you it is a friendly club with friends and good times to get you to join it ,Members and some on that are running it and in charge of the club in there have nothing better to to but spread vicious gossip and talk about others and ruin families and friendships then blame innocent people for their actions !. It is truly sad to see what was once a social club that had so many things going for it be ruin this way and come down to this. There have been members in there on probation and someone called their po officer to report that they were in a bar causing a lot of problems for them they also have people that are allowed to steal from the club yet cover their tracks on it, I was a member and one of their victims and to tell you the truth I have never seen a place full of so many hurtful people that if your not a part of their click or if you stand up for your self and speak up for what is right They will destroy your friendships ,love life ,or reputations if your not in their click .. it is very sad that growe'n adults act so childish. They have sent letters and called spouses of members that were unfaithful causing many Families to suffer weather they agree or not it is not up to anyone to judge or get involved in that manner! they look at you pretend to be your friend get you to trust in them and then behind your back do things to hurt members such as that in that club..if you ask around the older folks in town they will tell you this once great polish tradition place has become nothing more then a place for people to lie and steal from good up standing people, Is very sad but there This is no way to run a business and ruin peoples lives just to gossip on others, I f you decide to join beware of and remember all the facts stated in this report are all documented and true this is just the truth being told, to let people know it is not the cozy friendly place as they would like you believe. so join at your own risk again this is for the north tonawanda club no other ones..p.s.s they say this is a lie or what ever but many of us have prof and they know it. They also allow people to many illegal things in there, IT is stated in their news letter that Sla the state liquor authority has even gotten involved and found illegal operations going on with the club...they will say its lies to protect them self EVERYTHING IN LETTER ARE ALL DOCUMENTED FACTS ON THE CLUB IN NORTH TONAWANDA NY

Super cool gallery/bar. I loved the vintage vibe and setup. We went on a Friday night so there was…read morea DJ in the second room. The music had a nice vibe, somewhere along the lines of EDM, trance, and dub step. The actual bar is pretty small and in the back but there's lots of quaint seating that's almost living room style. Comfy couches and chairs facing each other so it's easy to chat with friends. Their menu mostly features craft cocktails, with a few wine and beer options. There's security at the door checking ID and no food options. So no kids and be sure to eat beforehand cuz the drinks are good and strong.

We were surprised by the length of the wine and beer list. They also have specialty cocktails,…read moreincluding seasonal offerings. I took a chance on the Vampire's Blood cosmo despite having no idea what beet juice tastes like or caring for tart cherry juice, and the risk paid off. It was excellent. It still tasted like a cosmo because of the vodka and citrus, but with an unusual twist. There were three art shows on exhibit. We thought The One by Harry Michalakeas was vampire themed photography, but they were actually pastel/charcoal drawings. Blown away. The other exhibits, Monstrous Dreams by Adam Cooley and Sinister Piffle by Michael Reedy were also very cool. Apt for Halloween, without being too on the nose. The venue also has a lot of unique works by other artists on display, and a space for large music. They host everything from concerts to art shows to author signings, even burlesque. The bar is small with a few tall chairs. There are also small cafe tables and some cozy chairs and sofas. Such a unique and exciting venue.

My girlfriend and I shared the apple pecan salad and a Detroit-style pizza. Both were delicious, and the portions were very generous. We asked for one salad to split, and they brought out more than enough for both of us. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.
