As we toured, it immediately felt like the kids were comfortable, and we felt so welcome. Since our child has been there (he is our first baby) they have given us confidence, comfort and advice when we sought it. They helped us to realize our kid was suffering from hearing loss and guided us on how we could get him help both from doctor and government programs. They have patiently guided our kid through some serious anxiety struggles and I've witnessed they practice flexibility with other neurodivergent children. It's so comforting and appreciated. This place has become more than a daycare for our family, we've gained amazing friendships with other families, the staff, and the sweet resident pups, kitty and farm animals. Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here. We will truly miss the staff and all they have done for our daughter. They have made such a big impact on our daughter's and our lives and we hope we've made a lasting impression as well.

My first son started around 14 months and went all the way through the pre-k class which really helped him be prepared for Kindergarten. My youngest son started at 5 months old and I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Diane and Ms. Karen. They are both the sweetest people and you can tell they love the children they take care of. Dropping your child off at daycare can be scary at any age but when they are so little it's even harder. You just have to hope you can trust the people taking care of them. Diane and Karen went above and beyond in that manner. So much so that my son would often reach for them at drop off and even when I came to pick him up he'd reach back for them. They are the best!

From day one, this team has made us feel confident that our girls are cared for! When I went back to work and dropped off my 4-month-old for the first time, Ms. Irene gave me so much peace of mind. She treated our daughter with such care, and that feeling continued with Ms. Mairo and Ms. Anna, who have been part of her journey as she's moved up. Watching our now-confident toddler walk happily into her classroom each morning is a testament to the environment they've created for her. Our oldest has grown tremendously during her time here. Ms. Angel, Ms. Layla, and now Ms. Kris have helped her build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. As she gets ready for Pre-K, I know the foundation they've helped build will stay with her long after she leaves. The leadership team deserves recognition too. Ms. Autumn, Ms. Raquel, and Ms. Alana do an incredible job communicating with families and creating a center that feels welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring.
