Was told sorry the groomer said she can't take her it's 9:30. I said "you told my friend be here by 9:30 so what's the issue?" The front counter person said "It's 9:30 so the groomer can't she's very busy today." I said "well what if it was 9:29 and 59 seconds?" Counter person said "well we aren't an actually keeping a timer?" Yet that's exactly what they were doing. SHAME on this local neighborhood business for treating anyone this way. Dunia is amazing at what she does. She always gets Bella's groom just right, and Bella is always happy and relaxed when I pick her up--which wasn't the case before we found Dunia. In fact, even when I lived in North Carolina, I would plan Bella's grooms around trips back to Virginia because no one else came close. The difference in how Bella felt after other groomers versus with Dunia was night and day. On top of that, the entire staff here is always warm, kind, and professional.
