Perfectly located along the freeway which makes it convenient for travelers like us. We stopped inside and immediately greeted by Jonathon. He gave me many delicious samples of their seasonal fruit and recommended yummy drinks. I purchased the cactus juice, iced vanilla latte, a jar of honey and fresh cut watermelon! They primarily run through a drive up window, but it appears they may have some access inside. We tend to do the drive-through as it's quick and easy. They have plenty of good caffeinating options including standard brew, espresso, energy drinks, blended drinks, and non-caffeinated things like lemonade. not as much to eat, but they do have bagels and fruit available. The service was very friendly and quick. It's owned by a young couple that seem to have a solid drive! We appreciated the Bible first references on the cups, and found the whole experience to be very pleasant! This is definitely a spot we will be visiting frequently.

That all ended this week! I finally got to come check this lovely establishment out, and we were blown away! My wife, one of our kids, and I all had equal reaction reactions when we stepped in. We all said something along the lines of. " this place is really nice and very inviting" It's housed in an old bank and they have done some great things with it. The vault is a small shop with a number of different local items available. The main seating area has wonderfully made tables, wood floors that are as nice as anything I've seen in a house, indeed, art, and decor on the wall is creative, warm and captures an essence that is perfectly and uniquely suited to the area. They have the expected vast array of caffeinated delights, a number of food options and even have local coffee, that is roasted on site, for sale. our orders came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We have plenty of friends who are driving down here from Yakima on a regular basis. After getting a chance to try the place out, I can absolutely see why! This is literally a spot. The gal working behind the counter was friendly and my latte tasted excellent. The bathroom was very clean, and I'm glad they kept the thick, steel vault door as part of the decor as the building used to be a bank. Very much designed for people to come in, spread out and converse, it was a very warm and inviting sort of spot. The coffee offerings have a definite, Mexican flare to them, and were very nice. They had standard offerings and then a number of specials on a sort of fresh sheet. They had plenty of coffee and Mexican culturally centric items for sale as well as some clothing. Nice stuff to look through and most would find something they enjoy! The pictures in the wall were as expected, until I saw a print that read "Excess in Moderation". I found out it's by an artist named Ravi Zupa and now it may be my favorite picture! Back to the coffee - The ladies working here were very friendly and everything came out quick. The decor is delightfully springtime in France. It's very welcoming and fun. There's not a ton of seating here, but they can accommodate groups of up to about six or eight, and have lots of seating for between two and five. We seated quickly by a very nice waitress. Upfront, they have a case with all of their desserts in them. These ranges from chocolate mousse and crème brûlée to tiramisu and eclairs. Pretty much something for everybody! The food here was very good! A couple of us had sandwiches, my wife and I shared a salad, we shared a small meat and cheese tray, and also a crêpe. Everything was very good! They had some legitimate French cheeses and the dessert options were quite solid. The only thing that kept this place from being a true five was the baguette. Making true French baguettes is a tall order, and while these were good, it was really the only place that we were left wanting a little bit. I was the only one in line and it took her 12 min to make my drink- with two girls working the windows, I expect quicker service. When she handed it to me, it wasn't stirred so I asked her to. She did and then tried to hand it to me with it completely dripping all over the cup so I asked her to wipe it down. She was clearly annoyed even though I had already and will always tip $1 per drink each time. I will find somewhere else to spend my money if this continues.
