Great big and bright seating area and fun to wander into the "gift shop" located in the vault left over from when this building was a bank.

I waited out of the drive thru for 2 cars to get through (a third pulled in & left) then I went in and guessed an order at the person. Pretty dang friendly. We jived a little, it was fun, we made it work. I will now replay the conversation as it followed: Emp: "Can I get'cha anything else?" Me: "Ah, sure [X]" Emp: "We don't have [X]. Me: "uh, nevermind" Emp: "So you're sober?" This person was now staring into my soul. I thought that was a joke. Emp: "When was the last time?" Me: "I mean, my liver's clean." Emp: "So you're not sober..." They sank their head. They looked genuinely heartbroken They then spent the next 15 minutes trying to convince me to go to rehab, cut me off every time I tried to answer their questions, then ended with trying to bring me to Jesus. I mentioned money issues in regular conversation, and they cut me off to scream that I needed to get off drugs. To emphasize, I am not on drugs, and I do know Jesus. However, this employee had already decided my reality. Then they asked for a tip. Let me start by saying that the Caesar was probably the best Caesar I have ever had. I live a few hours away and think about that salad often. My wife loved the sandwich and soup, as well. Sadly we were too full to eat any dessert but they have a rotating dessert list and while we were there the strawberry cake looked insanely good. So good that every single table around us ended up getting at least one slice. I was jealous... What makes this place extra special (aside from the incredible food), are all the little touches that they add to their plates. Little heart-shaped ice cubes with blueberries, heart-shaped butter, and a full leaf of lettuce below the salad. I know it might not sound like much but it really shows the attention to detail. And, to top it off, the staff were simply amazing. They were attentive, friendly and really nice to chat with. This will be a main stop anytime we are in town.

As my daughter and I oohed and awed over the bagel we had just bought in the little drive through behind this coffee shop, we were excited to round out our carb-loaded breakfast with some awesome coffee. Saw the reviews online and figured this would be a great place. Wrong. I ordered a simple iced Americano with cream and my daughter ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored drink. We both asked for white coffee. Now, in all of my previous experiences with white coffee, it has a sweet and toasty flavor. Much less aggressive than a typical roasted bean that has turned a darker shade of brown. This was NOT AT ALL like white coffees I'd had before. Like I said, maybe it was a bad batch. If you ever snuck a raw dried bean from one of those mixed bean soup mixes and proceeded to chew on it . . . that's exactly what my Americano tasted like. It had almost zero color (white coffee is usually at least a little tan in color, even when some cream is added). This wasn't even ivory. The ice made for more than half of the cup. It tasted like raw uncooked bean water, with a splash of cream, over lots of ice. My daughter's tasted like someone ate a bowl of the cereal, poured out the leftover milk, strained it, mixed with one to one with water, and dumped it over ice, At east her raw uncooked bean water, with a splash of cream, over lots of ice was flavored with syrup. We - literally - gagged them down. The beans were definitely under-toasted. There was too much ice for the price. For both drinks, it was $12. Service was fine. Prices were high (but not abnormal for the area). I was originally going to give a slightly higher rating, but a coffee shop that specialized in white coffee drinks should have wondered why the beans smelled so raw when they were made into drinks. Now, if they are selling a new type of white coffee that is made from completely untoasted beans that intentionally tastes like uncooked dried beans, then my apologies. If you are looking for a typical white coffee drink that's sweet and toasty flavored, this isn't it.
