Here's how it went down: my son nailed the Bonus Drop X-Treme game, dropped the ball directly into the bonus hole. Three adults watched it. Zero points showed up. Simple fix, right? Tell an employee, they make it right. Wrong! First up: Philip (employee) asks Cash (manager #1). Cash says the points will "take time to add." Spoiler: they didn't. Philip assures us if they still don't show up, he'll add them manually. Fair enough. We return later. Points still missing. Philip checks with Brooke (manager #2). Brooke shuts it down instantly. She flat out calls us liars because she didn't personally witness it. Then she gaslights me with the laughable claim that their games can't malfunction which is rich, since another game had literally just malfunctioned and needed a restart. Brooke, we're talking about 472 points. That's what: three tootsie rolls and a bouncy ball? Is that really worth accusing paying customers of dishonesty? The kicker? My son, being awesome, plays again. Nails the bonus again. This time the game coughs up the points. He even filmed it. Imagine being proven wrong by a kid with an iPhone. We've spent more time and money here than any other entertainment venue in the valley. But after being told our word means nothing and treated like scammers over pocket change level prizes, this is our last visit. The Fun Park might have games, but the real show is management's ability to turn loyal customers into ex-customers.

I've never felt compelled to leave a public review of a restaurant before, but after multiple disappointing visits, I genuinely hope this one improves. That's why I'm leaving two stars instead of one: there's potential here, and I'd like to see it realized. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning until significant changes are made in the kitchen. The one consistently positive aspect has been the service. Every visit, the front-of-house staff has been welcoming, attentive, and professional. They deserve recognition because they elevated an otherwise disappointing dining experience. The food, however, has repeatedly failed to justify its premium pricing. On one visit, the beurre blanc was served cold, leaving it heavy and unpleasant rather than rich and velvety. The forest herb pasta arrived garnished with two paper-thin slivers of what tasted like canned truffle, which felt more like an afterthought than a luxury ingredient. Nearly every dish was covered with oddly dyed edible flowers that added nothing to the flavor and often distracted from the plate itself. Another visit featured a halibut special topped with potato "scales." The concept was interesting, but the execution wasn't there. The potatoes were cut far too thick and weren't evenly layered across the fish, resulting in an awkward texture and uneven cooking. Properly blanching the potato slices beforehand would have made them more pliable and helped achieve the delicate scale effect the dish was clearly aiming for. I've also experienced overcooked lamb, bland seasoning, and dishes that lacked the depth and refinement you'd expect at this price point. Across multiple meals, the cooking has felt inconsistent, and too often the presentation seems to take priority over flavor. At these prices, I expect thoughtful execution, consistency, and food that leaves an impression for the right reasons. Instead, I left each visit feeling that the experience was more style than substance. It's disappointing because there's clear potential here, especially with such a strong service team. But until the kitchen becomes more consistent and the food better reflects the prices being charged, I won't be returning.

Once into the tap room, it was a boisterous mix of craft beer lovers, cheese vendors, and award-winners. By the end, they awarded 34 medals in 13 cheese plate food categories, as well as a Best of Show. A lot of fun! I got my VIP tickets via Yelp, but I would've paid the $16 for it. The VIP ticket came with a Cheese Plate including: Beehive Cheese Seahive Cheddar, Butcher's Bunches jams, Bread Riot Bakehouse Sesame Semolina Bread, Creminelli Casalingo Salami, Chocolate Conspiracy's Blackberry Ginger Chocolates, Crown Chocolate Truffles, Gossner Baby Swiss Cheese, Heber Valley Fuego Rojo Cheese, Hollow Farms' Hickory Garlic Curd, Julie Ann Caramels' Caramel Sauce, Payson Fruit Growers' Dried Cherries, and Zollinger McIntonish Apple Slices. I hope they get more vendors (they had three) and make entry and cheese plate acquisition (tucked in the back) less mysterious, but the end result was worth it. That's very much the vibe that you get at Jump the Moon-a creative space where anyone can hop in and make something amazing. The thing that impressed me the most was the accessibility of it all. I was given a tour of the facility and noticed multiple stations and tools that were put into place for people with varying degrees of mobility. If you're an artist that uses a wheelchair or an artist that uses a communication device, you can easily immerse yourself in art with the amazing tools that they have. There was some great work on display made from some of these tools. Stop by during free range studio time or sign up for a workshop or a class. This is for all ages, all abilities. For real.

COVID cases are on the rise, and visiting this place was a vivid example as to why. We did not see the lack of precautions until after we bought our tickets, and there are no refunds, so we ended up upgrading to the "fast past," which lets you "skip the line", just to allow us some sense of security, and avoid the high risk situation. All outside and primarily older rocket designs, but many still in use today as well. Plenty of parking to include handicap right beside the display. Able to wheel through or slowing walk through paved walkway between the displays if limited in mobility. There is a nice pamphlet available at the guest book signing in the middle by the stair access if desired. Probably a little geeked out with my rating here as I work with some of these rockets and enjoyed walking through to read about the others. If in the area worth the stop, wouldn't make it a sole purpose trip unless you are really into rockets!
