This place is so good!! My go-to order is the bacon cheese burger + avocado and grilled jalapeños. These burgers are so flavorful and taste homemade. They have a wide variety of choices and you can't go wrong making it your own! Although the fries are a bit salty, they taste just like my grandma used to make when I was younger. We paid roughly $30 for 2 burgers with a few extra add-ons, 2 fries and 2 medium drinks. (Not too bad!) The service here is great and the food took no more than 10 minutes during lunch rush. The restaurant is clean and the all the condiments are organized. **Only suggestion is asking for a side tray for ketchup if you're a burger dipper like me because they only have the small white paper ketchup cups! The girlfriend was in the mood for a good burger so we found this spot near our spot and stopped here. I had a good feeling upon walking in after seeing the menu and the prices in how favorable they are compared to other craft burger spots. Given today's economic environment, you appreciate affordability when you're going out to eat. And they have quite the menu of burgers to choose from here. I ultimately decided on the hatch burger as I had a hankering for hatch peppers/chiles. Also got a side of truffle fries with it. Meanwhile, my girlfriend got a standard cheeseburger and fries. Price-wise, including tips/taxes, it came to roughly $30 which is less than the $38-40 I've normally paid at other burger places. We got them to go and scarfed them down when we got home. Even after sitting in the boxes on the ride home, the burgers were juicy and tasty. I loved the hatch cheese and bacon mixed with the peppers for the burger, would definitely order again. The truffle fries were alright, just fries topped with parmesan and a hint of truffle to it. I'll probably just get the regular fries next time. The girlfriend was happy with her burger and fries. There were two cooks who didn't speak English, not a problem, but they would not take an order, just a friendly "just a minute". They brought back their old classics from their old location. Thank you! My favorite is the Juicy Lucy but its tricky so they had to add extra Blue Cheese to make it right since it wasn't ingrown like previous versions. This is my second time here. Great food. My son likes their burgers. They taste like great quality. Fries are fresh. I love their root beer floats. Their root beer taste good, not like generic soda. In the past the food was great, some of the best burgers anywhere. and the service was always friendly. But the last two times were not so good. And this last time was horrible. Horrible customer service. Time before last we order a couple the Texacan. When we got home they didn't come on the Jalapeno Cheddar Bun. I called to ask why, and they said they were out. When I asked why they didn't tell me when I ordered, he simply said he didn't know why. This last time I asked at the time of ordering if they had the Jalapeno Cheddar Buns he said no. So I asked him to add Onion Strings to one of the burgers since it would be on a plain bun. They charged for it. But when I got home there weren't any on the burger. Then after my wife took a couple bites of it, the patty was pink inside and not fully cooked. Tried calling them back so it could get replaced. No answer for a couple hours. When they finally answered, he argued about the onion strings not being on it. Then said he couldn't replace the burger since we'd already thrown it out and got something else to eat since they were not answering the phone.
