Blue Angel Tire and Automotive had been doing my oil changes, but they were closing within the hour; I went to Take 5; the manager John said he needed to replace my drain plug with an oversized plug, and advised me to return to Blue Angel Automotive to ask them to replace my oil pan. They want to charge me $500 for parts and $330 for labor to fix the car, a total over $1,000. I found the parts online for $150 and saw that it would take about two hours to fix according to multiple websites. I would have paid up to $500 for this fix but they wanted to charge double. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. I spoke with this guy for about 5 minutes, trying to extract some information out of him as to the differences between Cynergy trailers and Diamond Cargo. He gave me a price that was $300 more than the Diamond Cargo trailer but with fewer add-ons. I was just about to tell him it was probably worth it to go ahead and order from him when he cut me off, told me he didn't care anything about Diamond Cargo, and if I wanted to order a Cynergy trailer to let him know. Then he slammed the phone down. I was dumbfounded. Everyone says, "support your local business." With treatment like this, no wonder Amazon is driving all the mom-and-pop businesses in the ground. I'll be buying my trailer from an internet dealer as soon as I verify their legitimacy.
