I had an electrical fire and requested the Trooper who had stopped to assist to please find me a tow as soon as possible. It was less than 15 minutes before Travis was on site and had my prized 1980 Porche 928 loaded as though it was his own in a very efficient and careful manner. He was attentive, courteous, efficient and generous. He had me at my desired destination quickly and was equally efficient in unloading my car. Charging exorbitant storage fees while a family is at the hospital is ethically questionable. For a 'family-owned' business, there is a disappointing lack of empathy for families in crisis.
