Its a fun concept; meet at a designated spot, get picked up by a cute bus that has a trolley-like design, which then takes you to three different winery's. Debbie was our guide and Kurt was our driver. When you get to the winery, Debbie provides you with a drink card. You get six taste tests (1/3rd of a glass) that is checked off by the wine stewards. The whole adventure takes about 4 hours. Overall, it was fun and a great opportunity to try different wines and see the beautiful wineries in temecula. Now, why the 4 star rating?? ~The bus featured a great sound system where we could choose songs from an ipad. But it was unbelievably warm inside. It was a hot day and the AC seemed to not be working, leaving most of us sticky. We were told to open one window at the front and at the end of the bus to let the air flow. After the first stop, most people just opened all the windows to get a breeze. One guy was close to just taking off his shirt. ~We felt that one of our stops at mount Palomar winery was rushed. Our package did include a charcuterie. And we ordered some other appetizers right when we arrived. We ended up having to cancel them since it still wasnt done and we were heading out. This also led to rushing to get the remaining sample tastes. A reciept check showed it was a 30 min visit. ~My other minor disappointment was that our guide stated they could only take photos through their phone and not our own. But Debbie's photos often came out with this unfocused glare. Rather than something crispy clear. So we took group selfies instead. You might want to take a selfie stick. read more

First, the Little Bus Tours was delightful to interact with and accommodating, especially since everyone was late due to traffic issues. They gave us a complimentary prosecco to make up for it, which was nice. We booked a Temecula Wine and Dine tour (2 wineries + live music w/dinner as the last stop) for a bachelorette. We were with other groups on the trolley bus (which has A/C, thank goodness), and we had a great time, especially since everyone lifted the vibe by dancing and playing music. What bothered me most was having our dinner order wrong at the 3rd stop. We had 2 entrees missing (causing one person to wait for her food while the rest of the party ate), and we were charged for 3 entrees that we didn't preorder. We emailed Little Bus our preorders 3 days prior, and Little Bus placed the preorders to the restaurant. I don't know where the communication failed or who was at fault. But that led to a lot of confusion, and we had to call the restaurant the next day to get the entrees (which we did not order/eat) refunded. In addition, when we finished our dinner, they came with a bill for the rest of the tour (because we only paid the deposit). However, the person did not specify that it was the bill for Little Bus instead of the dinner. It is a minor thing, but we were all intoxicated and confused about why our dinner would cost $750 on top of having our dinner orders wrong. It was very confusing to deal with when we were intoxicated, and I know that they didn't mean to, but it could come across as taking advantage of us in terms of overcharging us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: The owner of Little Bus called me and took responsibility for the mishap I described above. She indicated that they usually ask for the rest of the bill for the tour at the beginning, but because of the traffic, they did not have time. In addition, she refunded us the tip we paid for dinner even though it might have been the restaurant's fault our orders were wrong. If anyone has an issue during the tour, speak to the owner directly; she will handle it for you! read more

Went for a bachelorette party on a wine tour with Bob. We had such a blast and it was well worth the money and time. We danced to music on the bus, which was clean and air-conditioned. Then we went to 3 of the wineries where the Little Bus staff were informative, organized, and were a delight to chat with. Easy and fun for big groups that don't want to plan anything. Our driver and guy tour was so much fun! But our tour guide, he definitely gave us energy! I would have gave 4 stars but at the first winery I had lost my wine card. Our tour guide gave me another one. Suddenly another worker from this company, Penny, came up to me and rudely told me that I would have to pay full price for another card. Confused at her attitude, I explained if I knew, I would have not asked for another card and just waited for our next tour. She continued to scold me n said "oh well we're charging you!" She complained that her manager was on her case and she had to walk all the way to me to tell me that I have to pay for it and it's my fault for not reading the fine print. Then she walked away, while I was still looking at her confused! It was the way she came at me and how she explained things. Customer service from her was the worst. Luckily, my friend had a card the servers weren't writing on. And so I gave back the 2nd card that Penny was complaining about. Worst wine tasting experience I have ever had. I have been on about five tasting tours and we come to Temucla ever year for my wife's birthday. The drivers pulled up ignoring me so they could argue in front of me like the three stooges. The drivers blame me for a mix up with a food order that the restaurant made right and explain why they were right rather than fixing the order. They are very militant and demanding. I will say that the vineyards were high quality it's just that the drivers lacked any costumer service skills once so ever. Of my twenty guests that went on tour we were very unimpressed by the costumer service we received and the unprofessionalism that they exhibited. This tour was great. Started off shaky as we had trouble find our guide in the mall parking lot. Once we found her, Penny, we had some paperwork and details to go over. We were expecting a small bus, as the name of the company insinuates but in an older style limo instead. My group of six was a little perplexed but once we were instead it was all good. Penny, asked us what kind of wine we liked and altered the wineries we would visit to suit our tastes which was great. Penny was really knowledgeable, friendly, and ever ready with her camera. Never done this before and was frustrated with all the options (there are so many) until I talked to Penny who has the information and process down to an art form. The price was by far the best! What a Fabulous Day! 10/27/18, I took my daughter's in law out for a fun day of wine tasting, (Their 1st time!) hoping they would enjoy themselves! Wow! All 3 of us had a blast! This was a very fun and relaxing wine tour! Soon as we sat in the bus we were given an iPad and could choose our music, super cool! Our guide Leah was amazing and I love how she offered to take pictures of everyone then air dropped them to us after. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, it's people ranging from mid 20's to retirees. You will make many friends! You get picked up and dropped off in mid old town, just FYI there is a parking structure near the pick up spot. My word of advice, come prepared with singles for the tips. My only complaint is that the food is not great. The wrap had about a pound of lettuce and a slice of tri tip. So I would heavily recommend the salad options to better hold you over before dinner. read more

The fist time I went on this tour it was super fun! Second time around they reschedule us for a day where we wouldn't be in town. They said they didn't have enough people to fill the bus and we had to book a private tour if we wanted to keep our reservation, which of course was a lot more money. Since I booked through Groupon and they canceled us less than 48 hours before the tour we couldn't get our money back and are just out $200 and stuck in Temecula LOL. Our little group of four really enjoyed our wine tour with Penny! She gave us a wine tasting class at our first winery. She explained which wines would pair great with certain foods. After our wine tasting class I have a greater appreciation for wine and enjoy it more than I did before. Appreciated the choice of the 3 wineries we stopped at. Penny was absolutely great! She was super knowledgeable about each wine and shared insight with us regarding what wine pairs well with different foods. The tour overall was really good! After you show your waiver, you all get on the limo type bus that has seats facing each other. There's an iPad to control the music that others have mentioned, and some lights going off in there. The first winery was AMAZING, with super knowledgeable staff that took the time to explain each wine and where it was coming from. I ended up buying a bottle of the red crowded, A+++!!! YOU MUST TRY IT!! Pennys husband, our driver, was so nice and took awesome pictures at every winery. The second winery had a lunch you get to pick before hand.. we got the cheese and cracker boards- DELICIOUS!!!! The server there was super nice (Gabe) and went around the table to pour us each either a white or red glass in each round he made. Here I actually didn't know exactly what wine I was getting, but it's all good because they were all amazing. At the 3rd winery, we got to meet the owner and he took us behind the scenes to show us how the wine is made. Did you know it takes 2 years for red wine to come out after the initial process?!!? That's insane and I'm going to remember this every time I have red now. I'm so glad we booked with this company, as the owner was super sweet and super knowledgeable on everything, and her husband super duper nice as well! My sisters and I go wine tasting in temecula a handful of times each year. We tried twice to use this company and it was disappointing both times. The first tour I booked was canceled by the company just over 24 hours before our scheduled tour. We were automatically rebooked for another day that did not work for us at all. I emailed asking for a refund. I received an email with pictures of the tour that we had been automatically rebooked for saying hope you enjoyed your tour?? I again asked for a refund and finally got one over a week later. Most recently I booked a tour for my sister and I and I had come down with some cold/flu like symptoms 2 days before our tour. Being a RN who cares for COVID patients in the hospital I error on the side of caution and don't want to unnecessarily expose others. Therefore a little over 24 hours before our booking I emailed requesting cancellation. This was denied because we didn't get "trip insurance." I replied that all other business were being understanding during COVID and could they not make an accommodation or exception. I added that given the pandemic they should be extra careful, but if this was not a concern of there's I would gladly still attend. I received a response talking about "trip insurance" and also this... Your waiver that both you and (name omitted) initialed and signed stated the California law regarding traveling when you are knowling sick to events that could cause others to become ill. As you have informed us in writing that you are not feeling well and have flu symptoms you will be required to wear your mask at all times. I will inform all of the other guests on your tour that you do not feel well and must wear your mask at all times, and sit in the front seat so as to not infect them.That way they do not feel uncomfortable not wearing their masks as the front seat is separated from the back area and you can sit away from everyone for lunch.... Seriously? So I went and got a covid test which came back negative. I was planning to still go but my sister, reading the email was so upset that we were going to be treated like that she didn't want to go. It wouldn't have been a fun time. We would have felt uncomfortable the whole time. I told Them I thought rescheduling or a refund made more sense but I guess just taking $$ from hard working front line health care workers made more sense to them. Never again will we book with this company and I will tell all of my front line health care working friends how disappointing, unprofessional, and non understanding of the pandemic this company is. read more

Each of the wineries were incredibly beautiful on our wine and dine tour and we got to see the sunset at the last stop. At the first winery she taught us how to actually do a wine tasting and we had 6 tastings there. At the second winery we got a short tour of the winery and some tastings on the tour (4 wines tried in total). At the final winery there was live music and a beautiful sunset to end such an incredible day. I seriously cannot recommend this tour enough. We had a large van and we're able to control the music in the car.
