The enjoyment of the wine can be on the patio surrounded with grape vine and soft music in the background. My wine that I enjoyed was the Cabernet Franc. While I am still trying to figure the whole winery thing out, I have to say that I am a big fan of Chapin. What I mean by figuring it out is that we enjoy going to them and doing tastings, but I couldn't tell you much about wine, still, other than I usually prefer white or rose wine. We were able to check out this winery while on a sidecar tour and we were fans. The service was great and I really loved that we got six tastings (I may have seen this one other time) and you got to choose from their whole menu as opposed to limitations. They have a few premium wines that would could as two tastings. They also have a chef from Italy who makes pizza there. It smelled so amazing. Unfortunately, we had just had breakfast before stopping by here and did not have the appetite. Our sidecar tour guide took us onto other adventures after our tasting here. I knew I had to come back. Recently I decided to get some friends to come with us and enjoy another wine tasting. There were five of us with two more joining later. We came with empty stomachs to try this amazing pizza! Only. We didn't get to! It was sad news to find out that the chef was out sick! We were disappointed and our stomachs were still empty. The staff member felt bad and sad she would find us some food. She brought out an assortment of boars head charcuterie board, cranberry walnut cheese spread, a cheese wheel, bruschetta toasts for the spread, and feta and olives. We opted for most of these choices and made do. Despite the no pizza, we all absolutely loved our wine samplings. The employee was very informative and friendly. I opted for three white wines, a rose, and two reds. Everyone was enjoying their samples and the day was filled with laughter. I rarely end up buying a bottle to take home, but I did this time. Chapin has their own specialty blend called Sangue Di Giuda and I highly recommend you get it! It is a red wine that is sweet but not overly sweet. It's quite fruity with a hint of bubbles. Everyone who had it, loved it. One day we will try this pizza, but it is safe for me to give it a five anyway. I plan to visit from time to time and probably restock on Sangue Di Giuda. read more

My family and I stopped here in search for a venue for a small wedding anniversary with a quick ceremony. This family-owned, small production vineyard was casual with a quiet atmosphere. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. The tasting room is small and very casual. They do not have a restaurant, but they do have a pizza vendor who serves delicious pizza. It was soo good that we finished one whole pizza and ended up ordering another. There's plenty of seating along with picnic benches. I was able to try their 2023 Sauvignon Blanc. Another beautiful addition to the area. The scenery makes me want to live out here. They have umbrellas that are adjustable, which made sitting in the sun not so bad. I burn within mins of being outside so the umbrella was a life saver. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable of the wine selection. I am not a huge wine drinker but the wine was good, I had one favorite of the 3 that I tried. They had more limits to the wine tasting than other places I've tried, but the pour amount wasn't bad. We have driven by this place several times, and finally had the chance to stop in. We shared a wine tasting, which they do by "table service," instead of standing at the bar, which is $28 for any six wines. We tried the Cabernet Sauvignon, Rock Creek Syrah, Montepulciano, Cab, Franc, petite sirah and Zinfandel. They were all pretty good, but our favorites were the Cab Franc and Petite Sirah. You sadly won't see this winery pop up on your search unless you are very zoomed in on the area. It is a very small but cute winery located next to another popular spot. This one has six wine tastings as an option to order if you want to try a variety of their drinks. I got lucky and was able to try Two different styles of their pizzas that they were serving. They were super delicious. A very nice mix to have with the wine. The views are OK. They're definitely nice, but surely you will get more lost in the conversations that you're having rather than just staring out into the distance looking at the scenery. read more

Wonderful winery in Temecula. This is a nice, quieter winery where I can enjoy a glass of good wine. The grounds are nice and have a cozy feel. The patio is a particularly good spot to have a sip and enjoy the view of the vineyards. Being further out than most other wineries, it escapes some of the crowds and madness that some of the other wineries have. It's a nice step back to relax. The wines here are very good. The Gran Vin Syrah is one of the best syrahs I've ever tasted. If you're interested in a tasting, it's up to six for one tasting. Glasses and bottles are also available. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their wine. This is a great stop if you're looking for great wine. read more

me and my husband absolutely love this winery. Their wines are great the servers who work there the pour the wine are amazing. They're so friendly. They're so knowledgeable. It was great. We had our wedding here. It was a beautiful venue. Our only thing is do not use their wedding coordinator she was absolutely horrible. I'd rather spend more money and got one who actually knew what she was doing. I found out that she fed the workers there before my guest got their food out of money I spent on the food I said after my guest got their food their first order they can go get their food. She fed them before and fed herself after she was gonna get me and my husband's food when our food came to us it was cold on top of that. Our wedding stuff was blowing away, everything i made before the wedding started and I called her and she could care less she had to get her hair done and get her makeup done. Said everything was gonna be fine that my bridesmaid had to go down and fix everything and tie everything down which she should've been doing not my bridesmaid on top of that, I said I needed all the lights turned on at the tables before the guest sat down. She did not do it. And the staff member helping us have good pours! I liked pretty much every wine, but really enjoyed the whites. The view is also beautiful. I loved seeing the grapes on the vine! Hands down my favorite stop in Temecula. This gorgeous location is off "the beaten path" and is usually a relaxing stop that features a spacious wrap around patio overlooking actual working grapevines. They recently brought back the option to bring outside food, but you're in luck if you forget to pack a picnic. They have delicious grazing packs that feature some of the tastiest pepper jelly I've ever had. Their wine is delicious, I've not had a single taste I didn't love. We've upgraded our membership to the "my way" option and every bottle has proven a hit when we share it. Smaller winery in Temecula but they have some great reds! We came on a Saturday at 3 with reservations and we're glad we did because it was so busy. We got seated on their outdoor patio. They have $18 tastings where you can choose 6 wines from their full list. Some of their premium reds count as two tastings. Favorites were the 2017 aglianico, 2017 montepulciano and the 2018 summit. The 2017s are typical italian grapes but in their words, they've made them in "california" style. I found them to be much less dry than their italian versions and much fruitier. They were full of flavor but didn't feel heavy on the tongue. Service was really, really slow but the place was packed. Since they pour each tasting one by one, a lot of time did go by in between each pour since our waiter was running around to different tables. He was doing his best though so no big complaints. read more
