If I could leave zero or "negative" stars I would. I waited over fifteen minutes for a "hot and ready" pizza (upon employees instruction). She said "ten or fifteen minutes" so I waited and came back.. When I came back from my car a different employee tells me that they aren't making my pizza and proceeds to have a FULLSCALE ADULT MELTDOWN because I argued over him making my pizza. This man threw things, screamed, cussed, yelled and even punched walls and tables. I have the entire thing on video and have contacted little Ceaser's. I really want to spread the word because this place has been going downhill for a long time and the things that transpire there are ungodly. This man was clearly on something. Sweating, pacing, jumping up and down in place. The police were called and I did end up having to spend 20 minutes of my day explaining things to police (still no pizza). read more

I ordered online and showed up twice to pick up my order neither of which times was it in the hot and ready warmer. So what I had to get someone's attention and tell them I had now been there twice and wanted my food they brought me something back from their table in the kitchen and it was cold and horrible read more

Both times that I ordered from here the pizzas were not fully cooked. The mushrooms were almost raw and the dough not cooked. The first time it happened a few months ago I thought maybe it was just a flook but when I ordered 2 pizzas again yesterday the same thing happened with both of them. read more

This should be and possibly will be considered false advertisement. Crust was flat. Whole pizza was flat. Not even a pizza. More like a horrible version of a pancake. This Little Caesar has amazing customer service and very nice and helpful employees. They are making the best pizza in Ashtabula right now and making the best quality pizza right now. You can't beat the price for the amazing taste. The team works fast and rarely mess anything up. Very disappointed !! For a business who advertises Hot n Ready is a mistake. Rewrite your advertising to say disappointed and never going to ready !! I stopped in to get 2 thin and crispy hot and ready pizzas at 7pm. it has been advertised on television ready for pick up between 4-8 pm . Nope not tonight , associate told me I would need to place an order. That's nots what the television advertisement says . Not even any regular Hot and Ready. The associate said well we have the extra most best . I said alright give me that. Brought it home and there is not anything about that pizza I would call extra or better. Paid more money for a little more pepperoni and a lot of grease. The entire pizza taste like a cup of salt was added to it. I guess that's where the extra and best comes in. Pizza place with pizza ready to go without having to order it. You can order specialty pizzas and/or chicken wings or just grab a pepperonni that is already prepared. Staff was usually helpful and the pizza is good enough for piping hot ready to go pizza. If you are in a hurry, this is probably a safe bet. read more
