You can tell they take pride in their food and put love into everything on the plate. The vegetarian special, the eggplant parmesan, was made with quality cheese and the pasta was wildly fresh. The steak meal had the most delicious bourbon glazed carrots I've ever eaten. The menu mentions the availability of vegan alternatives. Our server was excited to talk about the ingredients and cooking process and was attentive and kind the entire meal. She really worked to ensure that everything was perfect. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building (fairly steep stairs) with one or two tables downstairs in the gift shop area, so be very mindful if accessibility is a concern.

The best part of our Cloud 9 meals were the easy ramp parking. I remembered taking a Nexium when we got home so that my stomach would stop being upset. Never again!
