These wings are big boy wings - still a good size to scarf down in one or two bites, but incredibly meaty and significantly bigger than the wings from other spots - Wingstop, Fire Wings, etc. Flavor-wise: much like your standard fare. The parking at this location is plentiful as they have their own lot and even during its busiest times,there are always spaces available. When we arrived it was crazy busy and they told us it was going to be a bit for our table as they were running behind,so we headed to the bar to hang out and wait for our table. The wait ended up being over an hour after our reservation before we finally got our table. I was not thrilled at this but I was trying to make the best of a not perfect start to our dinner. The management and wait staff was very apologetic for the unexpected wait,which I appreciated. By the time we sat down we were ready to order immediately after having so much time to look at the menu while in the bar. In our family the most popular thing to order is the Original Steak Dinner for Two. We usually pair up with someone at the table and coordinate our order in that way. What that order gives you is a choice of 1 appetizer -Tumbleweed Onions -Artichoke Cheese Dip -Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. Although the app offers a variety of customization options, I experienced significant technical glitches, including menu items vanishing and being restricted to only ordering boxes of chicken. Upon delivery, my order was missing two items. The driver informed me that drivers are not permitted to verify orders at the restaurant. Because my family was missing crucial parts of their dinner, I was forced to place an entirely separate, second order just to get the food we needed. I submitted a support ticket and had to wait two days for a response, only to be hit with an absurd request to provide pictures of the "affected items." I was never instructed to keep photographic proof when filing the original ticket, and more importantly, it is logically impossible to take pictures of items that were never delivered in the first place. Ultimately, I was told I would be refunded for just a single item from the original order and that the decision for the other missing food was final. They also completely refused to refund me for the duplicate delivery costs and tip of the second order that their mistake made necessary. To make matters worse, when I went back into the app to retrieve the receipt and information for that original order, the entire order history had been deleted from my account, and I have received no explanation as to why. I was charged for items I did not receive, and the combination of tech glitches, impossible demands, and defensive customer service has ruined my experience. I will not be using the app or patronizing Popeyes in the future. Amex agreed. The order was verified and I was charged for the whole thing. Popeyes seem to have the ability to do that correctly.
