Fried pork in one container and a side of sauce. The sauce was no where near enough when portioning out the pork. This is one of my favorite foods and I would not order again. The chicken Lo Mein was really good so everyone in our party gravitated towards it. We also had sczehuan chicken that was quite good. Rice most meals come with white rice, I don't suggest you pay up for fried rice as it's just plain rice fried? Finally I will blame this on transport after pick up but both pork and vegetable egg rolls were mushy and flavorless. So I guess this place is hit or miss. Oh and if you order, make sure you get your soy or hot mustard, We weren't given or offered so make sure you ask.

The fun finding here is that they are probably one of the best little Chinese places I've come across in a while. The menu is very common to these places but the difference is how fresh and well prepared the food is, at least at time of this review. I had Cashew Chicken along with fried rice and hot and sour soup. My wife had a Shrimp dish and substituted Thai noodles. Everything was really flavorful. The ingredients seemed pretty fresh. The staff was minimal but very friendly and seemed appreciative of our business. Over all a very reasonably priced meal that I recommend. We will be back.

The lobby was full and a line to the door. Not one employee was standing around. Everyone was busy! I had to wait a little longer for my pizzas but after seeing how fast they were working and trying to accommodate everyone, I didn't mind. Kudos to the staff Friday night! Polite service as well

I ordered our usual "Friday Night Pizza Night" order from the Little Caesars in Soddy Daisy (Next…read moreto Food City on Dayton Pike). I placed the order through the Little Caesars app (as usual) because it never messes up my order and is generally much easier to deal with than the employees at this location. When I arrived at my allotted time (per the message I received after ordering in the app) and saw that the store was very busy. Sure enough, when I went to get my pizza it wasn't ready. I could tell that many of the people in the store were very angry and had been there a long time. Since I didn't really want to deal with the negative atmosphere, I decided to wait in my care. I waited another 10 minutes and went back in to see about my Pizza. This time, there were even more people inside and most of the previous people were still there too. I saw (again) that my pizza was still not ready. I went to approach the cashier to ask about the timeline but quickly heard the employee (later identified as "Amanda"... who claimed to be an assistant manager) start an argument and become very defensive and accusatory with another customer who said he has waited over an hour and a half for his pizza. Seeing this, I decided to give it a few more minutes as I had already had a long day and really didn't want any more conflict. So I waited again in my car for another 15 minutes. After my now 25 minute wait, I decided to go again and check for my order. To my surprise the order was still not ready. I waited at the counter and employees came and went but no one ever approached me. Waited probably another 5 minutes then finally one seemingly kind young lady employee (I didn't get her name) smiled at me and went to another register. Eventually, "Amanda" approached me and asked what I wanted (yes. She asked that abruptly). I told her that I could not wait any longer for my order and needed a refund. She responded "A refund for what? You haven't paid me anything." I then told her I had ordered online and that I needed a refund for the order that I paid for but never received. She then snapped "you will have to do that online. I don't refund people for online orders. That has to be done the same way you ordered." I asked her for her name, and she barked "Amanda". I asked her if she had a last name (after all, she has my full name on the order so why wouldn't it be fair to have hers?). She then it me off and barked again "I'm not giving you that". I asked her if she was a manager and her initial response was "yes". I then said thank you and that I would advise the online support of her name. She then responded "do you want a manager". I advised her that I would love to speak to a manager and she called for another employee who appeared to work at the store and was in uniform. Upon speaking with this employee (name never provided and not displayed anywhere) I again asked if I could get a refund for my online order and this employee stated she could do that at the register. Amanda then became defensive about that being a possibility and the new (helpful) employee advised Amanda to let her use the register. This person (I'm assuming she is the actual manager) then refunded me my money and we left. As I left, there were several other customers complaining and demanding assistance as they had also been waiting what I only imagine was a much longer than planned. My points of this message are: 1. Little Caesars should not promise people orders by a time/deadline that they clearly had no intention of keeping. 2. If Amanda is in fact an Assistant manager, they is severely disappointing. She clearly has zero people skills and should not be allowed to interact with customers. She was rude, snarky, disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. 3. The "service" at this location has rapidly been on the decline over the last several months. If able, please avoid patronizing this location. I certainly will not be back for a looooong time (if ever). 4. (Not mentioned earlier) the place was disgusting and a mess. Not really sure how it has ever passed any health code or inspections.
