Servers were very friendly and food came quickly. Prices were very reasonable. But now the best part, the food. Hubby ordered the country fried steak with a side of mashed potatoes and fried okra. Country fried steak was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very, very flavorful as well. Mashed potatoes were superb. I ordered the sweet tea fried chicken with a side of green beans and fried squash. Pleasantly surprised to see fried squash on a menu. You don't see that very often. The fried chicken was amazing! So flavorful and so tender. Green beans were a flashback to growing up in the country. The fried squash, just plain old yummy. I think my husband must've said "this tastes just like my grandma made" at least eight or nine times during the meal. Although we didn't sample the desserts... way too full, they looked delectable.
