I love the crust as is it crispy and not too thin. The toppings are generous and fresh. We also started off with some cheesy garlic bread that was delicious. The inside is nice and clean and the service was excellent. The following week we went back again and got a different pizza, the Palace Special, and added a salad and everything was once again, excellent. The salad was large and tasty and the dressing was good. And again the service was excellent, friendly and attentive. I have now found this is my go to Pizza Place in Georgetown but I am determined to try some of the other food one of these days! If you are nearby I would defiantly say give it a try.

The waitress I had was Helayne. Let me tell you about her. She was so attentive to keeping my drink filled and making sure that I was happy with my meal. The teamwork in this establishment is unreal. I mean everyone is working together when somebody gets up and leaves all these ladies will go 2 that table and clean it and get it ready for the next person all while still taking care of you! Will be back! The food and sweet tea I got were the best ever.

This review covers four different interactions here and a more fair review of each of them…read more Experience 1: We had a relatively good experience eating in here. This quickly became one of our fave dinner spots! They are middle of the road with gluten free options. It was very busy and loud, not something they can do much about. The servers are super busy but always attentive and that plus the food made us want to come back. Plus the decor is kind of fun to look at. They have both indoor and outdoor, it's too cold for outdoor right now but will try closer to Spring. Ordering Out/Experience 2 and 3: The few times I ordered out, my pizza was wrong and the "grilled onions" in my cheesesteak were actually just raw strips of onion. I hate raw onions so it was just gross for me. I would normally say it was a bad day but it happened twice in a row around the same time of day. I'm assuming the cook earlier in the day doesn't know what grilled means or doesn't care. In the evening it's always spot on! Experience 4: We're not needy customers and usually prefer to be left alone while we chat and enjoy our food. I think that's what made this visit beyond frustrating for us. We really liked this place and it was just a very chaotic experience. It just so happened that this experience occurred the day I was catching up on reviews. Our server was a mess. We were patient and kind assuring her that it was okay. They made my husband's order gluten free which we only ordered mine as such. Brought it back correct. No big deal. Then she tried to accuse us of being wrong, now that was annoying. After that, she did not bring our pizza even after we confirmed with her, because she asked, that it was NOT to go. She asked, we said no and stated that we wanted to eat our pizza there. Next thing we know, she boxed it up to go and dropped it off, with the check, after we mentioned we were still waiting to eat it. We left a $12 tip (a dollar less than 20% of our bill) because the waitress got multiple things wrong and blatantly ignored what we asked in a very simple order. Today we see she made the tip $30. We called, it's handled, it has kind of tainted this place for us though..

When I got to the place, which is in a somewhat industrial park, the parking was a little tight so I had to go around the corner to another business that was closed and walk back to the business. When I went inside, it honestly didn't look like too much. The menu was a little bit confusing as far as how to place your order, so I told her I just wanted the 14-inch pizza with mushrooms and ham, which was the biggest size they make. While I was waiting for the pizza to be made, I was looking through their condiments on the counter. They had a whole bunch of crushed red pepper packets, but zero Parmesan cheese packets. I advised the employee who rang me up that they appeared to be out of parmesan cheese, which she later confirmed. She gave me a little bit of cheese in a container to take with me, although it didn't look like it was Parmesan cheese. When the pizza was done, I took it with me without inspecting it and went home. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza looked awesome. They did not skimp on toppings, and the crust was just the way I like it...kind of thick with a little bit of burn. The sauce was tasty and there was certainly enough cheese on it as well. It was a good sized pizza for $19 (and no tax in DE), so no complaints. The girl who took my order was very nice and patient with me as this was my first time. I would definitely get pizza from them again. It was really good.

This is the pizza your childhood dreams of when someone says "pizza." The crust is thin but has that magical leopard-spotted char on the bottom, the kind that makes a satisfying crack when you fold a slice. Sauce is bright, just tangy enough to keep you reaching for another bite, and the cheese... dear lord, the cheese. It's a molten blanket of whole-milk mozzarella that stretches like it's auditioning for a slow-motion commercial, then snaps back with that perfect oily sheen. No grease pool, just pure dairy glory. I ate three slices before I even made it to the car. Zero regrets. Then I opened the Sicilian and actually said "holy sh*t" out loud in my kitchen. This thing is a glorious brick of happiness. The corners, those fabled corner slices, are basically fried cheese cubes hugging a pillowy, olive-oil-soaked interior. The bottom is crisp like focaccia that went to war and won, and the sauce on top has that slow-cooked sweetness with little specks of herb that make you feel fancy even when you're eating it straight out of the box with your hands like an animal. The cheese caramelizes right at the edges, turning mahogany and nutty. I'm 99% sure this pizza added years to my life. I've had pizza in New York, New Haven, Naples, and Detroit. This random Tuesday-night birthday pickup just kicked every single one of them down the stairs and took their lunch money. If you're within 50 miles of this place and you don't go get these two pies, I'm sorry, but we can't be friends anymore. 11/10. Would sell my remaining birthday cake for another one right now. Go. Right now. Thank me later.

We like the cannolis too. Online ordering (the day before) works well. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that many times the pizza is lukewarm (or colder) when I pick it up. And I try to get there before the designated pickup time. I like hot pizza, so we have often been disappointed. Make sure you get there early for your pickup.
