Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I've gone to the KFC in Mayfield they have screwed up the order and more often than not they have to cook the food first, sort of negating the whole idea of fast food as they are not fast and about every time I have to wait 30 minutes for my order and then it's wrong something will be missing or it will be the regular and not extra crispy (this is normally the case) or it will be mixed regular and extra crispy. I like KFC but I don't like this location it's a joke and it's usually in need of being cleaned. After several disappointing trips there I wrote management and I didn't even get so much as a %$*& you from them, no reply nothing. So I have never been back and I have no plans to return. UPDATE Sept 2017 I have given them another chance and up the rating from 2 to 3 - the last time I went the service was still a little slow, but the food was fresh and really good. It was what I expect from KFC and most importantly they got the order the right and where apologetic of the delay and offer me a free soda while I waited in addition to tossing in a couple of extra biscuits for the delay. We ate at the Mayfield Majestic today and I ordered a Small Majestic Special pizza. Which had sausage, onions and green peppers baked under the cheese on homemade crust. NOT ANYMORE THERE. When it came out it looked like it had started out on a frozen pizza crust put tomato sauce on it and cheese and baked it then they put precooked sausage on top and scattered RAW ONIONS & GREEN PEPPERS ON TOP. So I ate one piece and paid $12.00 for a pizza that I could have gotten in the freezer section at Walmart that would have been better and a lot cheaper.
