We went to Mister B's yesterday, 2/16 around noon to eat lunch. There were multiple servers standing around doing nothing. There were not many customers, and we asked to sit outdoors with our puppy. We were told the porch was closed and that we could not be served. I have worked in many restaurants myself over the years and I have never turned away a client. We obviously could not sit indoors with our puppy. It was not cold, the sun was out and I found it rude and will not be going back. read more

The server who was supposed to take us just decided she didn't want to take us without explanation. All we can remember is that she had brown hair and was very rude. We were told it would be about 15-20 minutes for a party of 8 which was fine but we ended up waiting for almost an hour to be sat. The food itself was awful. Couldn't even get past the front desk. One male waiter greeted us after standing there for 5 minutes. He was hustling and said he'd be back soon. Saw him 5 minutes later still hustling promising he'd be back. A big group came in right after that. They stood there for 2 minutes. They made a statement how no one was coming to help us. A girl with long dark hair in a black shirt came over and with a scowl said it would be a 30 minute wait. The large group immediately said bye and left. She looked at us still standing there. She was now mad that they left. She looked at us combatively and repeated it would be a 30 minute wait. My husband said our family has been waiting for 10 minutes already & hadn't been helped yet. She said, I can't help that. He said, where is the hostess? She just made a smart ass facial expression. So he waved, said have a good day and we started to leave. She mumbled something. So he stopped and turned and she said we were being rude! We hadn't done anything but quietly wait to be seated. The other group that had only waited two minutes were more vocal about no one helping everyone. I wish I would have asked for the manager so they would know how that girl treated us before we left. The service was friendly and considerate. We ordered an order of buffalo wings, mac and cheese, a burger and fries. The mac and cheese was Kraft Mac and cheese and had the audacity to be $5+ then the wings were so small in size it made me question how they ended up being pretty much $1 a wing. I was astounded as to how small they were. The burger was dry and overcooked. The wait was a little long but it was manageable because I knew they were on the fuller side. Their prices need a overhaul if they think serving wings sized for children and $5 Kraft Mac and cheese is good. read more

The service was decent and friendly. The pizza was alright and had some flavor. The breaded mushrooms were not it, breading was burnt and the only thing that you could taste was salt. I ended up peeling the breading off to make them tolerable. They also need to adjust their prices, $28 for a small (10") pizza with 2 toppings and burnt mushrooms is a little much. Besides the cute girls that work here, if your a pizza lover the pizza is disappointing. It was dry and it's consistency is like rubber. If your serving an Italian style dish, like pizza, why wouldn't garlic be in your flavouring? Why wouldn't you offer it as toppings. I have yet to find a pizza place that give you better choices in toppings. To all the out of towners or if you just moved here. Pickings are very slim. Food was good until the ants. First there was an ant in my drink and then and ant crawled out from under my pizza slice. I wasn't looking for a free meal - matter of fact I'd pay double for good food but with bugs... no. The manager didn't bother to apologize. We had taken one slice out of the pizza - no one else wanted their food after finding two ants so we all declined to-go boxes. The waitress (who was very friendly and apologetic) came back and said - we have to get this ant problem taken care of! Then offered to take the pizza off of our bill. Really!?!? We had two ants - that we seen - and the manager doesn't bother to apologize + take care of the bill. Poor customer service! I hope they use that money to pay for their bug/pest problem. read more

I don't eat there often because the service is terrible. Due to the coronavirus, we thought we would try the takeout. It's been about a year since we have eaten there. When I called in my order, I had a few specifics ( no chicken in one dish), and after I finished telling the girl all 4 of my meals, she hung up on me. No thank you, not wait time, nothing. My husband went to pick it up and they had burnt a dish, so he had to wait for them to make a new one. When he finally got home with the meals, the dish I ordered without chicken did have chicken in it, the meat on my sandwich was burnt so bad I could barely eat it, and they forgot two of our sides. Had high hopes going into this place yesterday for a Friday afternoon lunch. It was all downhill from there. They seemed a bit understaffed but we still got our drink orders to the table in about 10 mins. I ordered a club wrap and 20 bone in wings, and my wife ordered a garden salad. It took us close to 40 mins before our food arrived and when it did, my order was incorrect. I got some sort of chicken sandwich instead of the wrap. Since I was very hungry, I ate the chicken sandwich in lieu of waiting on the correct order. The chicken sandwich was very bland and lacked seasoning. My wife's garden salad was just okay and nothing to write home about. The wings which are part of the namesake of this place were horrible. I didn't realize wings even came that small! They were tiny, over cooked, and dry. The only saving grace for the experience was that the employees were very nice and the restaurant, which is like a mini BWW, was clean. The pan pizza is like a cross between chuck-e-cheese and pizza hut. If that's the kind of pizza you're into, go for it. I'm just a pizza snob from the Northeast. I have to frequent Murray for business and typically stay in the Hampton Inn. Mister B's is convenient when working from the hotel room. I am a huge fan of the teriyaki boneless wings. And I recently added a chef salad with all the garden veggies and ham, turkey, and bacon to my list of favorites. The service is great. It is refreshing to see college students putting in the grind to earn some extra money. These young folks have manners and excellent service. I highly recommend a meal at Mister B's. read more

We just went yesterday. The restaurant was busy but by no means crowded. It took over an hour to get only 3 of our entrees. We were told a few times that they were waiting on the burger. Our order was wings, croissant sandwich, nachos and their burger. Our drinks were only refilled once and we were never told the truth about what was going on. When we finally pressed the issue they brought out our food except the burger. The waitress said she would go check in it. Our food had been sitting in the window forever and was so cold when be ought out. Still no burger. So apparently our waitress knew we were getting screwed and had the manager come talk to us. She said that even though it has been at least 45 mins, the kitchen burned up the burger. She made it clear that she would bring it and it would be on the house But it will take another 20 mins!! Our soon was hungry so we said ok. I gladly gave him most of my nachos because they were cold and horrible. My daughter fries where Beyond soggy and salty. I tried one and had to spit it out. We were all finished and just wanted to leave but our waitress was as still nowhere to be found. The manger finally brought out the burger - OVER AND HOUR AND A HALF since we ordered it. It was laughable they would even do that. We said can you put it in a box and give us the check. Our waitress finally came back and asked how every was and we told her it was all cold and mushy. Mashala was our waitress the first visit and she remembers us on our second visit, that made us feel awesome, you don't get that often these days. Mashala, recommendations were spot on every time. Pizza was really good - kept it simple with just pepperoni, but there were some interesting options with a few more toppings. I'll definitely be back in to try them next time. This is one of our all time favorites in Murray! Awesome wings, pizza, sandwiches, fried pickles and their onion rings are so good too. But the best thing on the menu is their Mac and cheese, customize with any wing sauce you prefer. So creamy and delicious, and always arrives with the cheese sizzling on the sides of the bowl they bake it in. We've never had a bad experience here, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our waitress did a good job, very attentive, but you knew the kitchen was busy. For the X-hot chicken wings...smallish, but for the price they were OK, but not X-hot in my book. Never received. Called for a refund. Never happened! Several calls to restaurant and always told manager was too busy to come to phone.
