Then our cold food arrived. And we were charged the full amount without any sort of apology. Almost 2 hours we waited for simple bbq. Here's my advice for the restaurant. When your kitchen or servers can't produce. Your managers need to "hold the door". Put the door on a 20-30 minute wait so you can catch up. Obviously there's a lack in management here, or at least there was on that day. They continued to seat folks and I kept asking myself (why?)
