Your Pie custom pizza is exactly as the name states - YOUR - which is why they never get it wrong. You literally can watch them make your pizza with as little or as much ingredients as your heart desires. From the crust option to the sauce selection and the topping choices, it's a true pizza heaven. I am a frequent customer - I love the casual setting and kid friendly vibe. I tend to go in the evenings after my toddler's class - it's a 'go to ' for us. The location is also convenient to many of my favorite shops. Prices are fair for the quality. Side note: bathrooms are large and clean.

I guess we caught them at a bad time. Employees seem run down, soda machine is out so it's water, sprite or tea. Food good, gelato good.

Cheese & Banana Peppers! Personal pizza was enough to split with another person depending on your hunger level!

The parking was not ample but I secured a cute little spot right across the street from this place. I give it a 4/5 due to the fact that I ordered it way ahead of time & still had to wait by the time I arrived an additional 10 minutes, but it was worth the wait! The top part was a bit dry but overall it was Very delicious! When you walk in you smell all the aromas of the brick oven & they also have some delicious sorbet type of gelato that was Amazing as well!!

You create your own personal pizza from dough, sauce, unlimited toppings. I tried ischia pizza and added artichoke hearts to mine. It was phenomenal and great portion. I also tried their gelato as a side (2 scoops: strawberry shorbet, raspberry shorbet) which was great cold treat to balance the pizza. Definitely will come back.

Stale CAESAR SALAD I had to find my own dressing for they put none in the bag

The food was barely cooked the salad was stale! I will never patronize this establishment again! The service was awful because they forgot to put things we ordered in the bag!

This is my first time ever going to Your Pie. The employees were all nice and helpful and I saw great teamwork. They were really sweet to the girls while they picked out their ice cream and they didn't know which one they wanted. They let them take their time giving the girls a great experience. The pizza was delicious and so much better than I imagined and not greasy. The size of the pizza was perfect. Unlimited toppings for adults and I think it was two toppings for kids. They also had a beer section which I thought was cool. I would definitely go back again and download the app to get points.

We especially enjoyed the crisp, fresh Caesar salad, the veal piccata, and the garlic knots served with their delicious homemade sauce. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. It was wonderful to return and be reminded of what makes Roma so special. We definitely won't wait so long to come back again!

Let me start by saying we love Roma -- we've been regulars for years. But over the last year or so,…read morethe food has become really inconsistent. When it's good, it's great. When it's not, it feels like no one cares. If you mention an issue, the response is basically "really?" with no effort to fix anything. The marinara for the rolls and pasta is incredible when it's made the old way, but lately it's often far too salty. Several dishes aren't prepared the way the menu describes. If it says caramelized onions, you'll get big chunks of raw onion instead. I hate the idea of loosing our favorite place, but it feels like the cooks and management have changed, and the attention to detail that made Roma special just isn't there anymore. Based on what people have said about the manager, that seems to be the root of the problem. Please keep it consistent, to the menu and bring back the Roma we knew and always loved.

We were here on a Monday night (President's day holiday) and it was crowded. I'm glad I made a reservation through OpenTable. Once seated at a table in the middle of the dining area, I noticed it was a little stuffy. The table can seat four but I think it would be very packed with all the plates. I noticed the plate I had when I sat was dirty so I just switched it with another vacant plate. The server took away occupied silverware and plates. It felt more spacious. Focaccia bread was brought out with sun dried tomatoes dip and it was delicious!! Not tarty at all and I wish there was more of that dip because it was so good. My husband warned me that their portions were dainty so we ordered calamari appetizer (I highly recommend) and caprese salad (also good and fresh). My husband got tomato basil Alfredo fettuccini with chicken and I had Alfredo fettuccini with salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I found it odd that the server asked how I liked it cooked and I elected for well done. It was so tender and buttery just melts in your mouth. The fettuccini was okay. The texture of the noodles were dumpling like maybe it's homemade but still good. I did order broccolini as a side but someone dropped the ball and that's why I had to dock a star. Overall, I think it's a romantic place to bring a date but the servers aren't too warm but still professional. My husband said there's a business event section upstairs and offers privacy. I think his only complaint was that the logistics of the "buffet" appetizers was awkward so a lot of the food went to waste. I think he mentioned more serving ware like plates and serving spoons would have been helpful. I also think the to go bag is very nice. It's like a reusable grocery bag and fairly large. It's a nice touch. I saw a lady bring her dog. I don't remember seeing an outside patio and I have a dog myself and am a dog lover. I'm not sure what that was about (is there a separate area?).

Not the best. The tomato basil fettuccine Alfredo - it was recommended as being "amazing" and the "most popular" dish.... It left a lot to be desired. The noodles were extremely over done with some noodles actually burnt. A lot of noodles were actually stuck together. The noodles were worse than if a college kid boiled store bought noodles and then forgot about them on the stove. The Alfredo sauce wasn't necessarily bad but it needed to be creamier and needed more flavor. I will say there was a lot of blackened chicken on the pasta, but again, needed more flavor. The pepperoni flatbread was ok. Extremely thin. The server told us it had the pepperoni that curls into little cups. That was false. It was regular pepperoni - which is fine!! But the flatbread overall just wasn't great. I know this is an Italian place in a shopping center in Gwinnett, but I was still disappointed.

We had dinner reservations for after a show at the Aurora Theatre in town, so it was nice to park in the free parking deck, then take a short stroll over to the restaurant. Dana C was our server, and she took wonderful care of us. It had been several years since I'd dined here, but my wife and I were prepared to order each menu item that what we wanted to eat, knowing that we'd have plenty of leftovers to take back with us. Italian food and pasta is always better over the next few days out of the fridge, right? After tasty glasses of the house merlot for her and chianti for me, we started with their fried calamari appetizer and 2 loaves of garlic bread that were covered in olive oil and sliced, blanched fresh garlic. Very tasty. My wife had their stuffed pork chops entree which came out on a massive bed of pasta. It was all delicious. I had the Veal Parmesan which was served with a side order of spaghetti marinara. The flavors were fantastic! We ordered the "Full" portions on purpose, but we easily would have still had leftovers had we ordered the "half" portions. We made sure to save room for dessert so she could have their tiramisi and I had the cannoli. We did finish all of our sweets, lol. As an after-dinner drink, I had a sambuca which was properly served with the traditional 3 coffee beans. We left this fantastic dining experience pleasantly full, and with bags of take-home containers so we could continue to enjoy the food for days afterwards. This is a great place to hang out and eat well.

They came back to the front and advised it would be a 30 minute wait with a close to almost empty restaurant. So my husband and I decided to place an order to go eat outside next door at another restaurant with our little ones. When I received my food the aluminum take out bowl wasn't completely closed. Because of it, I cut myself pretty badly reaching into the bag to grab my food. Before eating, the pasta was pretty dry, almost bland. I went back to ask for more sauce. The lady at the bar said she would charge me, which was strange to even ask considering the food was poor quality-tasting. She ended up not charging me, but handed me the sauce with no carry out bag. I ended up burning my fingers. My overall experience with customer service and less than safe presentation was disappointing and def unacceptable.

Service: The service was just okay at best. Out of three orders, two were incorrect (both with wrong pasta that we ordered), and I had to remind the server about my cocktails when the entrées were already served. We were also celebrating a little girl's birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. After two desserts were already brought out, I had to ask the host to bring a candle as I didn't see my server. Eventually a plate with "Happy Birthday" written on it came out, and we were told the server was "working on it," but it felt like an afterthought. The server didn't come out herself or even acknowledge the birthday, which was a letdown for a special moment. Ambience: This place is just too loud to even have a normal conversation. It's not the music that's the issue -- it's the space. The restaurant feels very small and overcrowded, with tables packed too closely together. With that many people in such a tight space, the noise level becomes overwhelming. Because of that, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for date nights or any occasion where you actually want to talk and enjoy the moment. Food: Overall, the service felt inattentive and the food didn't stand out enough to make up for it. With so many great Italian restaurants out there, this one just didn't leave a reason for us to return.

Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna queja. A mi familia y a mí nos encanta este lugar. The chicken was small and dry. Asparagus stringy and limp. If you're hungry don't order at Carrabbas. They are stingy with their portions. Something is wrong with this picture. They are watching the amount of food they are serving to cut costs. It leaves one to wonder, are they going out of business? This was their takeout service.
