The person behind teh counter said she was from Texas so maybe that had something to do with it. Sauced is worth a stop. We ordered a bunch of brisket, hand cut fries, and mac n cheese. The fries were excellent. It is hard to beat a perfectly cooked hand cut fry and these were amazing. The mac n cheese was also dang good. It was cheesy as could be and a great addition. The brisket? Well for starters, I wasn't expecting much. I didn't think Arkansas was known for brisket but I figured what the hell. This was some very good brisket. I would venture a guess that it is the best brisket in Eureka and unless there are some real Texas BBQ joints there, one of the best in all of Arkansas. Have I had better?
