It's Little Caesars. You know they use cheap ingredients for their pizzas, hence the affordable (Or once affordable) pricing. You know they're cutting corners, if you know anything about how they're able to sell pizzas at the price that they do. So you're not coming in here expecting the "best pizza of your life". But, it's pizza. It's decent and it's affordable. That's why we go to Little Caesar's. It's hit or miss, so I gave it three stars but when it's on point, it's on point. I usually just order and pick it up from the deploy machine to avoid the lines. I'd use the app, as you can customize if you want things like more sauce, less sauce, more cheese, etc.

came here to try for the first time. the people at the counter were very nice and answered my questions quickly without issue. order the batman calzoney, limited time item. i waited 15 minutes, but it was alright since it was being made fresh and i was there ordering the last hour, they were open. the calzone/pizza hybrid was amazing, cheese was hot and melty, had a ton of pepperoni, and generous with Parm cheese throughout and not overly drowned in sauce. for $8 was totally worth it.

Deep Deep Dish, very light on the sauce, extra cheese with pepperoni and well done. Ask them to hit it with grated Parmesan when finished.

It may sound cheesy but it describes exactly the atmosphere of this place, a good time full of friendly people. It's a 2 two story building with plenty of seating. I have been here many a time where the upstairs is rented out for a private event. They also have two outside decks full of tables and chairs which is perfect to sit at when the weather is nice. And trust me when the weather is nice this place is packed!!!! The food here is delicious. In the warmer months they have a pizza food truck that comes. The pizza is sooo good my favorite is one they sell that has a white sauce on it instead of marinara it is delicious. The brewery itself makes small bites and has a few sandwiches that come with a bag of potato chips. They are also good. Last time we came our friends got the meatball sub and it was huge!!! They said it was amazing. They have a great selection of beers including IPAs, Stouts, Sours, and Ciders. I will say this brewery is what kindled my love for Sour beers. They have one that tastes like a red Starburst, so yummy! They also have non alcoholic beer and spirits on their menu. The staff is also friendly. I have seen them frazzled a time or two when it's really busy which is understandable. All in all it's good service both bar tenders and other staff that is working hard cleaning up tables ams sweeping to make sure the tables are ready for the next round of people. Also to note this is not table service. You go to the bar and order your food and either pay there or open a tab. They then bring out your food to you. You can also get beers to take home and other merchandise such as shirts, jackets, and some packaged food items. It very family friendly! Every time I come I see tons of families here, which is nice. Oh and the last thing to note the bathrooms are always clean!!! Which is something I really appreciate about any place that is serving food and drinks.

You can't convince me otherwise that the best part of Beacon is Hudson Valley Brewery. My repeat…read moretrips to this quaint little town hinges on an end-of-day stop right here. What makes this establishment so memorable and so sought after? Let me count thy ways. Hudson Valley awaits at the end of Beacon's Main Street, a fitting finale to a day spent ducking in and out of shops. Its wide open spaces and available sitting is a welcome sight for sore feet. Its diverse array of drinks, from wines to beers to sours, will quench any type of thirst. My drink of choice are their sours, and as someone who previously did not like these kinds of drinks, I was thoroughly converted. Perfect for people who don't like beers, their sours are berry-forward with a tartness that cuts through the sweet flavors. It's so good, I even lugged a six-pack home all the way to the train and back to the city! You simply cannot visit Hudson Valley Brewery without trying their pizza. It's one of my favorites. Cooked in an outdoor brick oven, their pizzas are charred to perfection; their crust thin yet provides a satisfying substantial bite; and their pie topped with ooey gooey cheese. Although I don't doubt that anything you order will be delicious, I have tried their sausage and pepper pizza, as well as their margherita, and can attest to how delicious they are. If you're visiting Beacon, end your day here at Hudson Valley Brewery. It's the ideal last stop.
