This is a pretty good place to stop to eat when ur in a hurry and need to grab something quickly to eat. Fresh, hot,tasty and the service is pretty friendly and prompt. I was actually in there yesterday and we got our pizza in a hurry due to other task needing completed. So I would recommend this place to anybody who is hungry maybe has kids thst are grouching and just not wanting to cook and just needing something fast quick and in a hurry so I recommend just stop in along with the friendly service experience is a must. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesy bread. Not only did they completely get our pizza wrong the cheesy bread tasted like cardboard and the pizza was so far from a pepperoni pizza I'm in shock. Not to mentioned I had to wait 50 minutes for this. read more

I called ahead so I could have what I wanted ready when I arrived (which was going to be 15 mins before closing). When I came in to pick up my pizza, they had misheard me on the phone and made the wrong thing. The young man working quickly put what I had wanted in the oven and was very apologetic. This place is a mess. They charged me for an order twice, both when the order was placed and when it was picked up, and over a month later I still haven't gotten a refund. When we picked the order up there was a long wait time, so they offered us a "free" crazy bread for our troubles. They then added the cost of the "free" crazy bread to the bill and charged my card a 2nd time for the bread plus the pizzas. I've called the restaurant and the corporate line multiple times trying to get it fixed. Weeks ago I was told there would be a refund sent, and yet the refund never came to my account. I called again, was told again the refund would be put through, and it still never went through. Someone at the Amelia location claimed to corporate that they had sent multiple refunds of random amounts that they pulled from I don't know where, and tried to blame the issue on me. I never saw any of these supposed refunds, so either there was a freak accident where my bank wasn't processing the refund (doubtful), or someone at the Amelia location was lying. On top of this all, out of the last 4 orders we've made, 3 of them were messed up (once being handed a pizza that literally had a sticker with someone else's name on the box showing it was from a different order, other times just being given the wrong kind of pizza). read more

Usually I don't have a problem with little caesars. But this location has problems. I ordered a PRETZEL stuffed crust pizza and when I received it it was literally the regular crust with salt on it. When I kindly told the employee that it was made incorrectly she proceeded to argue with me to try to convince me the crust was indeed the pretze crust. Now I have had the pretzel pizza a dozen of times and this looked nothing like The other ones I've had before. After 10 minutes of this employee arguing with me, another female employee came out and was extremely rude. She said and I quote "the picture is plastic, it's not real. It's not going to look like the real thing". This made me so angry and I decided to be the bigger person and just leave with what they made me. Did the pizza still taste good? Sure it was fine but the point is to not argue with the customer. It was made incorrectly whether it tasted good or not. Very disappointed. Will not be eating there ever again. Pulled up to grab our pizza off to the side of the door. There was not one other car in the parking lot. The owner came out yelling at me that he would not serve me. He was extremely harsh and angry from the get go. He told me I needed to get in a spot because he was tired of getting "b*tched" at by the adjoining tanning bed. I told him they were closed for the day? He yelled he didn't care and that he would serve me. So I pulled into the spot got my pizza in three minutes and walked out to..... an empty parking lot. Very unstable and angry guy. Not sure many owners would treat patrons so nasty. I can't imagine what it is like for the employees to put up with a guy like that every day. Pizza was extremely undercooked, dough was raw in most the pizza, always have to wait longer than any normal pizzeria. Not a Little Caesars like I'm used to where staff is polite, food is properly cooked. This location is far worse than any I have ever seen read more

I ordered a little caesars pizza online. I received an email my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I prepaid for the pizza and included my cell phone number. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they are out of thin crust pizza and I do not have a pizza there. I asked why they didn't call me to inform me that I would not be receiving a pizza. I was told They called but I did not answer, I received no calls and have not yet received a refund for NO pizza. This is terrible customer service. They shouldn't make you pay ahead for online orders if they can't provide the product. read more

I got very bad sick from eating here, the kids that work there aren't washing their hands. Pizza is ok but the sickness after is not! :(

They are always advertising hot and ready items. However every time I go...there is NEVER anything hot and ready. Also the customer service is terrible. They do not care if you're happy or not. Ordered 5 "hot and ready" pizzas. Cashier was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I should have called in. She then proceeded to hollar over my shoulder to the people behind me and say "Hey everyone, you will have to wait b/c this guy just took everything". HORRIBLE experience... will never go again. I think we can all agree that Little Caesars is not known for its Pizza quality! It may not be the freshest or best tasting pizza, but it sure is quick and cheap in a pinch. I will say that the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful at this location, and I can honestly not say that for other pizza joints in the area. Though their pizza is not my favorite, I do REALLY enjoy the crazy bread! read more

Went in for Supreme pizza today, while waiting a young man came on to work his hair was 6 inches longer in the front and swung his hair every time he lifted his head. I spoke to manager Bentley who reassured me I would not find hair in my pizza. It discussed me. Pizza was good but I ate cautiously. read more

Zero starts the staff never ever wears gloves they come and touch money and. Credit cards from customers . Then they go and use their hands no gloves to put toppings on the pizza. When I asked the manager are they required to wash their hands and wear gloves . Respond was they go through the oven so that kills the Bacteria! Wow ! And he said they wash their hands which manager nor staff did the whole time I was there. The manager on other side that is getting out the pizza touched her jeans several times wiping her hands off and then put my pizza in the box and used her hands. No gloves to make sure pizza was in box right ! Will not return surprise health dept has not shut them down. Th cashier rubbed his hair while taken my money. I didn't see one person use gloves or wash their hands. Just very dirty place. read more

Just terrible , there was about 9-10 people back there just standing around , it smells like cigarettes , group of kids were being rude inside but nobody told them anything because they were friends with 1 of the workers ! I will Never come back here! !!!! read more
