Don't get the gluten free pizza ..ours was burnt beyond eating and not edible should have looked at it before I left The store. Literally had to throw it out. Called the store when I got home and the person on the phone said this happens all the time because they let it roll through the full oven cycle that is set for the regular pizzas. oh well.. had to fill up on the banana pepper garnish. Other garden pizza was OK. restaurant was clean and friendly staff. They should pull these out early so they don't burn to a crisp. read more

Overall, good pizza, no matter where you go in the country. I've ordered it in probably four different states, and it has been on par every time. Definitely better places around, but still not a bad option. Usually always has a deal to fit your budget. Why is that, you ask? Simple - the staff the day I went in made sure to give me the best deal possible and save me the most money. RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME! First off, they have a promotion running for $10 for a large pizza. As I have yet to find a better deal than that, they were my top choice for this particular pizza order. I had four large pizzas to order, and I called around for specials; no one had anything less, and some didn't even seem interested in telling me what their specials were. I called Papa John's and inquired about their $10 / lg. pizza deal. They happily informed me I could do this. So off I go to pick up our giant pizza order. When I arrive, I see that this is clearly a delivery/carryout location. I walk in, and within seconds a man from the back comes forth to ask how he can help me. I explain to him I'm picking up an order, and he reads off the total. Inwardly grimacing over the large pizza bill, I then produce a coupon from the local county coupon book. I asked him if I could use it, and he explained he couldn't use both specials, but then adds, "Let me see which one saves you the most money." I saved a good $12 that day, and he was nothing but kind, courteous, and helpful. The pizzas themselves were fantastic - we ordered a pepperoni, cheese, supreme, and 3-topping pizza. Almost all the pizza was devoured, meaning we not only provided great food for our friends and ourselves but also that the pizza quantity and size were adequate for a large crowd. I will definitely return here and I already spread the word about this location. Terrible service. They take much longer than any other pizza place around this area. The food is rarely correct. They never fix things and are quite rude if you call to let them know your order was wrong. We have had undercooked pizza and burnt pizza from there. Very difficult to get a manager on the phone. They lie and say there will be a credit on the order because they can't send someone out to replace the incorrect pizza. The credit is never put on the account. We have stopped ordering since it's wrong so often. It really sucks. read more

My pizza was hot and fresh which is good. My main complaints would be for The Works there was not enough of the toppings and and the crust was uneven, thinner on one side thicker on the other. Still good for a night I didn't feel like cooking dinner. Also the small was $15 dollars which I honestly feel is expensive for a small pizza. read more

Inaccurate delivery orders. Terrible service. Driver's are often rude and the food is terrible. I tipped my driver 5.00 on a $15 pizza delivery. I handed him the $20, he asked if I needed change and I said no, we're good. I received a nasty look and a very obviously sarcastic "wow - thanks oh so much". I was already annoyed because my 30 minute delivery quote time took 54 minutes. I just kind of starred at him like, "really?!". I am not enough of a tough person to have demanded the tip back but I still wish that I had. Took my pizza inside and I guess it isn't shocking to anyone that it was cold, the crust was way overcooked and 2 ingredients were missing. I ordered food from here two days in a row because I have been absolutely swamped at work and this was easier than coming home and making a meal. I placed my order thru door dash and both times the order was wrong. I tried calling the store about the issue and the store manager blamed door dash... sorry but they are not the one's prepping my food. He said its the drivers responsibility to check the product and made no effort to fix the error. I will never order food from this place again and would advise others to do the same. When leadership can't correct problems and passes blame that is a sure sign a company that you should stay away from. I feel bad the the employees who work for that guy. read more
