i ordered two lunch meat hoagies which i have had many times in the past and usually very good. this time when i ordered the usual way with pizza sauce i was told they don,t put pizza sauce on them only lettuce tomato onion pickles. they told me no sauce. you can put pizza sauce on a flip plop. when i got them home they were saturated in mayo and no onion. that sandwich sucks with mayo and wheres my onions. anyway wont be going back to that location. ate half of mine and through the other half away and my wife is allergic to mayo so hers got tossed also. read more

I want to give Grammas pizza higher marks, but each time I've been there it's taken a long time, my order is incorrect, or the quality of food is awful. Last time I was there, I wasn't charged for half the order due to the time it took to make the food. The quality was so bad that I didn't feel like I should have paid for anything. "No masks in the kitchen due to heat" - seemingly includes cashiers. All of which is rather concerning due to COVID Doesn't honor digital coupons or word over phone. Was told when placed order that their coupon could be used digitally when picking up, but when arrived it was claimed it was store policy to only do paper coupons. No where it is stated on coupon. When discussed about what was said over phone. Didn't honor the coupon and gave poor customer service. So if want to save anything don't expect to be able to use digital coupons. read more

The food is very inconsistent. Sometimes its way overcooked and burnt other times its barely done or not at all. I've waited as much as 90 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready in "30 minutes" I never order for delivery anymore if we do order from there because you'll definitely be waiting at least an hour for it. The lasagna was inedible and the pizza not at all what we had hoped for. The lasagna was a pound of hamburger with very little sauce, cheese or ricotta.Garlic bread was a hoagy roll. You never know what you will get? Sometimes good and sometimes burnt. Not unusual they don't pick up phone for your order or place you on hold for 10 minutes or more. I actually called in placed on hold for 15+ ..walked in and they was not doing anything. Told them they could hang up hold. If you do get one of staff's good day you will get some tasty food.. Absolutely horrible customer service! Order was messed up, and then they tried to make me pay not only another delivery charge, but also another charge for extra items that they say was not paid for, but yet obviously by the total of 2 items, they were most definitely paid for. This isn't the first time I have dealt with mistakes from Grammar's, but at least when the mistakes have been made, it's been owned up to, and taken care of in a manner that wasn't so unprofessional. This place has been going down hill for years, it's just a matter of time before the little hole in the strip is taken out for good. I highly recommend choosing a place that actually takes customer service to a whole different standard, instead of having an attitude because of a complaint about them cooking your order wrong. I don't usually get food from this location but there was a traffic mess so I couldn't go down to the other branch. I ordered a medium pizza and when I got home I started to eat it and found two really long hairs attached to the pizza. Like over a foot long. I know they weren't mine because they were actually under the cheese that was baked onto the crust. I almost got sick. I took the whole thing straight to the garbage can. Called to place an order for delivery. I waited an hour and gave them a call. The lady answered the phone said and quote, " We are having driver problems." I explained it had been an hour. She then went on to tell me, " Someone stole his car right outback." Again I said are going to deliver my pizza? I recently moved to the area and would not recommend this place at all especially if you are a late night eater. I have ate here 3 times and will never be back. The first time was a good experience, but as I quickly learned this is not the norm. Food is not good and if I had servers like theirs I would close my doors and hide my head. You should never mop with a cleaning agent while people are eating and then sit at the booth in front of them and talk about if you are getting out early that night, If you don't want to work late you should find another job. When you do have a customer instead of worrying about if you are going to get out early, perhaps you should pay attention to your customers and not make them go an entire meal without a refill. This is probably the worst customer service that we have received at any restaurant ever! Not only did our food take an hour for us to receive but it was made completely wrong! When we called to speak to the manager she was very rude, and argued with my wife about what was on our pizza, even though we were looking right at it. She told us that we were wrong and they would have to come pick up our pizza to verify that it was wrong, then they would take it back to the store and remake it. When my wife told her that was ridiculous that we would just never order from them again, the manager said ok that's fine. I have been a general manager in the service industry for over 10 years and if one of my managers acted like she did they would no longer have a job. We have always enjoyed Grammas pizza. Tonight was an utter disappointment. We were shorted 2 wings and the extra pizza sauce that we paid for. I could let that go no problem. it was the pizza! It was the most soggy disgusting Hawaiian pizza I've ever had, it was soaked! We didn't eat ANY of it after the first bite, it turned our stomachs. We called to complain,they blamed it on the fact that we ordered a Hawaiian! They accused us of eating it and refused to refund our money. Went in to order. Manager and another lady at counter did not greet me. They walked away and finally took order for $5.15. when i got home, i opened box and notes extremely greasy soggy pizza. I was trying to manhandle slice out of box when i noticed a centipede crawling in box. I threw everything out. The next day , i decided to call and complain. The manager said i had to bring pizza back in. Since it was trash day, it was already gone but i did have tissue with bug still. She said no refund and didnt even apoligize. I asked for owners number and she rudely said ok, but instead hung up on me. I finally reached nick grammas who also said i had to have the pizza to get refund. I said, fine, no refund but since i spend about $20 a week there, he would lose $1000 in sales per year over a $5 order. He didnt care, so boycott is on.
