Reward

Let me say, I have no beef with local store. This has to with APP that Marcos broke. I have been a rewards member for a few years and on March 19 of this year I made an order that earned 10.00 off my next order. The reward was good until 4/17/23. I tried to use it as part of my order and it led me to a page that opened in a browser and asked me to log in. The page looks nothing like the APP. Anyway, then it said password expired and I had to create a new one, which I did. Nowhere in this page was my 10.00 off. So I checked my points balance and said I 90 points only 27 more to my reward. Now I went to the APP, figuring that I did something wrong. So I had to log back in to the app because it had timed out. We'll I tried log in with my new password, but it said I was using the wrong user/password. So I tried again and nothing. Then I tried my old password and that worked. I can see my all my recent purchases and points including my 10.00 reward. I called the store and they were no help. There is no way to give feedback in the app or the website. As soon as you start it takes you to a page to begin ordering. There is no phone number or email for corporate. They will ruin my business with them. 10.00 won't break me, however they're making a mistake with me. They have to know they deliberately broke things. I can't be the only one. I have pics from the app as proof. If that can't fix this, I'll drive next door to Donatos, which I did tonight when I couldn't use the app and reward.

This gluten free pizza I received from Marco's Pizza today was simply amazing. This pizza was fresh and delicious!
Courtney W.

I have had a bad experience with Marco's in the past but today I ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza because recently I've had to go gluten free for the entire month and wanted to try different pizza places that offer gluten-free options. My pizza was hot and fresh and delicious!!! Some of the best delivery pizza I've had. Wow what a change for my last experience!!!

And this is the one they messed up !!! And even it is perfect !

Freshly baked bread & a plate of roasted garlic olive oil was placed on our table. It was heavenly & we had to remind ourselves not to eat too much or there would be no room for our entrees. Hubby ordered the mixed grill while I got Chicken Parmesan & a chopped salad. The salad was a typical Greek salad & was good. The Chicken Parmesan was huge & took up almost the entire plate. There was a side of spaghetti nestled next to the chicken & it complimented the dish nicely. The server brought a plate of freshly grated cheese & put most of it on my entree. Yum! Hubby really liked the skewer of steak, chicken & shrimp along with the typical veggies of bell peppers, mushrooms & onions. At the end of our meal, the server brought us a lovely chocolate dessert with a strawberry on top for our anniversary. We will definitely be regulars at this restaurant from here on out!

It was very savory and although I love gin, one was enough and I switched to wine. The mandatory items were goat cheese bread, cacio e Pepe, and the ricotta donuts. We decided to try the pork loin and I'm so glad we did. It was perfectly cooked, and so crispy. It kind of reminded me of a chicken parm but the sauce it arrived with was so delicious. It was sweet and acidic while also slightly rich because of the pig fat. The meat in it was a little tough and was a little unpleasant to chew when i got a big clump of it. I would recommend trying the food here. For service, at the start my server got my order and everything in pretty quick so no complaints. After he took my order, i did not see him at all during my entire meal. At the end, it took 20 min for me to get my check and pay. I saw my server standing there talking with his coworker for the entire period while i was waiting for him to come by for the check. Even after i got the bill, it took another 10 min for them to take it and cash me out because they were chatting with each other. I shouldn't even have tipped because all he did was give me a water and take my order, he didn't even bring the food or check in with me. Overall i think the restaurant is a 4/5, but my service experience brought it down a star.

Absolutely adorable spot for Italian in Versailles!…read more I met up with some friend here for a girls dinner and luckily it was nice enough to be seated on the patio. We started with the arancini as well as the house bread that's served after you're seated- both super tasty. I'm not a huge pasta fan so I ordered a grilled romaine salad (that may be seasonal because I no longer see it on the menu). I added salmon and it was great! Our service was great and I definitely think Vallozzi's is worth the drive from Lexington!

My wife points out Vallozzi's as we were walking back to the car, and we decided to try. We walked in and immediate love the vibe. The restaurant is gorgeous! And they were busy too. We walked up to see if we could get a table. She asked if we had a reservation and we didn't. She said they were totally booked. We were bummed but said thank you and agreed we'd come back when we did. As we were leaving, the hostess chased us down and asked if we still wanted to grab dinner, of course we said yes ...... and so began our dining journey with Vallozzis! Ashley as was our server and we took her recommendations on just about everything! The menu is varied with plenty of options. We started with the prosciutto plate and recommended wine - Teresa got the Angel Rose and I chose the Hall Chardonnay. Perfect. Our daughter had a Sprite, just to put that out there. Our daughter got the manicotti which looked fab! My wife got the Parma, and I got the special beef filet ravioli. Everything was prepared perfectly and we could not have been better service. Thanks Ashley! The ambiance is quite charming and you'll feel very comfortable being here! We needed to get dessert of course so we chose the banana tiramisu and got two of them to go! No disappointment at all. Really enjoyed our time and dining experience here and we'll definitely be back. There's too much on that fabulous menu to try, not yo come back and back and back. Check out Vallozzis! Make sure to get a reservation just to be safe. We will too!

We would always go to Ivy's and pick out our Christmas ornaments to take back with us. Well, 2024. We were your visiting to see the lighting of the Christmas tree and it was so magical it was snowing carolers singing, and we were hungry, and this girl loves her pasta, so my mother-in-law said there's a really adorable Italian restaurant. Let's go see if we can get a table, so we walked from Ivy's down to this adorable Italian Restaurant and before I even walked in, I knew I wanted to eat there. My husband opened the door and we were greeted with such a smile and hospitality. The seating area was packed. Little kids were playing. The joy of Christmas was in the air and we love Christmas That's why we would always come to Ohio around Christmas time. We have never experienced Christmas like we do in Ohio. We are a family that goes above and beyond during Christmas we even do Christmas in July lol, it's like being in a Christmas hallmark movie when we're here in Ohio we never have experienced living in 4 seasons. We have always grew up with sunshine and flip-flops lol, wearing rain-boots and scarfs and beanies were more of a fashion statement lol. My husband and myself always said once our four kiddos were grown and married and out of the house we would move to Wellston, Ohio, So that we did, September 2026, and that year was the heaviest snow Wellston has seen in years. My husband took me on a date ‍‍and of course we had lunch at your adorable restaurant. You guys had just opened for lunch and we walked in and got seated. There was only 1 other couple in the restaurant and this sweet young girl and the cook welcomed us as if we ‍‍were regulars lol we had the most wonderful ambience and company. We sat at the booth next to the bar and had the most wonderful lunch date‍‍ We shared with them how we had just moved her from California and we were so excited to hear all about Ohio. Not one time while we were there did anyone else come in to eat, It was like it was created for just us to be there as if my husband reserved the whole restaurant just for me lol we believe God has his perfect timing, and right when we were getting ready to leave is when people started coming in to eat lunch, that young girl and guy working there made us feel like home So, that adorable restaurant will always hold a special place in our hearts We will always have dinner as long as we can get a table the evening of the lighting of the Christmas tree, we can't wait to bring our kids and grandchildren and our families and friends. It will be our signature place. So fast forward, my aunt is doing a women's conference in Chillicothe this evening 6/5/26 and it's rare when we can get a group of us ladies together and fellowship and have dinner, so I made reservations for 11 of some very special ladies, that God has brought into my life since I've been living here, and all of these ladies besides me and my mother-in-law have never been to your restaurant. So I am so excited to bring them to our signature spot. With that being said, I will always have a vision and hear those cute little kids playing in the seating area the 1st night we walked in to eat there. It's the little things that matter that make it so very special and the little kiddos definitely make the ambience of Christmas when we were waiting to be seated that night and the little kiddo's were so excited to see Santa and we're singing Christmas carols as we were all waiting to get seated, I never have cared how long I would wait for a table because the ambience was so amazing as busy and packed as the restaurant was, our waitress made us feel as if we were the only ones in the restaurant, My husband and myself ‍‍ are so excited to continue to make memories there and to top it off. The food is absolutely amazing and my husband is a pizza critic, and this girl knows her Italian food So with all that being said, I want to say thank you for the joy that we get walking in your door I am so excited to get ready for my girls night and eat dinner at our favorite restaurant. Love and Blessings, Jeremy and Julie Rider

Despite living 30 minutes away we had yet to give this place a try. Located on Paint Street near Yoktangee Park, parking can be an issue. During the day it's metered - after 5 no charge but still rather limited spots for the number of stores in the area. We found one across the street. We got there about 30 minutes before closing but service was courteous and we were seated and had our food within 20 minutes. We weren't the only late arrivals. Another couple came in behind us. We felt bad about being there after closing but many tables still had people eating when we left. We asked for the pizza they are known for and got a 16" NY style cheese pizza brought to us in minutes. Super hot! Overall, we were underwhelmed with the pizza. Sauce was good and not acidic. Pizza could have used more cheese. It seemed like the sauce to cheese ratio favored sauce. The star was the crust. Nice and crunchy. Edge was cooked nicely but I would have liked it to have give a little longer so the middle had more structure. Next time we'd definitely order it topped. They use cupped pepperoni so my husband was happy. I generally eat cheese pizza but even I said it could benefit from a topping or at least more cheese. I'd give the place 7/10 but we're willing to try other things on the menu to see if the cheese pizza just wasn't for us.

We ordered: Drinks: -House red- Cirelli, Montepulciano D'Abruzzo -Barbera Blend Salad: -Gem- gem lettuce, walnut, ubriaco Rosso cheese, croutons, citrus Caesar dressing, parmigiano-reggiano Lunch: -Limone- Spaghetti, Meyer Lemon, chili flake, parmigiano-reggiano, garlic breadcrumbs, Ricotta -Funghi- Maccheroni alla Chitarra, wild mushrooms, sherry cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano Since we didn't make reservations, we sat at the bar and our food came out right away. The salad was very light and had great flavor. Both the pastas were amazing but the limone is hands down my fave. Both wines paired well with my meals. Would I come back? Absolutely. I kept hearing Giovanni's name and I tried it out and was extremely pleased with my food. I've continued to eat here, so when three of us were going out to dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday. There was no hesitation that this is where we were going! Neither friend had ever been here before, so it was a great opportunity to show them where to get excellent Italian food. We're more than halfway through our meal, the birthday girl is absolutely ecstatic with her eggplant rollatini! Unfortunately, she suffers from epilepsy and proceeded to have a grand mal seizure at the table. Everybody, in that restaurant, the staff, the customers, were so wonderful with their response to this situation. 911 was called immediately, the paramedics arrived and put my friend in the ambulance. At which time I asked our server to bring some boxes and the check. She already had the boxes in her hand and proceeded to box everything up for us and informed us in no way would they be giving us a check that evening! Can you imagine that in this day and age nobody does that sort of thing! But nope, I'm wrong Giovanni's is the place you wanna go to be surrounded by stand-up people with values that we just don't seem to see anymore! Of course we left What cash we had in our pockets, which unfortunately was nowhere near what the cost of the meal would have been. In another few days, the owners will be taking their yearly trip back to Italy to see their friends and family, and in the middle of August when they return, I will be there! I just wanna say thank you so much for your caring, compassion, and generosity during a very challenging time. Have a wonderful trip!

Smaller dishes like the pasta combo could be finished for a meal, larger entrees could be shared by 2- 3 people. We had a great time and the food was superb. The chicken parmigiana was so tender with plenty of sauce. The lasagna and stuffed shell so cheesy. Quality food in a family owned and run restaurant. So yummy.
