We stopped by a little before noon today and they had no pizzas ready to go. It sure seemed like they were shortstaffed. There were a few people in the lobby complaining about the wait time. We like Little Caesars because it's usually quick, easy and fairly inexpensive but not today. In my experience, it's really not that unusual for a place in Bastrop to not have enough employees. This is the absolute worst little Caesar's I've ever been to. I worked at little Caesar's (back when a hot and ready was still $5). The food quality is non existent. They never have hot and ready. I've had pizzas messed up on multiple occasions but this LAST visit was the ultimate. Never never never eat here. Customer service is terrible. They say "have a great day" in the most condescending way. When they messed up my pizza there was no "what can we do to make it right?" It was just "want us to remake it?" Then when I came back with a raw pizza that they remade they were unapologetic and still made me pay for the crazy bread. Not impressed at all with their pretzel stuff crust pizza. Shown in the picture, I actually asked to make sure it was correct since it didn't look anything, not even remotely close to the picture on the website. It was also undercooked. It tasted like some of the cheese was runny and was WAYYYYY to salty. Like grossly over salted. I love salt so this is saying something. Completely disappointing. The staff was also disappointing. We ordered a deep dish sausage pizza and a large old world pepperoni for the family to share. I was pleasantly surprised. Store looks clean. Three different times, there is a crowd of waiting customers that should be attended to faster. Little or few pizzas in what looks like the warmer oven for call in pick up. No pizzas in the ovens for the pre made pizza. This is grab and go food, folks. At prime time, that oven should remain fully stocked. Generally speaking when a customer asked for a refund or if they are unhappy in any way management under common courtesy inquire with the customer to see what happened to make it right; it's about good customer service. What did sharley p do? She proceeded with my refund and didn't care to ask me what happened and why I wanted a refund she seemed very nonchalant on what happened I don't think I will ever be back to this place they sent me off with no food. The refund that I would have to wait for within 7 to 10 business days and this purchase was done on a Saturday. I had to go by a nearby store to find something to eat as a diabetic. We ordered online at 7 pm and arrived at 7:30 pm to pick up our order. It wasn't ready and when we asked about it they said it would be a few minutes. We waited another 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready. During that time, several people received their orders and each one was missing something. We have tried both ordering online and ordering in store and the wait has always been 30-45 minuets and that's if they are hurrying. This evening we waited for almost an hour.
