They had no idea I had made a door dash order and kept telling me I must have ordered wrong. While waiting they got multiple people's orders wrong and they didn't seem to care except one small female worker. They seemed to be all teenagers but c'mon. I waited 10 minutes for him to find the order that he swore wasn't in the system and then I had to wait for them to make it when it told me it was ready for pickup. Won't be back. read more

This business is the worst service of any business in Bastrop. we ordered a pizza to be delivered, which never came. No one at the store answer when we were trying to figure out what was going on with our order. We called the corporate office and they said we had to call the store back direct. I would never do business with those folks again and I recommend you do don't either. I can't believe a corporate company like that. Just hung up on my wife. We called to ask that they not put the hot wings in the same box as the pizza because we didn't want the hot sauce juices to soak into our pizza crust. They said no and my wife continued to say we would call to complain if it happened and then was hung up on. read more

I was picking up an order my sister placed and it was a curbside pickup. Im doing this review because of the excellent service we received when we arrived to pick up the pizzas ordered online. We had just parked and we were looking at the sign to make the call but even before we had a chance to do anything, a lady comes out and takes care of our order. She went back in for our order and came out in a minute. She was wearing a smile and this was one of the best quick service experienced. The order was correct and pizza hot and fresh. Ordered pizza for my daughter and myself. "Linda" is the name I was given of the woman in charge. I ordered it delivery, online it says store closes at midnight. It was 11:20pm and when I called Linda stated, "We don't have any drivers, we used door dash and they never showed up." I then requested to pick it up because obviously my child is hungry and waiting. She says, "Your food is frozen now to donate to (said foundation), so no you can't come get it. She said also the store was closed and the doors are locked so I'll have to refund you your order. Honestly she was rude and should've called if no one could deliver. I shouldn't have to call almost 2 hours later just to find out there's no food coming. 1st time ordering here, will be my last. read more

Ordered pizza in Bastrop and picked it up. We requested parmesean cheese and hot pepper, but they tried to charge .30 per packet. They don't even give you a couple free!. Do you have to pay to use the shaker inside too? Pizza was good but still upset about no parmesean or chili flakes for orders to go. Not happy about this. read more

They forgot something in my delivery order. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they corrected their mistake or answered the phone or even gave me a refund. But they didn't. I called to see what happened. They hung up on me twice put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Had to call back from a separate phone and when I finally got through to someone they didn't offer to deliver the thing I was missing they were about to put me on hold again when I had to plead with them to just give me a refund so I can just get along with my day. But the couldn't even do that. They said they would give me store credit. Do you think I would want to go back to a store to use that credit? I don't think so. I ordered from Pizza hut tonight in Bastrop. Never again. Pizza was cold. Another reason I won't order from Pizza Hut is they use Doordash. Doordash is a rip off. I like to give the drivers cash for a tip. Doordash had the nerve to call me and say they REQUIRE a tip added to the price, otherwise, WE WILL NOT DELIVER. You know what? Fine. Doordash is trash. As I can tell from many other reviews she is costing this store a lot of money due to her disrespect and unprofessionalism. She just screamed at me on the top of her lungs and hung up on me due to me questioning why I was charged TWICE for an order I never received. Decided to check out the dining in at this location in Bastrop . Inside was well laid out and accommodating. Waitress brought our menu and we were surprised to see no prices on the items listed.Apparently that wasn't important enough or was an oversight from management. Either way, she proceeded to inform us that the menus eventually will have prices and if we wanted to know the prices on any item , just ask her . Awkward!! Would have been nice to look over the prices before we decided on our selection, but hey , we are here now so have to ask away. f I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very RUDE customer service. I placed a order on the phone , they took the order and confirmed it, even gave me a wait time. After a hour & a half goes by I still haven't got my pizzas. I called and they then tell me " my driver said it's too far" I then tried to tell her that they have delivered here multiple times but before she let me finish my sentence she interrupted me and said "not here you haven't" and then hung up in my face. My fiancé and I are on 3 hours and counting waiting for our delivery. He order our meal at 6:00 PM for delivery. Somehow it got changed to carry out which may have been his mistake so, I'll give them that. At 6:50 he called them about the order and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. They never came back to the phone. Then, he called them back around 7:05, and they told him it would be here in about 35-45 minutes which would be around 8:00 pm. When it didn't arrive by 8:00 he called them again and they told him that the delivery driver was fixing to head out. It is now 9:00 pm and we still have no pizza. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Steer clear of this place. Edit: I ended up calling and talking to the manager who refunded my order and made it right. It's still unacceptable that this happened to begin with, but the fact that she personally came and delivered our meal and corrected the issue did make a big impact. read more

This building is old BUTTT.... Id like to point out that I always order online and my order is always right. Pizza is always sooo good and looks goood, never messyy. Wings are a must! Today I attempted 2 times to place an order with this restaurant. Both times I was on the phone over 10 minutes. On the 2nd call I left my home and drove across Bastrop to the location itself. During the whole drive I remained on hold while using my headset. I arrived at the restaurant and walked inside while still being on hold. There were 3 tables that had customers. No one was on the phone and after standing at the register for close to 7 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, I gave up and left. This is simply horrible customer service. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time that we have had these challenges attempting to order food from this place. It is really sad to me because it is my favorite pizza in town. I wish 0 stars was an option. We ordered here the other night and I purposely waited a night or two so that I could write a review with a level head. We called PizzaHut after waiting an hour after the original delivery window. I spoke with a very nice woman named Nicole who looked up our name and informed us the delivery was out, but it was taking a long time because there was only one driver working that night. Dang. That stinks, for us and for them. I can be patient, no worries. Nicole told us to ring back in 15 minutes if it still had not come. I wait almost another half hour before calling back, another woman picked this time (never got a name). I then one of the the most ridiculous b.s. phone calls I've ever had the *joy* of experiencing. First it was, we don't have an order under that name (mind you theyve already checked the order under my name), after 10ish minutes of being on hold, then it was you didn't provide the apartment number, and we have been trying to call you, yet I have no missed calls. But hey I'm human! So let me check my order confirmation email and make sure I didn't make a mistake. I didn't, same name, address correct and apartment number provided, correct phone number provided. So after two hours, I received no pizza but a barage of lies. I'll stick with domino's. read more

This is the most rundown building and restaurant I've ever been in. If this is a company store it should be shut down. If it's a franchised store, when was the last inspection? Simply horrible. We went to Pizza Hut in Bastrop, TX on Sunday 9/22/2013 after church. We decided to eat in and were told to just take a seat anywhere and the waitress would be right with us. With a selection of TV's and shows on, we chose a seat by the one showing the NASCAR pre-race. After about 10-15 minutes with no waitress appearing and looking around at the other diners who were there prior to us who had not been served or given a menu, we decided to just get a pizza to go. We went to the front counter and said that we wanted to order a pizza to go, watched several couples walk out of the store after not having been served and were told it would be about 15 minutes and then we went back to the seat by the NASCAR TV to wait. It was at this point that I noticed the cockroach on the floor at our feet. It was alive when I first noticed it and subsequently flipped on it's back and died. I think that was a fitting end to a miserable experience. We won't be back. read more
