Seems to be an issue with this specific location that they just "run out" of product. Don't order online, they will take your money, not even give you a phone call to let you know what's going on, not deliver your food and then screw you out of your money until you wait the 3-5 days for a refund. Went inside and asked for a pizza and crazy bread, they said there would be a 15 minute wait for the crazy bread and if I still wanted it. I said yes, and the gasp at me ordering the crazy bread and the dead attitude I received I will not be back. The store was dirty, nowhere to sit, and if there was I wouldn't have sat down. Ordered food online and food said was done on app. Got there and waited twenty minutes. 3 people working and the place was absolutely filthy. The fifteen year old girl who was working the register told my daughter she would get a free pizza then never gave it to her but instead gave her coworker it and laughed when my nine year old daughter asked about her free pizza she was promised. We've been going to the Janesville Little Caesars off Court street for months now as we just refused to patronize the Beloit Little Caesars. However a few days ago we gave it a shot cause we weren't up for the 50 minute round trip. But from our service times before was still quicker! We were pleasantly surprised with the service during our visit was okay. Vast improvement. Also our wait time wasn't "AYFKM?". Only about 10 minutes on a Friday can't complain there. Not hot and ready but on a Friday Saturday don't feel like that is a reasonable expectation. Best part the Pizza and breadsticks were great (and cooked properly) and lady at the window was prompt, polite, and friendly. Zero stars should be a choice. Ordered online -paid online Went to pick up. Sign in front door and drive through listed closed until 12:30 (lunchtime).. yet already took my payment online. This is a great place to eat if you enjoy waiting! Not only waiting for your food, but waiting for an employee to even acknowledge that you walked in! I don't enjoy the food here, but I was picking up for someone else, 3 times now... each time the food was ordered ahead of time and I still had to wait over 15 minutes each time! Not to mention the employees will run in and out of the building to take orders to people who have been waiting at the drive thru, and when they come back in from touching things outside, or their phones, they will not wash their hands before they continue working on other orders! This place might be the worst managed restaurant in the world. Tonight we ordered some food, well tried to at least. We placed an online order for pickup in the drive thru of some wings, thin crust, Detroit style, and brownie. We finally get up to drive thru and they advised they are out of deep dish dough. Okay we will just take what you have done. They come back 10 minutes later (keep in mind this was supposed to already be ready) and say that they are out of pizza boxes. How does that happen? I wish zero stars was an option. I Ordered pizzas online on April 10th, 2022 at 12:00pm with an arrival time of 12:20pm. Credit card was processed and charged. Upon arrival, the business was closed and was planning to open at 2pm due to cheese shortage. Calling that evening to try to get a refund, manager on duty took my number and said that he did not know how to to the online refund, and he would have the store manager contact me. I went back today, not by my choice, after my last experience here. It still took a while but not nearly as long, however, I was quite appalled because there was a woman working in the back in pajama bottoms. I mean really? All I wanted was a $5 lunch combo. To my shock, I arrived 13 minutes too late! Their counter has a glass display with 2 of the $5 pizzas in it but the girl behind the counter refused to sell them to me. Because I'm 13 minutes late. I asked how much are they now, at 2:13pm? "I can't sell them to you now." I'm not just perturbed and hungry, I'm hangry. So I walk out the door saying it's a great way to lose business. I pull out my phone to yelp how stupid this is and I get a surprise. Standing next to my car with BOTH $5 pizza boxes is a young man in a Little Caesar's shirt. I was at Little Caesars November 10th approximately 7:45 p.m. the pizza I got which was supposed to be thin crust was more like hand-tossed nothing like they show in the picture or on the commercial.
