when I went in to order to pizzas that were" hot and ready" , had to wait 30 minutes. The hot and ready pizzas should already be stocked.

Nice surprise when I was in Albany. The pizza was great and was customizable. I loved the fact…read moreyou got do half half of whatever pizza and you could customize single slices too. Cinnamon knots was good as well. Will definitely return when in Albany.

We came in on Saturday for a late lunch, there were 4 of us. One lady friend got a Johnnys special…read moresub which was good, my other lady friend got a slice of pizza and a salad and her food was good. He and I got Italian food, he got spaghetti and meatballs (Bronx Bomber) and a meatball sub, the meatballs have absolutely no seasoning, the spaghetti is water spaghetti with no seasoning, the lasagna that I got only had flavor because it had ricotta cheese in it. We also ordered the garlic knots which were great and the tomato and mozzarella appetizer which was fabulous. The dinners were just not good. We brought his home so I could add Raos sauce and seasonings to the dinner he had. We paid $80 for the two meals, 2 drinks and 3 appetizers. The waitress was great, timely and very attentive. We did let her know about the food as well in which she apologized. Restaurant is very clean and nice but due to the food I can't say we will return.

Food was hot, tasted great, and exactly what we ordered. They had my order ready when I got there…read moreand was in and out in a flash!

On January 9th, I called in a delivery order to Dominos. It arrived pretty quickly. Only it was…read moredisgustingly raw. It was the pasta dish. One that I'd ordered many times before. This time, however, the spinach and tomatos were RAW, sauce tasting like it had been microwaved. I immediately called up there to simply ask that it be recooked because what I had was not edible. I was told several different excuses. The young lady became flustered when she saw that I was not relenting to excuses. She began raising her voice, finally screaming, "I'm not going to argue with you"! I countered, "Good, because I'm not arguing with you, but what you won't do is raise your voice at me. Out of no where she yells, "Just keep the f*cking pasta!", and slammed the phone down in my face. I didn't bother to call back. I went up there, walked in with that gross pasta, placed it calmly on the counter and announced, "I was the one one of you decided to curse at before hanging up in my face. I felt like you wanted to say it to my face. So whoever it was that said what you said, please come to counter and say it to my face". Suddenly a young lady with red hair claiming to be the general manager stated that the young lady had just quit. She told me my money was refunded and new pasta was made. I told her I didn't care about any of that, I wanted the name of the girl that cursed at me. She refused to give it and claimed she was the GM. At this point, I realized she was lying. I recognized her voice. She made up an entire person in order to avoid being confronted for her bullying over the phone. I warned her to be careful how they talk to people over the phone and advised I would be calling corporate. Dominos Regional manager, if you see this, I encourage you to pull the tapes from January 9th, as security footage will back up everything I just described here. Do nothing and your employees treating customers like this won't stand for long. After this incident, I know I'm no longer interested in giving my business to dominoes ever again.
