My son-in-law got to the store to pick up the pizzas to be informed after getting to the store that they only accept cash. Got the pizzas home, everyone ate them which were several toddlers and two 12-month-old babies. There was pizza left over. If I could give them a 0 I would! The manager Will messed up my order, forgot to bring me my order for half an hour, and when I got home the order was wrong. We called to fix it they told us to bring the food back they'd remake everything and fix it, he gave us the old food and made us pay for the pizza that he misheard through the drive thru! Didn't refund us for the pizza we didn't order or even try to make it right. When I called again he was being really rude and kept saying that we got everything that was ordered and paid for but he didn't care to try and make anything right. I hope he gets a huge talking to that's not the way to keep customers especially when he misheard the order and forgot to get my food to me until 2 other people were served. So horrible!! read more

So, you know what you get with Little Caesars. it is OK not amazing pizza. crazy bread is good, and the Detroit style Pan is surprisingly tasty. But there needs to be some staff training. I know its mostly kids, I get that. and everytime I've gone the staff that are present are nice, personable and very accommodating. but the management needs to be trained. I've yet to go and get a Hot 'n Ready pizza....that was ready to go. it is always a wait. I've even called ahead and made to wait. the last time I went, I ordered ahead of time that day a fairly large order for a birthday party of kids. I entered it online, and I guess it did not transfer the correct information over to the store. So someone at the store called me to confirm the order and the time I was to pick it up (awesome!). Until I showed up at the store, and they had no idea what I was talking about. So a wait while they cooked the pizzas, while I had kids arriving for a birthday party. again, the staff does what they can, but some management adjustments need to be made. I'm often tempted by their lunch special (half a Detroit+soda) but I just know I'll end up waiting then too. read more

Their xtramostbestist PEPPERONI pizza is at best ANYONE ELSES PEPPERONI PIZZA! So if you are thinking you are getting more toppings you WILL BE SADLY MISTAKEN! Food is awesome if you ever get it. I ordered two pizzas with only two people ahead of me and it still took almost two hours . That's pretty ridiculous for only decent pizza! My recommendation would be order hours ahead or go somewhere else like dominoes, papa John's, pizza corelllos literally any place but here unless you willing to wait a long time. read more

I am going to start this with 1 star, hoping the owner will address my issue and I can raise it after. I called the store today and spoke with a gentleman who said his name is Devon. According to him, corporate rules state that he is unable to help me with my cardboard allergy ( for which I carry an episode pen it's so severe) by letting me provide my own transport in the form of a plastic tray. Corporate says that this location is a franchise and the owner makes the decision. I'm glad this restaurant is making so much money they don't want to help me give them my money. Dominoes bends over backwards to help me not die when I eat their pizza, as does Papa John's. Pizza Carrillo bought special plastic trays just for me! Why will you not? read more

Oh my god, I have nothing good to say about this place. This was my second experience this week ordering the exact same thing. The only reason I gave it a second chance was due to the fast I thought the first visit was just a fluke. My first visit was ok but when I order the Hot N Ready Box I expect it to look like the displays all over the store. It didn't. It was actually very small inside the box. While I don't expect it to fill the entire box I do expect it to be larger than it was. Tonight I wanted to give it another try. I arrived just after 7pm. There was no one else in line in front of me and I could clearly see the warmers were full of at least a dozen or so boxes. I ordered the hot N Ready Box and the staff member said they did not have one ready. I can understand that sometimes but they clearly were not busy. She asked if the 6 minute wait was fine and I told her yes. I then thought to myself that since it had to be made anyway I might as well add extra pepperoni. I did and she said that was fine to do. I paid and began to wait. A few minutes later she comes out and says "my manager won't let me put extra on and that the box comes how it comes". I could've swore the customer was generally right but I apparently am mistaken. In all I waited about 15 minutes for my order to come. I was thankful to be out of the store with my order. But then I got home and my wife looked at the cheese sticks and said "isn't there supposed to be seasoning on them" There was absolutely none. I wish there was a way to upload a photo because I did take one of both days. Very disappointed. Maybe some staff training is in order. read more

I've been a Little Caesar's Pizza fan for a long time and glad to see it is back in Gillette. Bread sticks and sauce are perfect. Love the fact that they have a drive up window. Great tasting, reasonably priced and quick. Staff was friendly, working quickly to get everyone helped as soon as possible. Glad to see it! I will never go to this place again! Their hot and ready pizza's are never ready. It took them almost 15 minutes to get me a hot and ready one. When I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza I noticed in the kitchen there were shoes on the floor and slippers! I was so ready to just get my money back and go somewhere else.
