It definitely doesn't beat Wing Shack... but it is really good. Me and my husband LOVE IT. We don't like eating inside and it IS cheaper to order online. Inside would be like $30-40 but with the deals on the app, it comes down to around $20. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes very slow. It can get pretty loud but it isn't that bad. So I'm teetering between 3 1/2 and 4 stars, but I'll go ahead and give it the extra 1/2 star. This place isn't really that bad. I've been to multiple BW3s all over the country, and trust me, I've been to much much worse. Your typical franchise BW3's, sports theme, sports decorum and TVs everywhere playing woke NFL football. I was greeted after maybe about a minute or so meandering around the entry point. Really nice girl with Halloween makeup asked me where I wanted to be seated but I wanted to sit at the bar so she told me to just make my way which is what I did. The bartender, actually all of them were super cool. I wasn't sitting there more than 30 seconds before being acknowledged and ordering my first cocktail. And the entire time I was there, I felt valued and was in constant conversation with a majority of the service staff as well as other customers. It was actually really nice to be honest. All great people. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different sauces. I wanted my wings drenched and with the salt and vinegar dry rub, over the seasoned, but they didn't come out that way. But it's fine, they were hot and still flavorful. I ordered fried pickles immediately when I ordered my cocktail, and they sort of dropped the ball on that, because my wings came out first and I had to ask about them, but that's not really a big deal either. It's not like I'm sitting at a white glove five star Michelin restaurant. It's Buffalo wild wings after all and the attention and service supersedes other people's reviews here on Yelp. I sat, ate, imbibed, and had a great overall experience with quite a few of the staff. You can't really ask for much more, so if you're giving 2 stars or less, you got to be pretty snooty considering the place you are writing a review on. Came to this BWW because we were in town for a wrestling tournament and figured it wouldn't be too busy for Valentine's Day. We sat down right away but waited for over an hour for our food. Kids meal was incorrect. They took it back and we waited. We finally gave up asked for to go boxes for what food we did have to take our food back to our hotel. The food is awesome. The atmosphere is good, even though it's a little loud at 11 am. The managers are great. We have met a few wait staff who have all been awesome. Any mistake is immediately fixed, and we only ever have a mistake when there's a new person (2 times so far in the last 10 months). We go here easily 2-3 times a month. read more

Waited at the door for a lil while to be seated, the server who was sweeping next to us didn't acknowledge us at the door at all so we patiently waited hoping the other boy and girl would seat us instead. Came for lunch after a shopping trip. Was seated right away. The hostess was pleasant and polite. The waitress came quickly to grab our order. The place is so dark you dont realize how dirty it is until you start looking around.. the booth walls are black and covered with smears and splatters of sauce etc. The food came out very quick. This place is awful! From the food to the staff. It's over priced to begin with. You wait forever and then 90% of the time it's wrong. We have gone a total of 4 times in the 2 yrs living here. We had to keep asking waitress' and waiters to get stuff for us because ours was to busy doing whatever she was doing, they had her bartending and waiting tables. when we finally did get to order food, she forgot about us and I could see our food sitting under the warmer for 10 minutes I asked someone to go get it for us, she went and got it but it was cold. We love BWW just not this restaurant. The original wings with Caribbean Jerk has very little sauce. The naked wings were like rubber and the fries might have been a day old. $31 for all of this. The good, door greater was very nice and the food was warm. That's it! The bad, seater was very rude. Said "here's the table" and walked away. Our waitress appeared to only have 4 tables. Two before we arrived and one after. We were not even acknowledged until after she took table number fours order which was literally right next to ours. I am so so disappointed. We first sat down like normal and waited at least 7 minutes to even be greeted. Then once we had a waitress notice we where there we had to wait 8 minutes for our first beer. A very nice manager came over and asked how long we had waited. She did speed up the process of getting our beer. We ordered our appetizer and wings and a burger. The restaurant has been bought out by corporate and the management has been replaced by trained corporate managers . The staff is outstanding and the food is up to the standards of any Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been in. Manager corrected right away and I'm satisfied with that - but shouldn't have had to once, let alone twice in one week. Food is good, wings are way overpriced, even for Wyoming. I had 15 traditional wings. Half buffalo half spicy garlic. My wings we're a little over cooked and crispy , but I would rather have them Like that then on the other side of the spectrum. My wings came out very fast and were kinda small probably to being overlooked and were kinda cold. I'm guessing they had the wings cooked in large batches waiting to be tossed in sauce . I had cheesecake bites for dessert ( which were pretty good , probably wouldn't get again) and they took forever to come out , but they were busy. I wasn't impressed with this BW3's however since they just opened maybe it will get better once they get things going for a longer period, but it was not horrible. I have eaten at worst Buffalo Wild Wings and Better Buffalo Wild Wings. BW3's seems to be inconsistent in general and is why I stopped going to them in general. read more
