Yikes. Looked us in the eyes and let the food sit for a bit before then being confused why we were impatient. Once the food was pretty late and 4 people that came in after us got their food. Handed us 1/2 our food and stale crazy bread that was sitting there when we walked in, and that tastes like styrofoam. No one there had any idea how to speak to anyone. customer service was the worst. pizza was good but the lady working the register was rude as hell and pretty much tossed my order at me when it was ready. I had first went in to pick up once I got the notification it was ready and then told me there wasn't any orders under my name. Then i checked my phone once more and showed her and she went back to look again and viola, there it was. read more

Tonight, August 9, Wednesday Night, I had the worst pizza EVER here - or worst 2 pizzas I ever had, with the exception of those lukewarm bread school lunch pizzas. I give them credit: the price of the pizza was $7.25, and they let me pay only $7. They pulled a pizza out of the heater and, yuck! The tip of the crust of each slice was moist and soggy, undercooked. I took the large pepperoni pizza in and asked for another. "The crust is not soggy," the white, little girl manager insisted, but I told her it was. She took my pizza and asked, rather unfriendly, "Do you want a refund or another pizza?" I answered another pizza. The second pizza I got was crap too, but I ate all but 2 slices - I was hungry. I sta outside. There was a gang of brothers outside cussing and f-bombibg and throwing ice at one another. I went back in and asked for a smaller box. That white girl manager disgustingly asked the hostess, "Is that guy who got two pizzas trying to get another pizza?" Both pizza were crap. I am disappointed. If you like multiple pubic looking hair in your pizza, horrible customer service, over and hour wait after ordering 30 mins prior to arriving for food then this is your place. No wonder why they closed down. It should have been closed by the health dept. called the manager after the pubic hair pizza was discovered and she related it was not the first time and she knew what employee did it. About 3 weeks later they closed. Now when I drive by I always remember the pizza with a side of free hair. Thanks for nothing. read more

Ok let's be real it's Little Caesar's and it's not about the greatness of the pizza but the quality and value for your dollar. I'll take this place over many of the pizza joints out in this area. I like the customer service and the freshness of pizza. I prefer the thin crust with the Italian seasoning sprinkled on top and the toppings placed under the cheese. read more

Y'all should really pay more attention to how cooked the pizzas are. This is the second time I ordered a "bestest" pizza that was undercooked, and within an hour of eating it my wife felt sick to the point where she had to throw up. I understand it's cheap pizza and it's probably more about quantity over quality, but holy shit. read more

Went in tonight to purchase a hot and ready pizza. Attempted to use our gift card and was told the system was not working. Simply that they had upgraded to a new system and it wasn't accepting gift cards. Was disappointed that they would not honor the gift card or had established a system to honor gift cards purchased. Surely we are not the first people to come in with a gift card since their system was updated. Hope they get it sorted soon. read more

We are visitors from FL and while visiting family for Thanksgiving week we stopped at the Moorehead NC Little Caesars Pizza an we placed an order for 5 pizzas. While waiting we noticed an overwealming disorganization dealing with phone, in person and drive thru orders. After waiting 20 minutes out the 5 pizzas they brought 3, after we told one of the employees what was missing we ended up waiting 15 more minutes for the guy to bring 1 pizza of the two missing pizzas. After mentioning a second time he gave us the last pizza. While waiting they left the first pizzas on the counter. When we got to the house they were soggie and cold. Then to make matters worse, the veggie pizza who ever prepared it intentionally hid a bunch of ham underneath the vegetables. I don't recommend this restaurant. My family are never going to order anything from this horrible restaurant place. read more

I honestly don't know why I keep going here. I guess I'm hoping it'll get better. The pizza is ALWAYS cold!!! Or you can tell it's been out too long. Managers need to check and see if the employees are replacing pizzas when they're supposed to...I don't know...I just wish I could ALWAYS have a fresh HOT pizza...I wouldn't mind waiting if I had to! Little Caesars Pizza is well known for having the $5 large cheese pizza in Havelock I'd say. If you want good pizza on a bang for buck budget go here! I know they generally have deals going for pizza and crazy bread and I've never had any complaints going and picking up a order or any complaints on the food. I personally think it has always tasted really good and wasn't to greasy. read more
