Chicken was great and the mac and cheese was great , but my pizza tasted like cigarettes I took two bites and threw it away.

I use the app to make everything easier for me while ordering. The crew is very nice and is super helpful. The store owner, Barry, is awesome and keeps everything running smoothly, and the pizzas I order are always fresh and accurate even if I choose carside delivery. It's a small place in the Autozone shopping center next to the DMV. The only things I can find to complain about are out of their control, like portion sizes for tots and boneless wings. Dominos food is always good. I use to be a part time delivery person on Long Island, NewYork and it hasn't changed (which is excellent). HOWEVER this time my delivery person was from right next to my home town of Baldwin N.Y. (He was from Freeport, N.Y. I really don't understand the low ratings for this location. I have been ordering here for years and have only have one bad experience. I received the wrong order and spoke to the manager and he corrected the issue right away. This team is always hustling. Delivery driver failed to properly deliver order. After waiting over a hour and some change I called in asking if my order has been process or maybe the app messed up. Only to find out it has been processed but the person who answered the phone was pretty rude and really didn't see to know very much and hung up with out really answering much of what I asked. I would highly recommend spending your money somewhere else. read more

Sooooo I order from this dominos all the time (hi Naomi) because I work until 10 pm and never have time to cook for myself or my husband. Tonight, our delivery driver Lisa told us that our order was passed up by 4 different drivers because our house and a different house doesn't tip. As a person who is ALSO working minimum wage and ALSO working off tips, I understand their pettiness. However, if you're on the clock for the majority of your day, you should know not every house is going to tip (regular or not). From now on, I'm only asking for Lisa. All I gotta say is I'm in shock of how people can be so greedy and selfish to themselves, especially to a simple ass job. I understand that working a job and driving to and from different locations with time gaps in between can be excruciating and thoughtless, even when you don't receive a tip, but you chose a job like this. To deliver food. Whether you get a tip or not, it's expected. Situation dictates. Hell you deliver food for me under a tropical storm or any harsh weather condition, you deserve the utmost of a tip. But like I said again, if the shoe fits... I live less than 5 minutes away yet I don't get my food till 30 minutes, after it's been completed cause you people wanna greedy with 1-10$ worth of money, like c'mon now... It's inexcusable for someone to miss a hot ready meal because someone wants to hesitate if they'll get a tip or not. The pepperoni pizza have a weird taste to it and its super dry. I usually get Dominos because of their Parmesan Bites but this time I ordered There was lil Parmesan on it and it was really doughy. My wife gets the habanero chicken sandwich every time we eat here. It's a great sandwich but she likes it doused in sauce. I mean swimming in sauce. Every time we order it we ask for extra sauce. And I don't understand why, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gotten them with no sauce, not one drop. The label says extra sauce. The person we ordered with said extra sauce. Every time. Why can this store not accurately make some thing to order over three times in a row? Please check the order before you leave the store, if you choose them. There hasn't been a single time in at least the past six times that they've gotten the order correct. I just ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and they placed no buffalo sauce on it. The last time I ordered a chicken sandwich they placed chicken nuggets on it instead of the cut grilled chicken and when I called they just said they were out and I had to make do, very rude. They frequently forget toppings. It's almost as if they don't care to read the order before they make it. I have to call every time to have them either remake it or get store credit. Disrespectful, cusses at customers, always messes up orders!---- I placed and received my order around 10 PM. I ate some pasta, and bread. I saved my sandwich for later that night. about 12 AM I decided I would eat just a bit and save the rest for tomorrow. When I opened the box I saw onions. When placing the order on the mobile app I put no onions to be placed on the sandwich. Problem #1: Onions on it. BIG problem #2: My husband got on the phone twice and was on hold so he had to hang up and call back due to being on hold for more than 6 min. After finally getting "Kelly" on the phone She decided to say to my husband they can not replace the sandwich. (I will NOT eat onions!). This has happened at least 7 times in 2018 and now once in 2019. Kelly caught an attitude with me when I got on the phone stating since I put the order in and got my food around 10 I should had called then. Well, I didnt check my food. The food should of been right to begin with. I decided to eat it later -not too long ago-. Kelly stated I should of called earlier and they can not replace it. I said the sandwich it 100% untouched. I will even bring it to you tomorrow. My husband and I asked to talk with the manager whos name she said was "Kyle". He would not get on the phone at all! After disguising the issue again about how I decided to eat the sandwich later than at the time of getting it Kelly said "Let me a F-ing person on the phone" CUSSING at the customer!! Disappointed with customer service. Pizza tracker said it was delivered and never received pizza after an hour and forty-five min, I called and they said the driver knocked and called multiple times which I never received a call or heard a knock and all information was filled out correctly. The quality is poor, you spend twenty dollars on a pizza and you expect a decent quality. You get premium chicken for a topping and they put 5 little pieces on a large pizza, same with bacon, pretty much a little pinch not enough to even taste the flavor. Done with this joint. read more

Ordered my pizza with no cheese and while I was eating it I found little pieces on half the pie. They were under the onions, as if they started to put cheese on it and realized they made a mistake, so rather than start over they just covered it in onions. We had issues with ordering online so we called in to fix our order and told them what we wanted which is more spinach in our pizza we called 3min after pressing order. This guy picked up and he was really nice. I told him I messed up and I wanted topping on the whole pizza, not just on the left side. He listened and said he would go check if they put the pizzas in the oven yet. He left me on the phone for about 5 minutes. Then this lady picked up the phone and said my order wasn't messed up. I told her that on my order summary it said I ordered both of my pizzas with toppings only on the right side. She said that was wrong and told me that I had the toppings on the whole pizza. However, when I asked her to check it again she said the toppings were only on the left side. Then she said "the pizzas are already out of the oven I CAN MAKE THEM AGAIN IF YOU WANT..." I said thank you and I apologized for my mistake. She sighed and hung up the phone. While I was eating the pizza, the spinach pizza had little spinach even though I asked for extra spinach and there was a piece of hair in my Hawaiian pizza. read more
