Phenomenal service, even when understaffed and busy these hard working employees pull though and deliver. Although they were out of wings it was not a big deal. This "food" is fast and cheap if your upset with your service or quality maybe pay more than $6 for a pizza otherwise dont complain your being dumb. These angles are a gift from the heavens. Also Mike Ilitch, owner of Little Caesars and the Detroit Tigers paid Rosa Parks' apartment rent for 11 years -- Quartz. This is honestly the first time I have been to a little Caesars in about 20 plus years. The menu is overly short and simple. No muss no fuss here as you will find in many other pizza joints these days. I am not sure how this will all turn out, the wife is a big fan of the crazy bread and I would be too if I wasn't trying to not bloat my belly with carbs. The kids ordered the deep deep dish with pepperoni and sausage. I on the other hand am the type who has to have everything on my pizza so I ordered the ultimate supreme. I have to admit to being a little taken aback at the four to five selections and no there is no family size or small. You get what you get and you move on. My first visit to this Little Scheezers in scenic rural Leb'nun. Guy working the drive thru seemed like the Owner or possibly a street person. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way, nor cut correctly, and didn't feature the amount of pepperoni as shown on the menu. You essentially get what you pay for. I went to Little Cesar's to grab a pizza. I get home and eat a slice. I go back to get another slice and instantly I am throwing up. ( Mine you I am 5 months pregnant). I find a fly baked into the cheese of the slice a pizza I just grabbed. I take the pizza back and they give me a another pizza free. No apology. I reallllly wanted it to be good. I read the reviews and chanced it, even though most were negative. I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. Employee pulled them from the heated rack behind her. I drove it home, less than 5 min away. Tried to eat it. It wasn't cut through so the slices ripped apart, the pizza was cold and stale as if it sat since they opened and the crazy bread had almost no seasoning. Worst pizza/bread that I've ever had from a LC. I tried to warm it all up but it still tasted like crap. Waste of money tonight, for sure. read more

Stopped in for a large cheese pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread..... I am not sure if they forgot yeast in them and then took it all out back and ran it over a few times before serving. Flat rock hard bread sticks that tasted like cardboard. The pizza was about as thin as notebook paper in spots and other spots were thick as a deep dish and The taste and texture was like chewing on cardboard with a layer of dried hot glue on top, very very disappointed. Awful experience. Took an hour after ordering online to get two pizzas and pizza bread. Had to ask twice at the counter and give my name twice even though it was the same employee and I had checked on my order 30 minutes prior. No apology or explanation. Was told "oh we had it in the cupboard (warmer) so no worries." Wowza. Bonus: Middle of a pandemic and employees in the back aren't wearing masks. At 7:49pm on dec 1st I ordered large deep dish cheese pizza and crazy bread combo. WORST PIZZA EVER...I have been buying pizza from little Caesars since 1988 and wow...the worst product I have ever recieved. You owe me $11.50....the man who took my order was very good. They need to make sure pizza's are done and ready on the weekends. We showed up on a Saturday and had to wait 20 minutes!!! WTF happened to HOT & READY?!? They don't use gloves when they cut or make the pizza , no hats or freaking hair nets on . So the workers are handling money, folding boxes, and cutting my pizza with no gloves on. Okay my bestie and I came here to get a pizza, as you do. We pull to the window we ask for a pepperoni.... the lady literally blankly stares at us for a solid 15 seconds and then says " we don't have hot n ready pizza"... I reply like literally none at all? She then blankly stares again for another 15 seconds and says "uhhhh... no" so we then order a pizza for them to cook. She tells us it will take 15 minutes... okay no problem right? Wrongo! We wait 15 minutes actually it was 18 but we pull back through the window, mind you we keep seeing all these people walking in and out with pizza, so we get up to the window and she blankly looks at us again and goes..... " can I help you?" Yes actually we have been waiting for our order. She's like okay well why did you order?... frustratingly we tell her again and then she says oh well it's still in the oven... it will be another 5 minutes.... alright no problem let's just drive around again and wait, so we do coming back actually 10 minutes later. We pull up to the window for the 3rd time, same lady as the previous 2 times, and she blankly stares for the millionth time and says" how can I help you?" Stopped to get $5 specials. Cheese pizza is now cheesier and $6. Ordered 1 cheesier and 1 pepperoni. Didn't check and got home and had 2 pepperoni. One which was over done. Can't take pepperoni off and pretend it is cheese because pepperoni oil make pizza spicy and there is little cheese. Back to store. They exchange the well done for cheesier. Employee puts over done pepperoni back on shelf. I asked can you do that after I've taken from store. Yes if it hasn't been touched. I didn't, but who knows what could have happened to that pizza. First off, I am a Little Caesar's Fan primarily due to Mike Ilitch and his good works. Generally the pizza is good. What can you expect for $5? But the service in the Lebanon store is horrible. Poorly trained employees, substandard pies and messy store. Just had the worst experience - just wanted the $5 lunch special. Got the regular $5 pizza. Kid couldn't figure out how to do a refund and the manager was out of the store (during lunch hour??). Never coming back. read more
