Our door dash order was completely wrong, not our dashers fault. When I called to ask for it to be fixed, the person was really kind and explained that their cook was new (first day) and multiple orders were messed up. When the delivery person showed up, he was irritated and stated that when a DoorDash order was messed up, they don't fix it "but I don't care right now." No apology, no kindness. Just irritated attitude as he walked away.not my fault that they messed up our order and I asked for it to be fixed. I am not one to usually leave reviews but my experience with this place was awful. I waited several minutes for someone to come to the window after my order online said it was ready, requiring me to call to have someone come to the window. My food order was read back to me and I paid expecting it to be a few more minutes. The food brought to me was not what I ordered and when I expressed this I was told they were out of breadsticks and cinnasticks so they gave me Cinnabons and whatever it is they tried to give me instead of garlic cheesy bread. When I said but this is not what I ordered they said the Cinnabons cost more so I was getting more for my money. When I expressed I wanted a refund, I was told that I would actually have to wait at least 20 minutes for the manager to get back from delivering food to another customer to possibly try to give a refund. At that point I returned home and my spouse informed me that they certainly should have been able to give me a refund so we returned to the restaurant and were told Pizza Hut is unable to provide refunds. They can only provide store credit with their specific store. The pizza at this point was cold and I very disappointed. read more

Pizza was great! No excessive oil on bottom of crust. Parmesan garlic chicken was delicious. Service was great. Friendly staff. Ambiance was okay but the old school video games inside was awesome. read more

Ordered hand tossed large pepperon with xtra pepperoni. No xtra pepperoni, the hand tossed crust was paper thin and saturated with oil, like eating cardboard. There was literally no sauce on this pizza. Pulled upto drive thru and was told 7 minutes so went inside and waited for 20 more minutes. Besides the grease soaked crust, it was cold and tasted like a reheat. Didn't even get the side of sauce my wife ordered. Absolutely awful. read more

First I tried to order online but for some odd reason it wouldn't let me, so I called (not helpful at all) ordered the pizza and wanted to use my rewards, he said "I would need to order online"! they also tried to charge me 19.99 for a pizza that was 16.99 online ( not including my rewards) plus a $4.99 delivery charge. Absolutely peeved. Bought two different wings and a large pizza... First off all of that was $32, ummm excuse me, for that money there better be tons of toppings and sauce for the wings! The pizza was stuffed crust meat lovers. The crust was stuffed decently but the rest of the pizza was as thin as a piece of paper and looked more like a cheese pizza then meat lovers. Now onto the wings. We got one order of bone out Honey BBQ and one order of traditional medium buffalo. The honey bbq pieces were made to feed an ant (super tiny pieces) and the hot wings barely had any sauce to it. They need to get their cooking on the right track or they will be loosing business left and right. read more

My family has been ordering Pizza Hut menu items for years. Tonight we ordered a double order of cheesy breadsticks for pick-up. The price has increased to over $13, not a real problem. This pizza hut no longer gives packets of Parmesan. The cashier said we could buy a shaker of parm but they were out of the shakers. The breadsticks were supposed to be cheesy. They had a mere sprinkling of cheese which is NOT the way the cheesy breadsticks have usually been. What shreds of cheese were on the top were over cooked and a deep dark brown. The bottom of the breadstick was white. This used to be similar to their pancrust and browned on the bottom from oil that is applied to the pan. We drove back to the hut and made our complaint. The cashier said that's the way the product looks now and they were made correctly. He offered a $6.00 voucher for another visit. Our family will NOT be purchasing your "cheesy" breadsticks, again. Once the voucher is used, we will be taking our business elsewhere. This pizza hut is skimping on ingredients like cheese and pan oil. The customer service is inadequate. I can say the person who took the initial order, Stuart, however has good customer service skills and was very accommodating, thorough and polite. read more

Just got the big dinner box and the only thing that didn't look and taste 2-3 days old and reheated was the boneless honey wingS. Huge disappointment. The only thing getting the leftovers is the garbage can. read more

The delivery time was great as was the driver. However the pizza was so awful and undercooked. Think and crispy crust had no flavor and was soggy. I also ordered cinnamon rolls which were gooey and undercooked. I remember Pizza Hut being alright years ago. read more

They do not give out packets of red peppers for your pizza. They force you to buy them. I have NEVER been to a pizza store that does this. I have not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time and will not be back. You try to support restaurants during this trying time and they pull tricks like this. Maybe some restaurants shouldn't survive. Especially those that do not believe in providing a good customer experience. read more

Worst restaurant in town, the pizza is so bad all the time and all the ingredients taste and look so over processed and rubbery and to top it off all the employees I've encountered are rude and just don't care about anything other then what's going on on their phones or too busy gossiping to refill drinks or the "buffet. My wife and two teenage children have made two trips within 30 days to Pizza Hut in Lebanon Oregon both times service was very rude the lady who seated us at the table was extremely rude. the first time we got up and walked out the second time we were there was tonight they got our order wrong we waited 45 minutes before we got anything. we ordered two orders of wings one honey baked the other hot wings. The hot wings order was cold. I ordered a bud beer and they came back and said they didn't have any. Papa Murphy will get all of our future pizza business. read more

Order a pizza for pick up at 5:56. Went through the drive thru to pick it up at 6:20 and they told me they had about a 10 minute delay to go park over in a space and someone would bring it out. 10 minute delay turned into sitting there for 30 minutes and finally they brought me my pizza and just said sorry for the delay. Pizza is a little expensive but it is usually pretty good. Maybe a little greasy from time to time. The wait is a little long.

Usually we have no problems here, but the past two times have been not so good, first time was take out , i ordered, showed up when i said i needed it by and was told it would be a few more minutes... 15min later i was told they had lost my order (not sure how you lose a pizza but some how they did) ... Well this time we figured hey lets dine in... That was a big mistake, it was slow as hell in there and yet after waiting to place our order for 15min , we tracked down a different server because ours was wandering around without ever checking on us. So we placed our order and 20min later got the pizza minus the tomatoes we ordered, when brought to their attention they brought 1small tomato sliced into 6 slices .. Needless to say she didnt get a tip.. There was another group that came in after us , had same server and it took her a good 15-20 to take their order as well.. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered a couple of times and both times the order was wrong. Last time the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through. The staff are not nice, and don't believe you when you call and tell them about their mistakes. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Terrible, disgusting, and rude. read more

Okay so I am the biggest fan of pizza hut. Their pan crust and hot wings I just cant resist. Me and my friends meet up there once a week and grab something to eat. Its fast and easy and a great hang out spot. Not all of the servers are very friendly or personable, plus or minus a couple of them. This last order 07/30/16 @5:28 ticket # 71 by Fern appr code 05490C ************* 9251for Sharon Anderson $13.98 , 2 med. pizza's hawaiian & pineapple 1 = pepperoni and green peppers. the pizza was not very hot and I picked up in the 15 min. I was told it would be ready. Very little pepperoni and a very few green peppers. I hope this will help bring back the good service and good pizza's read more

I like the pizza here. The service on the other hand is the worst ever. I was basically thrown out of the bar area because they had a party coming. The other people at the bar remained. I was good with it until the staff walked by me half a dozen times while I was at the wait to be seated sign. I asked what the deal was and the gal was surprised I wanted to be seated. I walked out never to return. Lebanon Pizza Hut just lost a customer for life. My money and time are better spent elsewhere. read more
