Came in on a busy Monday night. We're not from the area but seemed like this was about the only place open on mondays so may explain why it was so busy. We were seated promptly and service through the meal was good. Good selection of local beers as well. But the food? It was just ok... I had a southwest chicken wrap but it was not to the spice level that I would consider it southwest. Fries were good but when paired with just an ok wrap, it probably wasn't enough to get us to go back for more food. One thing I noticed was that the menu was huge! Every time I order takeout from here, it's disappointing. The sandwiches have so much butter that my fingers end up greasy, and the bread is so hard it's difficult to eat. We didn't wait long to be seated. Service was excellent. Friendly waitstaff. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of adding jalapeños to my pasta, to give it a kick. I didn't say, "drown my pasta sauce in jalapeño juice and put half a jar of the hottest jalapeños you can find in my pesto chicken pasta so I can't taste a thing." So yeah, needless to say, I didn't enjoy my meal at all. Thanks. I was told the Cajunator was good. As well as the side of bread. Salads were mediocre. read more

Best thing about this place was our waitress Carmen. She was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole meal. Making great suggestions and being on top of our food and drinks so we didn't have to wait. After the meal, one of us left her phone in the restaurant, and she ran out and stopped us in the parking lot to ensure we got it. Definitely went above and beyond!!!! This is one of my regular haunts. I enjoy the schwings and cheesy bread. The burgers are ample and tasty. The pizzas are fresh and great for sharing. The salads are plenty to eat and always good quality. A sizable beverage menu with a great selection of beers and ciders makes for an interesting drinking experience and they always have some old favorites for the less adventurous. The service has always been wonderful and while it can be a bit noisy it's always comfortable. One of my favorites in Lebanon. Check it out! read more

First time experience for me. Walking in you get the instant feel of a gastropub with the high table tops and a couple of large party tables. In fact the sign at the front states, here to drink find a seat at the bar, here to eat, please wait for a server. Our party of six was seated almost immediately. Pretty good list of food to choose from, wraps, salads, burgers, sandwiches and of course pizza's. You also have quite the list of beers on tap, I believe 30 or so, which has a lot of local brews and varieties to choose from. We did come at a busy time, so getting food out of the kitchen certainly seemed that it took longer than it should. We ordered appetizers of wings and tots. Various flavor or spices to add to your order, you have lots of delicious options here. The portion sizes were quite good as well, as you can order the standard size appetizer and easily have 4-5 adults have bites. Great for family style. Two in our party got wraps, which were generous in size along with their fry type adders. A burger which was prepared well and correctly, a pasta dish and a XL pizza. We ordered the Smeatza pizza which has all imaginable meats. The crust was thin without feeling like a cracker, and not overly thick. It was great to treat as a NY style and do the fold and keep all the wonderful meat grease still in the pie. For a good meal that will not break your bank, give the Schmizza House a try. Stopped by the Public House after a charity golf tournament the other day in Lebanon. Never tried the place before and wasn't sure what to expect. I went with 3 others and we were all pleasantly surprised with our experience. The place kind of has a sports bar feel to it, with televisions on most walls. It is on a corner section of a building that is tied to Dollar Tree and Bi-Mart. The place was clean and we chose our own seat. The waitress was a tall blonde that one of our group likened to looking like Barbie (she said she hears that a lot). She was super nice and very patient (3 of us were conducting business on our phones and she checked on a few times just to get a drink order). She was great. The food menu consists of one side of pizza options and the other side with more traditional bar foods. I got a burger while others got street tacos, a salad, and some pasta. My own experience is that the burger was great. I wanted mine dead (well done) and it was cooked and seasoned well. It came with seasoned fries, but the seasoning is very low key. Enough that disturbs the flavor of the ketchup, but not enough to eat them without ketchup. Others thought there food was very good and enjoyed their meals. This place boasts a large beer menu, but if you are looking for a mixed drink then you are out of luck -- they don't have any. They do have wine as option, though. Overall, with my soda (Pepsi products yay!), the wine, an appetizer of tater tots, and our four food items, we came out to about $60. That is very reasonable as we were all full and happy by the end of our meal. I would absolutely try this place again. It has a nice corner location, the waitress was very pleasant and prompt, the food was good, the portions were fair for the price, and the tab at the end of the day wasn't too bad. If you are a beer drinker, this place is probably right up your alley, but if you are wanted a mixed drink experience, this place won't work for you. read more
