First, there needs to be a ZERO stars option. The app says pizza will be ready at 8:25. Got there at 8:25. Did not leave with the right pizza until 9:23. I live 1 mile away. There are 2 other pizza places literally next door. I can get the flour, etc in my own kitchen and make my own pizza faster than any of y'all. You got kids working there that do not give a crap about doing a good job, don't care about customer service, aren't being managed properly, etc. LC does fine if all you want is a cheese or pepperoni pizza. I strongly advise against anything else. They are mentally unprepared for the challenge. read more

The 2 stars is for the extra most bestest cheese pizza that was actually decent. They sent hot sauce vs marinara & the breadsticks, as you can see look like they've seen quite the struggle or two.. I ordered pizza online for pickup. The confirmation said it would be ready between 8:28-8:34 pm. Went to pickup the pizza at 8:35. They had not even started the pizza. All of the staff were in the break room. Had to wait 20 additional minutes for the pizza to be done. Also ordered a Pepsi with pineapple and store did not have it. Staff was rude. They did give another soda choice. This is unacceptable service for a pizza place where there are multiple pizza places nearby. This is the second time service has been bad at this location. I did try to call the store and no one answered the phone. Not sure how long you are going to stay in business with bad service. read more

Let me establish that I am giving THIS location that - 0 Stars - in all areas of their so-called business aspects, because you dropped the ball with me as a customer. The young lady (Black, early 20s, hairstyle: Plats) said they're gonna have to remake my order. Informed me it wouldn't take long. Fair enough... Publix is in the next plaza across the street so I told her I was gonna run over there and come back in a few minutes... I come back a 2nd time, and now the doors are locked. I signaled one of the workers inside (who shook his head at me "No") but the young lady (she's a manager I presume, that doesn't wear a name tag) saw me, remembered me, and let me in. Tells me the same thing again "I gave your order away" with a smug grin on her face. For whatever reason, they were making pizzas to go, not doing Hot 'n' Ready. At this point, I'm the only one on the inside, until a heap of people started coming in and waiting and complaining. I watched person after person get food and leave before me. Mind you, my order went back to 2 PM...some showed up, ordered in, and got their stuff and left WAY before me. It must've been 7 going nearly on 8 PM at this point. As I waited, the young lady manager offered no incentive, so I asked if I could have a 2-Liter for waiting. I left there with 2 2-Liters and a bottled water - these were at my request to her; she didn't offer me anything or try to smooth things over for the wait. Those that waited with me were like "You should get your money back or cancel the order". I was almost out of there before 8, but one of my Pizzas got stuck in the pan. Constantly glared at from behind the counter, standing long periods of time, just to walk away with 2 Pizzas, 2 2-Litre drinks, and a bottled water for my trip home, was an experience I will never forget. Been trying to call the store ever since to speak to someone...Their phone inside is rigged to not accept calls, and their corporate number is a joke that just has you waiting to the point you hang up. Let me also add: I tried calling while I stood there waiting a few times, and I didn't hear a single phone ring! Just for laughs and giggles...I called another Little Caesars location and THEY picked up the phone. I forgot which location, but I wanted to verify the phone system... I was told a company called "Southern Hospitality" owns Little Caesars and this company doesn't own itself. Whoever is the Area Manager / owner of THIS location, please feel free to check with corporate for a complaint matching this News Article I've shared here for confirmation; I did TRY to reach you. And for insult to injury, I tried to call corporate and THIS store just a few minutes before posting this...no response. You guys are right next door to Pizza Hut, Domino's and Papa John's all within a plaza apart from each other and I chose to patronize YOU over the others, and this is how you treat me. I totally understand being under staff yet ordering a pizza at 7:19, pizza was ready at 7:35 then arriving at 7:46 only to be informed that they were closing because of staffing. There needs to be a process and procedure for this. Then I asked for a refund and the employee advised that I would have to cancel online. I advised that it says the pizza is ready online. I never take time to review restaurants because I know anyone can have a bad day. Little Caesars on Deshon in Stone Mountain is pathetic!!!! I have a childcare center and the kids like their cheese pizza. For five weeks in a row the employees don't answer the phone!!!! The first time I inquired about the lack of phone service the manager told me "she couldn't find the phone" every week it's a different excuse. I decided to go inside the establishment instead of the window. The main cook had more than half of his butt out, and had a general look of poor hygiene. He said they were busy, yet I was the only one there! As I entered the store an older gentleman was exiting and said "I wouldn't let my dog eat in that place!" Stone Mountain needs to demand more from their filthy restaurants including Roach infested zaxbys across the street where a roach feel in my salad from the ceiling! Ordered a pizza 1/1/24 on line pick up was 12:45-12:50pm got there at 12:45 sign said open doors locked no one there looked in the windows no one in site waited over 20 minutes no one ever showed up?. tried calling for days no one answers the phone? emailed corporate office no response? called the corporate office after 10 minutes a lady answered and she would take care of it, 3 days later they took the money from my credit card for nothing,. had to call the bank and dispute it. they returned my money. Since moving to this area, finding a good pizza spot has been a challenge. Luckily for me, this little caesars has not let me down. First, the young ladies and gentlemen who work here are always nice and very polite. I always request extra sauce and sometimes cheese, and they make my pizza just right! It's always fresh, and taste great. Now there is a Pizza Hut right next door...and I went once, and never went back. Typically when you visit a pizza spot later at night, you worry if they will serve you something old that's been in the warmer for a while, well this Little Caesars pizza is always fresh. The last time I got Little Caesars was their Pepperoni Cheeser Cheeser and it was AWFUL! The crust was hard, the globs of cheese that were advertised were quarter-sized. There were spots in the pizza where about 1/3 of the pizza was solely crust which I had to throw out because it was so tough. I noticed dissatisfaction from the moment I saw it and told the cashier that it looks nothing like what I saw on tv. Her response: It never looks the way it does on TV. I wish I had paid a dollar less and got the Most Bestest which I'm usually satisfied with. But because I complained and got NO RESPONSE, I won't even buy that one anymore. From now on, I'll buy Deli pizza from my local grocers where I can see what I'm purchasing beforehand. SMH read more

Slow and poor service. They racially segregated me by choosing people of one race first. Then when I finally ordered I was told that the items were ready, but when I ordered and paid they asked me to pull around the building one time because my food was not ready. Ok so I'm new to the whole yelp thing but that doesn't really matter. What matters is how this place has good pizza yet they are so under staffed.
