I doordashed my meal. I ordered 6pc wing combo. I thought I had found the greatest wing place when I got wings from American Deli. Oh no!!! This WNB in Stone Mountain has got to be the best wings I have ever had. I order the honey garlic. Oh my, how the wings were swimming in sauce. I kept licking my fingers after every bite. Wish they had crinkle fries but regular cut was fine. I soaked mine in the sauce. Mmmmmm they were so good. Needless to say I definitely recommend this place and will most definitely be ordering from them again. Keep up the good job. read more

I placed an order through GrubHub and what it had in its menu was not served at this Wings and Burger factory. It's menu stated that I can get six pieces of catfish for $9.95. I thought that it might be something new because, I usually go to this restaurant as you know from before in my review. The proprietor knows me as a good customer, so she made my order to my liking as she always does. No one is perfect, but I still don't understand why GrubHub will have something on the menu that it's not offered at the restaurant. read more

First off, I may have made the mistake of going to a "Wings and Burger" joint and getting a Philly Steak sandwich. The whole time I'm telling myself to get some wings. But no, I got the Philly. It wasn't great. The meat looked like chicken. The taste was just kind of blah! It was huge, I ate what I could but I didn't even want to save the left overs. For a Philly, Fries and a drink, it was $20. Not worth it folks. If I do go back again, I'll try the wings. read more

This was just ok. These are popping up all over the place so I tried the wings and fried rice. I'll probably never go back. For the prices it should be better. Customer service wasn't great and when I was leaving I realized there were ants all over the counter so cleanliness may not be their thing. Food was hot and it wasn't nasty but if there is anything else around it is probably better. It's a no for me. read more

The turkey burger is very delicious. I never ordered any of the fries or the wings but I'm truly impressed with the turkey burger. They would have possibly gotten another star but I ordered some fried rice (chicken) and it was bland. I would not order the rice again. Besides that it was ok. Service wasn't bad and like I said the turkey burger is fire! Oh one more thing...if u really like sweet drinks, their fruit punches and lemonade are ridiculously sweet....too much 4 me but I know some ppl like their drinks like that. read more

I haven't done a review of this place since it first open but, I go by " FOOD COST ". I won't lie this is a seriously honest review, I've ate at this location since it first opened probably top 10 who first ordered. So yesterday I call and I go it's food cost, the owners like yeah man I know. I ask him has he made a change because the food wasn't like it used to, he let me know he went back to his original style of making wings and fries and I'm telling you, he was SO BUSY YESTERDAY, people were upset. First time I came here I loved it but the second time was terrible. I ordered a 10 piece honey hot wing with fries a drink and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks barely had any cheese it them, there's more breading than cheese. The fries were soft and not fresh and the wings were fried way too hard and the sauce was too sweet and not pleasant. To top it off the fruit punch I got was full of sugar and I couldn't even drink it. I didn't plan on having to go back to return my meal but I realized it wasn't very appetizing and it was a waste of money.I called and asked for a refund and brought it back. I brought back the entire meal minus the full cheese sticks order(I threw them away prior to finishing the rest of my meal) Still got charged for the cheese sticks since they weren't there even tho there was barely any cheese in them. I wasted gas going back and forth and wasn't even fully compensated for my meal even tho I told them I didn't enjoy it at all. All they tried to do was try to get me to try another item on the menu. No thanks and they can keep that $ because they won't be getting any of my business ever again. read more

This place used to really good and worth the money but that is no longer the case. Just bought the 75 piece wing family meal and the wing are tiny as hell. The wings are the size of the tip of a spoon. It's completely ridiculous. I've purchasee wings from here and they have always been a decent size until now. We will not be returning. read more

Wings are pretty good. Had a poor experience with their burger, will NEVER get one from here again. They don't have any type of online presence so I've added them to Yelp. Seem pretty busy all the time. Prices are fair, a little lower than the place I used to go down the street. Overall worth it if you need a wing fix. read more

My mom told me the Asian woman was rude but i thought my mom might have been hard on the women and maybe she was having a bad day. Nope. I went in and tried to order some wings and a burger and she had a smart ass attitude. I tried to order wings and fries with a drink and she told me damn near 5 times the drink was not included i had to say well still put it on. Smh I'm like damn i want a drink. I gave her my card and paid for the food and got a call and she said hello i must have gotten distracted but sign this. I asked the women was she ok? And she laughed like i tickled her. I said you already got my money calm down. After that one of the guest had said she has a terrible attitude. this was her last time eating here. She said my food was ready and for twenty wings i only got two small dressings.. and was like really? Any other place would had given at least 4 . I just took it as lesson learned and joined my moms club and never returning back. read more

Every time I order from here and get home just around the corner the fries or soggy! I mention this to the owner/lady up front at the counter she says that this why she don't order fries out, I said I order fries because that's what we want, if you can't get that correct, this makes me wonder. I also told her that when I get them from Summit Deli and Zaxby across the street the fries not soggy! I also reminded her that American Deli would soon be opening up. I just scratched them off my list of fast food providers. SSS-Smart mouth, soggy fries sub par customer service does work for me! read more

I can't tell you what made me order fried rice from a wing place. Whoa! That was the best fried rice I've had since moving to GA from NY. It was better than any chinese restaurant I've been to here. Meh. All the fixings on the burger were fresh and delicious. I got the Mexi Burger and added bacon. The bacon slices were thick and perfectly cooked but the burger was not "fresh" ground beef. It was a pre-packaged, frozen ground beef patty. If it had been a fresh patty cooked to order, they would've gotten 5 stars. read more

I had the burger with the pineapple on it and it was AMAZING. It was hot and crispy and probably the best burger I've ever tasted. I usually don't like burgers and prefer wings or chicken tenders but OOOO WEEE that burger was delicious. Since the burgers are cooked fresh (I'm assuming) it takes longer, so you might wanna bring a book. read more

This place is pretty decent. It used to be Buccaneers Wings and Fish, but I'm guessing they bought them out. Their wings are better than Buccaneers, smaller, but definitely more flavorful. Sometime the hot lemon pepper can be too salty, but I love the sauce they use. I too had a bad experience with the burgers here. It was a very good burger, but it was put together very sloppy and just an over kill of sauces. I literally had to eat it with a fork and knife, only because I was too hungry to take it back. 4 out of 5 stars for me. read more

I came in on sept 13,2015 i couldnt find location, so i called to ask exactly where she at, she was like,"look i dont know where you are at we are nxt to a family dollar and a qt and go on saying you prolly looked up the wrong location we have many locations etc. Very rude young lady. location on yelp threw us way off but i manage to find it. Plus we ate there and we hear how she answers the phone. A person answering the phone is like the face of your company. We got cheese steaks & fries from WNB Factory in Stone Mountain to bring home tonight. Best cheese steak I've had in years. The steak tasted fantastic, the fries were perfect, and the portions generous. The steak was so good, I think we'll get double meat next time, & we never do that. It's hard to justify these prices when the quality of the food and the level of service simply aren't there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. They also got rid of the British shop. So blah!!

That's just my preference though. Next time, I'll probably ask for fewer vegetables. They don't make their own ranch; it comes in the packaged cups. It's not my favorite brand, but at least they had ranch available. The restaurant has plenty of seating if you want to dine in, TVs playing in the background, and a nice atmosphere. They had a good mix of old-school '90s R&B along with some current R&B, which made the experience even better. The customer service was good from the time i walked in until I left. I'd say order your food before you get there to eliminate the time just sitting there. Overall, I'd definitely come back and try some of the other items on the menu.
