Absolutely terrible experience. I called to place a simple order for pick up and was met with one of the most unprofessional, rude, and dismissive attitudes I've ever encountered. The staff member who answered the phone hung up on me multiple times, sounded annoyed that I even called, and spoke with zero respect. To management: you seriously need to take a look at who you're hiring and putting on the front lines of your business. Customers should not have to deal with childish behavior and poor communication just to order food. This reflects badly on your entire establishment. Customer service is the bare minimum, and this place completely failed. I won't be returning, I did not continue with my order and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting basic courtesy. read more

There are wing places all over in this neighborhood. So I've decided to taste a whole bunch of wings in the next couple of weeks. This place is supposedly known for their wet lemon pepper wings the flavor is really good and they definitely are wet! Not much in presentation. The service was quick and the place is basically a huge space to wait for your food nobody really eats there it seems. There was plenty of parking available outside. I thought by the name I would go in and get a corned beef sandwich.It was on the menu but that was the only deli item. So I opted for the wings. read more

Tasty wings and fast service! I love the sweet chili wings. The lemon pepper wings are great dry but way too lemon-y when ordered wet (at least for my tastes). The wings are definitely the smallest I've ever seen, so I ate more wings that I typically would. The fries are great as well. I like that I can add my own seasoning salt to them. And I love the ranch (weird thing to say, but I'm a big fan of ranch so it makes a difference)! read more

This is one of my favorite American Deli locations. I love the size of their wings. They aren't extremely large, which I personally prefer. My food is always nice and hot. I loooooove this location! I come here all the time. So happy they recently opened. The customer service is great and the food is amazing. My go-to order is the shrimp fried rice, french fries, and a mango-lemonade. However, I have heard great things about the Philly cheesesteaks and wings combo. Due to popularity of this location, I would recommend either calling in your order ahead of time or allotting about 10-15 minutes of wait time if you choose to order in-store. The dining area is very clean and spacious. Menu prices are typical American Deli prices with a few local specialities; nothing to break the bank. I'm not sure if they offer in-house wifi because I always call in my order, but I wouldn't doubt that they offer it (it's 2017!). The lot is rather small due to it being shared with a dry cleaners and a Sherwin-Williams. So, parking may be limited if it is peak hour. All in all, great establishment! read more

If you're hungry, go elsewhere. These wings are SUPER small. I don't know what kind of chicken has such small wings other than the baby chicks. I ordered a 10 piece combo. I frequent this American Deli quite often and for the most part I haven't had many problems but on a couple occasions. Tonight I order my typical 2 piece whiting with vegetable fried rice. When I drove home (less than 10 minutes later) there was a very strong smell from my food. I smell the food and the fresh has a nasty sea water foul smell to it. So I call the restaurant and the cashier very rudely said to me that I could come back if I want to but me leaving is saying that the food is fine and they have a 100% score with an inspection last week. She added that no one else there speaks English so I wouldn't have much luck speaking to the owner about it. So I asked if no one speaks English then how do you communicate with them. She stated she doesn't and never had any problems. She rudely ended the conversation and I just hung up. I doubt I'll be going there anymore. One negative interaction speaks volumes especially when it's regarding something that could potentially make me sick. I've never had fish smell like that and it was blatant once I opened the food outside of the restaurant. read more

I've been eating here for years. I didn't mine paying $8 for a 10 piece of their EXTRA SMALL wings. I ordered last week and they went up to $10 for a 10 piece which I think is too much considering how tiny the wings are. I ordered today and they are now $12 for a 10 piece needless to say I'll NEVER spend another dime here. read more

This American Deli has very good food. Unfortunately, their service is not the best. I called 6 times and after the 7th time I called they answered. But the lady who answered the phone just left me on the phone she didn't tell me to hold on or anything. I could hear another person ordering and a conversation that was happening. Today, I sent my order through someone else and when I opened the box, these lil drummies have been double fried and full of grease I dislike restaurants who feel the need to fry up food at 6am and then refry upon ordering.
