Ive gone there several times after five and they are out of all pizzas! I wait in the drive thru line for a long time! Only to be told there are no pizzas available! And they dont say when they might have some! Or offer a cold drink for having to wait in line so long! They should send someone out to say they are closing! Since they are out of pizza! This is the worst location I've been to. They are constantly late, no matter the time or day. I placed an order today (Saturday) to be picked up at 1:30 PM. I get there at 1:31, and they said some of the pizzas were not even in the oven yet. It would be at least another 15 minutes. And this is for a kid's soccer game that ends soon. Terrible in food service. Bunch of teenagers that need more training on how to cook a food properly. I waited an hour for breadsticks and a pizza, it came out all burnt. I placed an online order at 6:01. A cheese pizza & bread sticks with sauce. It took 45 minutes for my order to be ready. They claim to be backed up on orders but there is no line. Just save your time and go to Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut will have your order ready in 15 minutes. read more

I pull up ask for a "hot n ready" from 4-8 pm it was 5:30 pm the girl says NAh you still gotta wait 15 min then I ask why if it's supposed to be "hot and ready" she smirks at me and says NAh that's just our motto. I said ok do you have the regular pizza she says how many you want? I say 3 NAh it'll be 15-20 min really????? They never ever ever ever have hot n ready pizza either!!! One of the worst wait times for pizza I've ever experienced. The employees are nice enough and there were plenty of people working. They were putting out a lot of pizzas but this place also has a drive thru. Ordered one $6 pep bestest and an order of bread sticks and was in there over 45 minutes. Several others were waiting on orders, visibly annoyed and complaining. I am the quiet type so it's not like I offended them into making me wait or anything like that. The line stayed long after I was there but it's like they don't care to notice who's been there way too long or not. I had to ask again to finally get my order Pizza was a little cold after all that wait. Bread sticks were hot enough but disappointing. Overly toasted with very little butter. After the girl tells me how much it is,she walks off and then comes back and says it would be a 15 minute wait for the pizza. Like how? Or if they forget your waiting. Now I know they should have the "hot & ready" pizza any time of the day and "specialty pizza" are made after 4. However you would think since they are so heavily advertising the extra most bestest pizza . This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. I have previously ordered from the app what a joke... I go to pick up my pizza at the time it said it would be ready...!nope pizza isn't ready... the line was out the door so I had to wait in the line literally for about 20 minutes because the employees where gather in the back (why who knows)... then when it's finally my turn someone else walks in and right away the employee gives her pizza fresh out of the oven. If I could rate it 0 or negative I would! The pizza isn't bad but the customer service is HORRIBLE and that includes the manager! It seems by other comments this is an issue and should be addressed. This place deserves NO stars. Make sure you don't not complain about a pizza you will be harassed, cussed out, and physically assaulted. The management is just as bad as the children that work there. I took my pizza back on Saturday because it was under cooked. I argued with the manager about it then the kid employees got involved. I've never been to a company that thinks this behavior is acceptable. This is a bad business. Another time they took all the money from one of my credit cards. Which was two pizzas worth then told me i had NO money and they did not give me a pizza. I checked the account a few days later and they had taken $12 off my card. This place needs to be shut down.
