A bunch of slow and unprofessional workers here, expect to wait 30 minutes for a basic hot and ready

Complete dissatisfaction of such a large food service company. Walked in placed order paid 20% tip. I was told my order would be ready in 15-17 minutes. I waited patiently on order only to be told after 20min my order was not placed. I asked how was an order was paid for and money exchanged with receipt given that the order was not placed. The manager approached the counter and would not address the situation and I was told that he cancelled my order. At that time I was asked to leave the store or the local law enforcement would be called. I waited outside store for the police for 30 minutes. I would suggest any fellow first responders not trade with this establishment. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed an order a day ahead of time for a birthday party. When i went to pick it up at the scheduled time we were told it wasn't even started. 45 mins later it was ready. Hot and ready more like slow and cold. Little Caesars used to have the reputation of being hot and ready a fast affordable breed of pizza. This is my second attempt trying to get pizza from this location. The first time I drove to the location walked in, tried to order two pepperoni pizzas and some crazy Italian bread. I was told that it was gonna take 25 minutes to receive that order so then I had left as I was looking for something quick and cheap and easy to pick up but was not gonna sit there and wait 25 minutes for the order my second attempt I was driving towards the location. I downloaded the app replaced my order arriving to the location over a half an hour later the order was still not ready. It was just going inside the oven at that point. I'm not sure they're busy because times are tough and people are looking for affordable pizza, but the idea of, hot and ready is no longer a thing at least at this location. I've been to little Cesar's in other cities with great food. This location is honestly a disgrace to the Little Caesar's trademark and should be shut down. The food has been far below adequate longer than the service has. Astoundingly the service continues to get worse.. Along with the food!! My last straw was the stuffed crust literally made me sick after I ate it. I haven't touched the cheese bread in months for the same reason but now I'm done with this location altogether. Horrible horrible place. Waited way after promised time only to be given a pizza that looks like it was thrown on the floor. The response was "its a thin crust" when I asked what the broken thrown about pizza was. I then witnessed one of the 3 workers wipe their nose with their hand and go back to making pizzas. Poorly time management by these boys up here. I order my food for pickup at 12:30pm today, so I could pickup it on my way home my pickup time was estimated 6:30pm-6:35pm. At 6:00 I pulled up to the store and waited in my car until 6:30pm for the pickup authorization message. I never received it. So I waited until 6:38pm. Gave them a little bit of time. Maybe refresh my email or something. I finally got out my car and to the counter and told the little boy there, I was there to pickup my order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:30pm he looked at me as if I he had no comprehension of what I just said. I gave this place another try after getting a pizza that was flat crust and not cooked. I order the half pizza half bread pizza on line, arrived on time. Got there had to wait additional 14inutes to get a person to come to front from cooking, portal doesn't work, my pizza waiting in a back shelf whole time. Opened to eat a piece in car: cold, not much cheese and very burned top while crust underneath was raw, extremely salty, very dry. Terrible!! Don't waste your money ot time!!! I go to the front counter there's a lady taking orders, and the guy standing next to her just jamming to his music with his headphones and I'm trying to ask him a question. I didn't like the soft pretzel crust pizza, my only reason for coming here. I'm better off at Pizza Hut or Papa John's, although undoubtedly, this is $8 for a large pizza, so I guess you have to take that into account. If I was homeless, I would not be picky, but this pizza was WAY too salty for me. I don't think I should even give it to my parents who usually get my leftovers - it's that salty! I realize I don't salt my food, but it was just too much for me. The pizza wasn't cut very well, so it was hard to pick up the slices while driving. Yes, I was driving and eating. I realize this is a no-no, but honestly, there's no where to sit inside the restaurant, and I had a long way to go to Sugar Land in rush hour traffic. I don't know if it was just the location in Tomball, but the creamy cheddar sauce they advertise wasn't spread evenly. The sauce was more towards the edge of the pizza and not at all in the center. If I could leave a review with ZERO stars I would. It's my MOL's birthday and she wanted something simple for her birthday while playing board games for the day. We ordered 9 pizzas and a few things of crazy bread. We ordered the food at 5:15pm and we're told it would be ready at 5:45pm. We're used to them being slow so my sisters were prepared to sit for a little longer which is fine but not an extra hour! Only to then be told, "Oh, their right here." They we're sitting in the corner for god knows how long and my sisters were sitting in the store the entire time and asked for an update on the order every 5-10min but we're told that the pizzas were ready yet. My MOL called the store, or so she thought, and went off on the rep. Then she's told that he's not even at the store, he's just phone support and he has to transfer us but they don't answer! When calling the store again 2 more times no one answers! Then she got on the phone with one of my sisters and tried to hand the phone to one of the worker and they said they couldn't take the phone for liability reasons. Like your not answering the phone, how else are we suppose to speak with someone!!! So my other sister goes in and speaks with someone and their told that the only manager in there is the dough manager. Like WTF! We need a refund ASAP! 12/18/16 at 7pm: Little Caesars in Tomball is CLOSED? The door is locked. Everything appears to have been cleaned up. There are no pizzas visible and only one employee visible. The young man in the building keeps ducking behind the shelves when customers come to the door and he has taken the phone off the hook. I'm very disappointed. They should have hung a sign out front stating: "Please don't come here. There's a brand new Papa Murphy's a block over" The service and the quality of the pizza has continued to decline rapidly over the last few months. As loyal customers we keep returning in hopes that it will be better this time than it was the last. I'm afraid we won't be returning...ever. read more

However, I didn't make a big deal when I got there but the manager came out and personally apologize. He gave us an extra pizza. Ordered three 3 meat pizzas. The dough was completely raw in the middle and we ordered them well done. When we pulled on a piece to take it out of the pie, all the toppings fell into the middle on the raw dough. In the pic no one took any bites, that's the dough separating. The second pie we tried to slide onto a cookie sheet to cook. It was so raw the middle just crumpled into a pile of goo. Nice. I called and asked for the manager and they left me on hold forever. I've been to many LCP locations. This place is one of the first that consistently rarely has pizzas ready. There are workers milling around in back and always a line of people inside waiting for their pizza. Let me be clear - they make a quality product and they are usually very friendly - but the attraction and MARKETING of the pizza is HOT AND READY-- well in this location - it NEVER seems to be ready! How hard is it to make a bunch of CHEESE or 1 topping pizzas to load up the rack? This isn't rocket science! it comes down to needing better management. The lobby was filled and cleared two times before I got my order. I was originally told it would be 10-15 minutes and it ended up being 30 plus minutes. Would not and should not go there. This location is fine, never really had an issue except for the last tine I went to pick up food I got some of the dip cups separately and when i went to pay on their side it said declined but my phone went off with a notification saying that I had indeed been charged. The girl behind the counter was like "no its declined" and i showed her my phone and said "how can be declined if my bank just sent me a text with where the money was spent and the exact amount coimng out of my account if its declined?" She got the manager and the manager said "just give them to her its showing on her bank side that it was deducted from her account so we can't make her pay again, even though our side says declined her bank shows it went through" thankfully the whole issue was taken care of and my card did for sure go through. Thankfully the manager was really nice about it. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS ALL OF THE PIZZA WE ORDERED ON THE UNDER SIDE WAS COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED! read more
