Do not order from here. You are not speaking to the actual Papa Johns restaurant. You are calling a call center that takes your order. I was transferred to an automated system to enter the credit card information then transferred back only to have to give my credit card again twice. My card was charged twice. When I called the number back to tell them I was charged twice the person I was speaking to said there is nothing he could do to refund me and it had to be Papa Johns to refund the money. The manager named Damo at Papa Johns said he only showed one order and the call center has to be the one to refund my money. Just seems like a scam! read more

I definitely understand when you order from a fast food, pizza establishment and you do get a delivered. You will suffer some kind of loss of your food. I've been craving pizza for two weeks finally decided to order pizza just so I can enjoy that Melty greasy cheese with a hint of sauce and bread, but instead I got hard beef jerky pepperoni. Every time we order (the basics) cheese pizza and pepperoni, there is hardly any cheese and an overload of sauce. I always pay for extra cheese yet never receive. I called the store and spoke to a rep and manager, neither could give a solution. I didn't want any refund or anything free, just thought maybe they could speak to their team for improvement. As a critical care nurse who is working 50+ hours a week to care for the greater community during a time like this, I am beyond ashamed of how Papa Johns handled this "delivery." If I could have given this Papa John's ZERO stars, I would have. However, it wouldn't have let me even write a review. I am a critical care nurse at HCA Tomball (maybe 4 minutes from the pizza store) and my dad had so gratefully TRIED to surprise us with pizza for lunch and had paid for it to be delivered. We were extremely thankful, considering our cafeteria is not serving prepared meals due to the Coronavirus and the safety precautions we have to consider. Plus, we have all been working incredibly exhausting hours. There was some type of miscommunication, and a call was made to our nursing unit multiple times (my dad asked it to be delivered to ICU) and for some reason, the delivery guy refused to send it up because they had the wrong name on the delivery - although my dad had told them exactly where to send it - to the ICU. With that being said, my dad contacted Papa Johns to clear up the miscommunication and they REFUSED to bring the delivery back to the hospital - again, 3-4 minutes away from the store. In addition, they also tried to blame security for the disallowance of the pizza being delivered to the unit. However, I can assure you this is not the case as we confirmed this with security and they happily bring us food delivered by good samaritans ALL THE TIME. And on top of it, they informed my dad that his card would still be charged after refusing to bring the pizza back to the unit he told them it was being delivered to the first time. Not only is this extremely inconsiderate, it represents nothing but bad business. Papa Johns, keep in mind who takes care of you/saves lives next time you or your family is admitted to the hospital. read more

My Dad tried to order pizza to all of the Doctor's and Nurses that are putting themselves on the front line, taking care of the COVID-19 patients, in the intensive care unit, at Tomball Regional Hospital. He didn't have the exact delivery address when he called and got hung up on almost immediately. Then, after ordering, he was told that the driver couldn't get past the security guard. We proceeded to call the Papa Johns Manager, after calling the hospital and being told that was not the case and that the pizzas could absolutely be delivered. The Manager chuckled on the phone, would not provide her full name, and was extremely rude. She would not refund for the pizzas that were not able to be delivered either. OMG! How do you mess up a simple pepperoni pizza! This is my local Papa John's just down the street. Ordering on the app is easy and the pizza arrived at my house really fast! I was surprised at how quick they were. Not really use to that level of speed, but lordy! When I opened the box, it was like nobody there really cared when they made it. The cheese was piled into the middle of the pie. All the pepperoni slide to one side of the pie. It looked like someone carried it sideways. Seriously, I tip well and never have had complaints before, but this was ridiculous. They offered to remake it, but I declined. How am I to trust the next pizza that comes to my door. Luckily I ordered wings as well. Those were edible. Come on man, you are better than this, aren't you? With product like this, you may wonder why folks just stop ordering from you. She seems to put the most effort into it and it truly made me feel like my pizza was made with love. Every other worker has a nasty attitude and throws my pizza together. Called in an order and was told it would be 45 mins for delivery. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. Called the store to check the status and they can't find my order. The guy on the phone was the one who placed my order for me and when I told him that he says, "the pizza is in the bag now and should be delivered shortly" I asked how long and he says 20 more mins. 2 hours for one large pizza and a 20oz soda is a bit much. Especially when the delivery is less than a mile away. If I wasn't at worked I would've picked it up myself and been done with it, but unfortunately that is not an option. Poor customer service. I recently placed an order for a pizza from this location and was given the wrong order. As a result I called the location back to let them know that they had made a mistake and gave me the incorrect pizza. They said that they could either deliver the correct pizza or I could called them next time and get a replacement pizza. I opted for the later since I actually live very far from the location and felt bad if they had to drive close to 15 miles out to my home. Fast forward one week later, I call in and remind them of their promise to me and was, to my surprise, told that they had no accounting that such an incident had occurred and was told they couldn't do anything for me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone refused me access to the manager on duty. When I asked for the name of the manager, I was told that Papa John's has a policy of not giving out names of managers. So after having promised me a replacement for the order this location had mishandled, they were not willing to see that promise through nor would they even allow me to speak with the manager on duty.
