Absolute trash location. Wanted to try it since the location is under new ownership. Used the app to order. Showed up when it should have been ready. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes while three other cars drove off. I went inside to ask about my order. Guy said they didn't have an order for us so we left. 15 minutes later I got a call from the location that our order was ready. Had to dispute the charges with our bank. I ordered online for pickup like I usually do, and the confirmation email came through saying my order was "almost ready" and to head over. I live nearby in Whitehall, so I drove straight there expecting a quick grab-and-go. Nope. I ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes inside the store while my food sat (or didn't even start being made--who knows?). The staff barely acknowledged the line of people waiting, no updates, no apologies, nothing. Just complete disorganization. This isn't the first time I've had issues here, but it's by far the worst. This location has really gone downhill in the last 2 years it used to be reliable for cheap, fast pizza, now it's frustrating every time. Slow service, poor communication, and zero customer care. Avoid if you're in a hurry. There are better options in the area. Won't be back. read more

Food - waited five minutes in drive-thru and was ignored by staff to even place an order. Went inside and stood 15 minutes in line just to have two of the four customers standing in line have their orders taken. The cashier proceeded to go to the back of the restaurant and prepare pizzas without gloves on. I stood next to a garbage can that was outside of the receptacle bin holder the entire time there was no garbage bag in it. It was a hazard on the floor, and there was no concern or caution. This is the second time I have went to Little Caesars in Whitehall this year just to get a hot and ready pizza with the first experience being in there was none and I would have to wait 25 minutes to get one which at that point it is not hot and ready and then this experience which I decide to walk out because waiting 20 minutes just to try to get a hot and ready and to be ignored by staff in two customer service areas and then also seeing that there was unsanitary work being done with unsanitary obstacles just sitting out and about in the lobby. Avoid this place like a plague, fire the entire staff, rehire, train and be better. This was November 3, 2025 at 3:30 PM A complaint was submitted to Little Caesars headquarters also. read more

My friend was hungry, so I was going to make an exception for her sake, but was served a reminder of why I do not patronize fast/fake food restaurants anymore. I walked in this afternoon +/- 13:30 along with my friend and service animal. We'd be hard to miss. Yet there wasn't anyone behind the counter and I did not a single employee in sight. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you!". Nothing. I looked about a moment and walked out. My friend said there was someone at the drive-thru on their phone (no one was in line) and another in the back also on their phone. I am not there to play Where's Waldo where the prize is: May I have some service pretty please? Would you please like to take my money? But I am here to tell you that I will never patronize this Little Greasers restaurant again. If you're not open for business, turn off the lights, lock the door and go home. But I do have to thank Little Greasers for reminding me why I no longer eat at "fast" food (or similar) restaurants. My friend survived just fine and we are both better off without putting those particular substances into our bodies. Thanks again. read more

Travis and the rest of the Little Caesar's on Colby Rd in Whitehall, MI worked incredibly hard with a very small staff for how many people came in all at once. There was an order that took 10 hot and ready's and a sporting event must have ended. Either way the team continued to be gracious while working extremely hard! Well done!!! read more

I ordered food last evening on the app. Was supposed to be ready at 7:45-7:50. I got there early and waited in a parking lot nearby. There were absolutely no cars outside the business, and no diners inside. Only one car in the drive thru. At 7:50 I got in line, thinking the app may be down as I hadn't been notified the food was done. Same car still at the window, plus one more in front of me. The food finally came out 10 minutes later for the first car, and the next car pulled forward. I can hear the employee tell the woman it would be over an hour wait. Again, no customers there. When I got to the window, I was asked if it was an online order. I said yes and gave her my name. Oh, it's not ready yet, it'll be another 10 minutes and to pull forward. More cars started pulling up behind me, also driving off with no food, I assume because of the hour wait. In the meantime, the employee starts yelling for me from the door to get my attention, wanting to know the name on my order, that I had just given her 5 minutes ago. Very unprofessional for sure. A couple minutes later, again yelling from the door for me to pull up farther so other cars could leave as they weren't getting food either. I finally pulled to the side. The 10 more minutes had turned into 25, and still no food. I'm watching the app, and at that point, the pizza was just going into the oven. I had somewhere to be, I was now late, and had no choice but to leave with no food and get food elsewhere. Got notifications my food was ready to be picked up 15 minutes after I left. So the 10 minutes in the end was really 40. I would love my money back, but I don't feel it's worth more of my time. My lesson learned, and I will never be back. This place is under new management, and I was hoping things would have changed, as the same kind of issues were happening before, I guess they have not. This used to be an excellent location back when Trevor owned it. Either close this location, or get some PROFESSIONAL management on site. You're employees are turning away most of YOUR business, and your paying them to do it! read more

I placed an online order for one pizza and one order of Italian cheese bread at 5:26 PM. It gave me the option to select pickup as early as 5:45, but I chose 6:15 to allow plenty of time. My email confirmation stated expected pickup time of 6:15-6:20. I arrived at the store at 6:15 and had to wait several minutes before anyone came out to the counter to greet myself and the other family at the counter. The employee came around the corner and immediately stated it's at least a 45 min wait for orders (no greeting.) The gentleman said he was there for a pickup and she brought out his pizzas while saying he needed to wait for his crazy bread. (The electronic pickup boxes were not being used and no orders were on the screen.) The employee turned to leave, but I mentioned I also had a pickup order. She took my name and checked in the back. She told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I brought up that I placed my order 45 minutes ago and she said that they had an order for 30+ pizzas come in and out put them behind. I also asked why I wasn't notified of would be late and was told, "we don't have anything to do with the app." I left and returned about 15 minutes later to find multiple other families also waiting for late pizzas. One guy said he placed his order to be ready at 5:40 (it was now nearly 6:30,) and he was still waiting for part of his order. He made a point that he checked the tracking before he left the house and it said packing up order. Another guy said his order was supposed to be ready at 5:55 and he was also waiting. An employee asked for my name and came out with a pizza. She said they were out of Italian cheese bread but she could get me anything else. I said I would just like my money back. She said I needed to wait because she didn't know how to do that. Another employee came out and told me that she refunded my card and it would be back in 3-5 hours. I asked for a receipt and saw it was for the whole order. I assumed she did it that way as an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for my pizza and she said I asked for a refund. I said for the Italian cheese bread since they were out, not the pizza. She said that since she refunded the whole order she would have to charge me. I admit I got frustrated and asked, "Seriously?!" After the wait and being out of half of my order? She said yes. I told her to throw it away I didn't want to give them my money. Why couldn't they at least have told me they were out of bread when I arrived the first time? Why were we able to put in orders to be picked up at specific times if they weren't going to be able to fulfill them? Why was the 30+ order not an order prepared separately to keep things moving? read more

I'm giving up on the Whitehall LC. The food quality has sunk so low, I can no longer bring myself to eat it. I hope the other locations are better. But the last custom "supreme" Deep dish pizzas I bought were repulsive. Too greasy. Undercooked. The sparse toppings looked old and unappetizing. It was $36 wasted on a greasy mess. Put in an online order at 11am for a 9pm pickup. App never changed from a window of 9:00 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. got to the restaurant at 9:05 only to be told it would be at least an hour for my order. I had ordered 10 pizzas for 19 boys at summer camp. This was totally frustrating. After leaving the store to go pick up something at Walmart, I attempted to call the restaurant to cancel my order and refund my card. No one picked up the phone. So I had to drive back to the restaurant to have them cancel and refund my order. There was another couple that put their order in at 10:00 a.m. for a 8:30 p.m. pick up and they were still waiting as of 9:35 p.m. for their order. Three other people were also waiting for their order and we're visibly upset. This was totally unacceptable for a business to treat their customers that wanted to spend their money on their product. This restaurant is close to my house and it's one of the kids favorites although I prefer a different pizza restaurant. But the price can't be beat for the hot and ready. You can feed a family of four for $20. The cheese is really good and you can tell it's real I like more sauce so I get a side of it. My favorite thing is the Italian cheese bread but I end up eating far too much of it. I love that they use a lot of Parmesan on their breadsticks also. It's a good value for money as close to home and the taste is all right. This particular location I love that they have the pizza portal though that's super handy. read more

The quality has gone downhill the last few months. Ordered 7 pizzas yesterday. Hours apart, each were undercooked.

I ordered a deep dish pizza today, paid for extra cheese and 3 toppings. I got very little of any of the toppings, instead of getting one regular amount of toppings, I got 3 that were about 1/3 each of what they should have been. the pizza was fully 1/3 smaller than normal as well. I've eaten at severeal different Little Caesars and Whitehall Michigan is the worst. I always have a problem of one kind or another, like forgetting to add extra cheese I've paid for etc. I'm heading to Pizza Hut next time. read more

I picked up a ready to go pepperoni pizza today around 4:00 p.m. The short redheaded girl who waited on me wasn't the friendliest. Also the pizza wasn't the freshest and the crust was like cardboard. I'm not happy with the girl's attitude and the pizza wasn't the greatest. Advice: Proceed eating their pizza with caution and make sure you have a good dental plan in case your teeth fall out of your head from the hard, chewy crust. read more

I have had pizza everywhere all over the state and a lot around the country. worked for them 50 years ago for MR illiage in Detroit. later had my own pizza place and little ceasar was my main competition. At the time l feel mind was superior over them. Twenty two years ago after retired, I moved out along the lake and started going to Caesars. And have been going there ever since. For the price, quality, and variety. It can't be beat.you will find better pizza but you going to pay two times more.thats why there growing.they beat the top three chains by far.
