Ordered online for pickup. Pulled into the drive-thru and the lady told me I have to come in. I was a mess and didn't plan on going in. There was no one in front of me or behind me, so I was confused. I told her I wasn't prepared to get out of my car and asked again if I could wait and just use the drive-thru. She told me online orders need to be picked up inside and she would allow it this time but I would need to go in next time. What is the point of a drive-thru then? My order was placed, I waited until it said, now I'm here. It's not like the drive-thru was going to be backed up or something. Food was fine but it's discouraging to deal with people like that and want to return. I couldn't find anything online saying this is a policy of FS. If it is, then it should be updated or at least mentioned when ordering online. read more

We are not frequent patrons of FireHouse Subs but I got a coupon that gave me 50% off my entire order if placed online so I ordered 2 Medium Firehouse Hero made with all the fixings, 1 Medium Smoked Turkey & Provolone double meat, plain and 1USDA Choice Roast Beef Medium double meat with black olives. We arrived to a well lit, not crowded and clean restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed the Medium Firehouse Hero made with all the fixings extra tomatoes, green peppers, oil and vinegar for me he added extra onions, green peppers and banana peppers. We both agree that the subs were delicious and well made. Our sons tried the Medium Smoked Turkey & Provolone double meat, plain and USDA Choice Roast Beef Medium double meat with black olives. They enjoyed their subs. We will definitely be back soon to try another sub. read more

The food is always good at Firehouse, but we walked in at 11:05 and didn't get our three sandwiches (plus an extra one we found after we were on the expressway) until 11:38. There were two couples in front of us, and it was a good ten mins between orders coming out. The manager in a red shirt seemed polite, but every other employee in there was borderline rude. One was complaining loudly about two employees that were doing prep work, saying there was no reason it should take two of them to do that (even though there were 4-5 employees on the line at any given time). We love love love Firehouse but WILL NOT be back at this location. read more

No matter how many times I order from here through door dash, something is always wrong. Last week it was the missing soup, today was a regular size sub instead of a large one and missing brownie. I don't understand why it's so hard to follow an order properly. The food is delicious I just wish the staff were more competent. Really frustrating. read more
