Nice when you go inside, average service, but when you order delivery half the time your order is messed up.

First of all..I have always liked Little Caesars. But this location has issues. Two different orders 2 months apart and the exact same issue. The orders were a Detroit Style with 2 items and extra sauce. Both times it came undercooked and I kid you not, Extra, Extra Cheese! And very little sauce. The pizzas looked like a burrito with cheese on top. I can only guess the pizza makers are not experienced and REALLY need some training. I wont go to this location anymore until they figure out how to actually make the pizza. The only I gave 2 stars is because I like the wings. read more

The food is great, I always walk there and buy a hot and ready. The service is hit or miss, and the ambiance is great and smells amazing.

We were on our way home and decided to quickly grab some food already made, as we did not have time to call in. We saw a massive line and entered regardless, as Little Caesars is always busy. We ordered a pizza and two breadsticks. We left and drove home. When we opened the bag of breadsticks, one bag was perfectly fine and delicious. The other bag was super doughy and it tasted as though it was not cooked all the way. It was oddly chewy tasting. I think they took it out too early. The breadsticks were not that hot either, which was odd because they usually keep them heated if you grab some to go. We only live about 5-10 minutes from the location. I definetely would come back though, but I would preorder and ask that the breadsticks are more well done just in case. Everyone has different tastes. read more

I am shocked that Little Caesars has a deep dish style pizza. It is a Hot-N-Ready for $8 with one topping (but I added two toppings each). It was hard to believe that it was Little Caesars because in comparison to their regular Hot-N-Ready for $5, the deep dish was significantly better. Although their deep dish is better than the regular, it does not mean it is the best. The crust is crunchy, but I think it is too greasy. The toppings could be a little better too. The banana peppers tasted like they were not actually baked with the pizza. It still had a really heavy pickled taste to it as if they placed it on the pizza after it was baked. The mushrooms tasted the same way (minus the pickled flavor)If Little Caesars could get their toppings quality right, their pizza would be better. read more

Worst pizza I have ever had at any Little Caesars location. Purchased Extra Most Bestest pizza, crazy bread and Italian cheese bread. All 3 items were dried out, the worst part was the Extra Most Bestest was a joke. There was an 1.5 of dried crust all the way around the pizza, barely any cheese and the pepperoni was disgusting. This is my 2nd bad experience with this location. Never coming back again. read more

Make sure you check your order before you drive all the way home. I had to drive back when I got home and opened my box to see my order wasn't even close to what I ordered. So I had to go back and wait for them to remake another pizza. And they don't even have any chairs for people to sit and wait. Jets has never screwed up my order and they actually have tables and chairs to wait at. The last time I order from here. They are only good for a cheap $6 hot and ready read more

This is definitely an affordable place to get your pizza. Fresh pizza waiting in a heating unit. Never seems like they have too many waiting to be ordered so it truly is fresh. I only order crazy bread on the regular here. It's not my favorite place for pizza but their pizza is solid. read more

I've frequented quite a few Little Caesars pizza joints in my day. This location is by far the most incredible of them all. When my wife and I first moved to the area (roughly 5 years ago), I picked up a hot and ready from here. I'm not sure who it was (might have been the owner), but the man was extremely friendly and welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've been coming back here ever since. There's actually a LCP closer to the house, but I go out of my way to come here. This location does something different with their pizza. It does not taste like a standard Little Caesars pizza. Most locations make the pizza with a little cardboard taste...or they even over/under cook it often. You really never get the same pizza with every visit. This location makes the pizza the same way every time. Very consistent. I was impressed that their pizza tastes like good pizza. Kudos to the staff here. I'm a little partial to this location, and for good reason. My church has partnered with them to help feed our community in need. With the generous donations we've helped not only the people that come to our food pantry, but also other churches, the workers at Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army. From the $5 Hot and Ready, Extra Most Bestest, lunch combos and cheese breads- I'm able to help share some pizza deliciousness! Everyone who works at this location is awesome- friendly, and personable. The owner and manager do a great job keeping a great crew. Of all the pizzas I've seen at different locations I have to say that consistently rules here- none of that one slice with only 1 pepperoni while another slice has 10. Occasionally, when I pick up donations and I'm running other errands with my 5 kids, I'll ask for cookies to keep them quiet, they always laugh and give me the box. Cool staff here! I visit this Little Caesars at least once every two weeks. My kids love the pizza and Italian Cheese Bread. I grew up on Little Caesar's pizza so it's great to pass the tradition down! The staff is always very pleasant and they always have what I need Hot N Ready to go as it should be. The quality has always been perfect as well. I don't have one complaint. I guess I shouldn't expect much from Little Caesars in terms of quality because you get what you pay for however I would expect that they know how to fill an order. Sat in lobby and waited 24 minutes and they never started the order. I asked the manager and she claimed that they were busy taking care of the online orders. Terrible service. read more

Went here last night after a long day and not wanting to cook. We live just up the road from this location. We got some $5 pizzas a cheese and a pepperoni and some fully loaded crazy bread. Everything was crazy good will be coming back here for lunch one day and eat inside because they have 3 tables that each seat 4. read more

Flat crust tastes like few toppings thrown on cardboard. Not worth the price, some frozen pizzas taste better.

This location used to be the best around before the new owners took over. Never did I get a pizza that wasn't fresh with the previous owners. And even in the beginning the pizzas were good with the new owners. Recently, I've gotten 2 not so fresh pizzas in the past 3 weeks. The first time it happened I made a comment about the freshness of our last pizza and the girl laughed. Don't really see why it was funny. Hopefully they can get on track. read more

This may seem like a small deal but when it's hundreds of people it adds up. They are ripping off every customer when it comes to the lunch combo. Go to 24 and Shelby and u get a combo for 5 bucks plus tax it's $5.30. Here on vandyke they charge you the deposit on the pop which they aren't supposed to cuz it's built into the price and then tax on that so it's $5.41. Like I said it's only 11 cents but it all adds up. read more
