We arrived at 845 pm to a locked door. Upon knocking, a very nice young man opened the door and advised that of course we can still order since they're open until 9 pm. We ordered the boneless chicken wings and they were ready pretty quickly. This was our 2nd order from here-the food is great-we've tried cheese & pepperoni, BBQ chicken pizza, the hani pizza, cheese bread and the cherry salad. I'd like to keep ordering from here but my only complaint is their pick up times. Both times they quote a pick up time and it's always later. Yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes after and they weren't even busy. Also I wish they would have coupons available, it can be a little pricey if you want to try several different things. read more

My order didn't come with the salad dressing ( I didn't select one on my online order) and they are sending someone out with it anyways! No other pizza place will do that! BUT.... The Greek salad seemed a little watery but since I had the dressing brought out I ate it anyways and I'm pretty sure the salad was bad because everyone else is fine and I started to get sick a few hours after. The really good - the bread was amongst the best I have had - 5 stars. Greek salad and dressing- easily 4 stars. Ordered a large specialty pizza - pepperoni, ham, onion, green pepper. My husband walked into the Clinton Twp. location to get some slices for our kids. He was quoted $4 a slice and he questioned the cost because why wouldn't he just order a full pizza vs slices. Apparently the man there insinuated he couldn't afford it and could Cut the slices in half. First, I don't know what kind of customer service this is. My husband walked out. For a family gathering my brother ordered several pizza's (vegan, regular round and square with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms)), salad and knots. I have to say those were the absolute best pizza's I've ever had. For me they were better than Domino's, Jet's, Little Caesar, etc.. Buddy's was off the list because they're known for the deep dish style although I still preferred Momma B's Over Buddy's. You will not be disappointed. The best. read more

Tried the big momma with vegan pepperoni and when I say it's the biggest pizza we have ever seen, it was the BIGGEST pizza we had ever seen! Having vegan options is great! We also had the Margherita pizza which was also good and the artichoke cheese bread, also good! UPDATE: I've added an extra star. After posting this review we received a call from Momma B's... they refunded our entire order :) I was impressed with that kind of customer service. That said, I still wouldn't recommend them, their pizza really wasn't very good. Kind of like Domino's pizza but with better pepperoni. But when I spend $50 on a pizza, wings and garlic knots I expect it to be phenomenal! The entire order went into the trash. Worst pizza experience I've had in recent memory. For $50.00 we received a big momma pizza, hot wings and garlic knots. The pizza was dry and sauceless, the hot wings were breaded, not skin like their site picture, so they were a disgusting soggy mess, and the garlic knots were floating in an inch of butter in the bottom of the carry out container, completely ruined for the most part. I personally will not recommend you to anyone, I'll send them to Little Ceasars first. What a waste of $50.00. read more

I decided to try out a new (to me) local eatery last night as I had received a promo in the mail for a free pizza! This place is a bit out of the way, but I was willing to give them a chance as I like to support local and/or small businesses. I also decided to order a few other things from the menu that sounded good after reading some other reviews so I was not just claiming a "free order." Upon arriving to the location, I mentioned to the clerk up front this was my first time trying the place out as I was quite excited! When he gave the total, I had noticed the total was about $6 higher than the menu had mentioned. The flier I had received in the mail literally just came the same day! I understand the cost of things has gone up and things change, but the price should still be honored. I did not want to make a huge deal about it, and I was very respectful and just inquired about it. How could prices chance so quickly upon something that had literally just arrived? He asked if I wanted to speak with a manager to see if they could honor the price, I said okay... again, $6 is not something going to make or break me, but it is still a decent chunk of change. I was then told by the manager that they cannot honor it and this came from "higher up." Now after being in various customer service fields in multiple companies and multiple positions, this is not what you tell someone. Especially someone who was coming to visit your establishment for the first time. Do you really want to lose a customer over a few bucks? I could understand the rationale if it had been a coupon with an expiration date (it was not)...just was overall very bizarre. He had mentioned it was probably an old flier from the company they used to promote. Again, that is fine and things happen, but as the service you should be honoring it as it was a mistake from your end of it. It wasn't like this was a flier I had gotten in the summer and it was just sitting around, it was brand new. Now I just went with it for the time being - at least the pizza was going to be free and maybe the food would at least be really good. Then, as they are gathering my food - I notice the receipt shows that the "Free" pizza was not actually free. Because they raised the prices of the everything so much, the coupon did not even fully cover the pizza. It was about $1 short. Now this is just getting ridiculous. It is just the principle of it all. I mention this - again nicely and respectfully and just say I am confused at how the "free" coupon is not even honored. The manager did not really seem to care a bit and I could tell wanted me out of the store. But maybe not, because then, all of the sudden there was a problem with part of my order and it was going to be another 10 minutes?? Once again, I understand things happen and I would not have even mentioned this in my review if everything else had gone smoothly, but there was not really even a reasoning as to why. Was it intentional? Did something really go wrong? If so, why not upgrade my order you were re-making. Finally, the food came. I will be truthful in that the food was actually pretty solid. However, because of the horrific customer experience I had I would never come back. If you truly cannot offer prices, he could have at least offered me a dessert or drink on the house, maybe a discount on a future order, or to upgrade my order to a larger size- anything. But no, there was nothing. At the end of the day, from this one experience, I had a rude employee interaction, pricing issues, order delays, etc. I honestly would have given them another chance if he had even just said "Hey, man, I'm really sorry take a cookie for your wait." Just something to show they valued me coming there. For a place that calls out its strong family values, there surely were none here. There are no shortage of pizza places nearby and they lost a customer here based on how they treated someone, especially a brand new customer who was there for the first time. I will make sure to let everyone know about this if they ever mention this location to me. read more

We found this establishment a few months back and everything was good. The issue began two visits ago. I always place our order on line so that my husband can pick it up on his way home and the last two times they forgot salad dressing and the sauce for the knots. While we don't live far away, there is construction which makes it a headache to navigate between our home and the pizzeria. Considering it costs just under $40 for a salad, knots, and a large pizza, you would think more care would be put into packing the order. When I called to let them know what had happened, I didn't even receive an apology. All the guy said was, "You can come up and get them." We won't be back, and we will NOT be suggesting others go there either. Reviews will be left on any site and platform that we can find all because e were brushed off. It was only the dressing and sauce, but they could care less because they already had our money. Horrible customer service. read more

This place is SO GOOD!! Owned by a local family, they go above and beyond with their menu. Not only key the traditional toppings, but loaded baked potato, Hani pizza, gluten free, vegan...you name it, they're on it. And we haven't even talked about the garlic knots yet! Service was awesome! I went there an hour before close, it was the first time I've noticed the place. I wasn't super hungry so I asked if they possibly had a couple slices. The worker was super honest and said we do but they aren't as fresh as we normally serve since we're closing. I said no worries I'll take them. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and noticed there was 4 pieces instead of the 2 that I paid for. Little things like that really make you appreciate a place. I ordered garlic knots as well which were really good. The pizza itself was really good too. I will def be back to try a fresh slice because they were cooked just the way I've been trying to find them. Thin and the crust well done . Sauce had a good flavor to it along with the cheese and pepperoni. I may have found my new , New York style pizza spot. Just wish I lived a little closer. read more

Hands-down the best dairy free pizza I have had. Very much appreciate having vegan cheese yet tasting like real pizza. I've gotten a few different kinds and all have been fantastic.
